Recently I have started to search small stores at Googal. And that too I have started by searching stores from my own city having a presence on web.

I belong to a very small city and I was amazed with the search results I got from Google.

Even a small city or town like mine have Very large number of small and large stores having presence on web.

And from here ,I can find my targeted businesses ,whom I can approach for ECA Stores.

I have sent mails to few of my targeted ECA prospects and awaiting response from them and even I have set a goal to send atleast 1 approach daily.

As I started this from few days ,I haven't got any positive results yet . But I am confident I will get few good ECA Stores very soon.

This becomes so easy if you have a good team behind you.I must appreciate Gery for the whole plan and the structure of maintaining Team Leader Rank.

For mantaining the rank GTL , we need minimum 3000 VP. Out of which 2000 maximum comes through sales/purchase. Balance 1000 require to be done from your regular activity.

By loging in daily to SFI Home Page and doing Daily, weekly and Monthly activity we get492 vp. Balance left 508 vp.

This 508 vp requires your Team Leader Efforts.

Get 5 EA2 every month and you get 500 vp for supporting your EA2's.More EA2 are even better.

We can even collect maximum 500 vp for bidding in auctions ,so rest 8 vp's are not an issue.

Now there's even Gift Cards which can fatch you 300 vp every month.

So many ways to collect the remaining 1000 vp. But I will always recommend everyone to focus in your team building. Otherwise maintaining BTL is of no use.

It depends,how much successful you are with SFI/TC, And how much confident you are about SFI/TC.

There are lot's of scam all over the world and generally people don't want to beleave on this type of companies/scheme.

Here the confidence level of your approach is tested by the people.If you are an achiever and confident,it will be surely reflected on your approach and people will at least take your word's for a trials. Good thing is , it cost's zero to start with SFI , so people will surely give a trial.

With a very good and successful plan in store and all the necessary tools available to promote SFI/TC , I think only a confidant approach is required and there's no need of trying to oversell SFI.

This question may have multiple answers according to the status of affiliates.
For freshers or newbie goal's are different , for not so new one's like me ,goal's will differ and for elder affiliates ,goal's will differ again.

I rather start with freshers:-

The goal for freshers for the first two months should only be to focus on understanding the whole plan and alongside whatever commissions they make is like a bonus.Recruiting new peoples daily and achieving and retaining EA status month after month should be there ultimate goal , and once they have built a good team under there leadership ,then the should try to achieve team leader status.

For not so new one's or intermediate members like myself:-

As we have more or less understood SFI plan properly and now we have a good no. of affiliates in our team. Our focus slowly should shift to refer few good PRM's and ECA Stores,so that we can add a handsome amount to our monthly commissions. But we can't ignore our PSA's at all as they all are relatively new to SFI and need our guidance at all time. It's a double job for people like us , but our goal for the year must be to strengthen our base for rest of the life.Our work at this point of time will determine how much successful we can be ,after few years.

Finally ,Elderly or Established members:-

I assume they all have established them self here and even there team members have become self dependent.So there workload is now much less comparing to other members.
And with due respect to all of them, I think ,now they are in a position to guide whole community of SFI and strengthen SFI. And this may be a good goal to shoot for in SFI ,not only for this year but for years to come.

E365 contest is a very effective tool to make your new affiliates active. You just need to inform them all about E365 contest.
I try to inform them all the aspect of E365 contest and how they can cross all the first five rounds without having any problem . Prize's they can win in first five round and finally i say them about the final round. Here they can win upto $500 in whole month just by collecting ten V.P. every day, and all the other prize's they may win in ehole year.

Even I add that with very low number of contestant , there's more then 99% chances of they winning $50 prize for 10 times easily.

All this works and PSA's get involve in it. And the purpose of E365 contest is also fulfilled. After all we all need active PSA's and E365 contest is all about that.

For me , each and every member of my team is equally important, irrespective of there rank and level.

Requirement's of every member may differ and I try to solve them accordingly. I try and even do treat my every team member's as i treat with my kid's. Every person have some good qualities and some weakness. I always try and encourage them to focus in there strength's.

Gradually , i help them from overcoming there weakness, and i have seen some very mediocre person becoming a very active member of your team.

So , it's better to treat each and every affiliate , according to there strength and weakness and not according to there rank or level.

Answer is simple and straight.

Every one wants there leader be an achiever. and BADGE's are the most easiest way of knowing about one's achievement's .

The best incentive for new affiliates is your willingness to guide them. If an affiliate can reach you easily for assistance , that's the best incentive for new affiliate's. Nothing can be more precious for new affiliate's then a good leader.

Once a new member has confidence in his leader, he will work going out of his ability and both the team leader and the new affiliate are benefited with this.

I as an SFI Affiliate see SFI and Tripleclicks as my own business or in other words I see myself as a business partner of SFI and Tripleclicks.

It's quite obvious with SFI and Tripleclicks growing bigger , it will directly benefit it's business partners.

SFI/Tripleclicks growing bigger means it will attract more peoples who will become either affiliate, PRM or ECA. And I as an existing affiliate will be able to get more affiliate's , PRM's or ECA Store's under my belt.

A)with no. of affiliates increasing , I will be able to become teamleader easily and start getting matching versa points of my affiliates. It will increase my share in executive pool.

B) with no. of PRM's increasing , PRM's will visit Tripleclicks stores and chances of sales increases. I will be benefited in two ways with this. A)I will be getting Direct Commission and B) Executive Pool will be much bigger and I will get much more from this Pool.

C)It will be much easier for me to get few more ECA stores as I being there referrer and with every sales I will be getting a commission of 10% c.v.

Thus growing of SFI and Tripleclicks bigger means a bigger and handsome commission for me each and every months and years to come.

There are many Ad sites available in web world. Free and paid both. So, It is not easy to choose a good advertising site which can give a good or desired results.
So, it's very important to put your key code with your link ,so that you can track the results of your advertising.
It's better to start with few different Ad sites and track your results for some days.
Once you get desired results from any Ad sites, you may continue to advertise your link there.
But again ,It's advisable to check few other Ad sites in between.
