I have affiliates who are inactive. Is it a good idea or bad idea to reassign them to my active affiliates?

My personal feeling is that there is no point in reassigning an inactive affiliate to an active one...
There is always for you the possibility of making some VP's out of your reassignment;
There is also a slight possibility of a connection happening between two new individuals who interact;
But, I would prefer to reassign someone who might contribute to the efforts of my active affiliate than to reassign someone who would not make a difference for him/her.
I would keep on trying to make my inactive members active in any way I can and,
if one day, a change in his/her situation brings him/her back into action then,
I could envision the possibility of reassigning to an active affiliate.

Many payment restrictions in my country make it very difficult to buy from TripleClicks. What can I do?

This is a great question...
My feeling is that you will be able to get more precise answers by contacting Support about is as it is really related to company policies which vary possibly from country to country, they will be able to review all of the possibilities with you and they will be the one able to tell you if there is an alternative for you at this time. And, they are fully supportive of the affiliates... You will be answered to your satisfaction ;-)
How can I set up automatic messages to go out to my current and future affiliates?

Hello and Thank You for bringing such an important question to the board!
- First, I must admit that I am not aware of any possibility for automatic messages other than the Greeting that is automatically available for the new comers;
- Second, there is the Team Mail that is available through the Stream Posts for which we are rewarded by 3 VPs weekly... so personally, I got into the habit of making a Stream Post everyday so that I do not miss on any VPs and it provides me with the opportunity to send an automatic message that anyone can see and read if they wish to;
- Third, there are the Group Mailing possibilities available from the Genealogy if you are at least an Executive Affiliate; there is the possibility for a PSAs Mailing, a CSAs Mailing and all your Genealogy Mailing;
- However, the very important point that I want to make here is that your message should NEVER EVER Seem like an Automatic or even like a Group Message as those are not very effective. You need to make each one of your message as Personal as it can be. You need to make each of your message as Specific and Appropriate as possible... meaning that it is very much applicable and concerning to the affiliate receiving it. If the affiliate can feel that it is simply a message, just to send a message; that it is a message that is addressed to the group but that there is nothing that really concerns him or her personally, you are missing the point.
- I review my genealogy every day and look for what I could point out to recognize or help any one of my downline... and, if I find something, then I send a personal message or Group message to a specific group with a specific topic concerning them, in this case using the ~firstname~ to personalize it as much as possible.
So, from my perspective, there are very few occasions where an automatic message would be appropriate.
To your Success,
Alain

SFI is...
- FREE to get started so that anyone and everyone can start their own business;
- well established being in her 13 year old so you can have confidence it will last;
- a debt-free company again providing for some confidence it will be there long term;
- a groundbreaking and friendly user system that allows for everyone to succeed;
- a global company that allows for everyone worldwide to join;
- a company that is still growing at close to 2000 people joining per day even after 13 years... almost inexistent on the web;
- training tools and resources like no other out there with the cie support, the forum, the a2a, the ASK SC and your upline members;
- an open mind to all affiliate suggestion and consistent improvement to always make it better for all of us... not ever seen else where either;
- a very involved president that is even here to answer you directly by emails or in the forums... not ever seen either;
- an assortment of perfected tools available to us for free that you cannot find anywhere else even if you would be ready to pay for in most cases;
- everything is being made daily to support and make it easier for all of us always and to maintain our motivation in moving forward.
In my whole experienced online and offline, I have never seen anything like SFI!

What is your experience or your opinion about running contests (and providing prizes) to motivate your PSAs?

In my own opinion and experience, incentives and contests will not motivate someone who is not already motivated and determined in building their own business.
We need to remember that what really motivates people is their "WHY", meaning the core foundational reasons for doing the business in the first place. This is something that lies at Heart and that is so fundamental that no one can really stop this person if her "WHY" is strong enough. On the other hand, if the "WHY" is not strong enough as to motivate the person to get started and do what needs to be done to build their business, meet their goals and achieved success, nothing will really be powerful enough to get them started... even a small incentive or contest.
I personally feel that what is most important is to find a way that each person - when ever possible - can feel that we truly have their interest at heart and that they are important to us... not an easy task to accomplish in a virtual world though ;-)
However, an incentive or contest will definitely bring those that I really motivated and working their business anyway, to move one step further, to reach forward to get that incentive. So, it allows your leader to give the best of themselves and it allows you to really see who are your leaders.
This is my perspective!

The best attitude is one of Openness to Possibilities...
When I Make a Choice and I Open Myself to the Possibility that IT IS...
The Universe align itself with me in order to make it happen.
When I think that it is impossible or it will not work...
My mind STOP searching for a Way!
Openness Creates the Way!
As with the saying:
"There is a Way and I will find it; and, if there is no Way, I will invent it!"
We must stay Open always to find this way and keep looking around for
the next door, the next opportunity, the next step to move forward
always with the determination and conviction that IT IS!
And, never allow yourself to think otherwise!
Keep up!

The best form of Recognition involves Presence;
Presence in this virtual world is best shown by following up regularly...
once or more times a day what is happening with your affiliates
- through our genealogy power tool;
In this way, we can noticed all the improvements made by each one of them,
We can also noticed where there might be a need to bring attention from our affiliate.
Then, we can be Present in Recognizing them in various forms...
- a personal message... sure to be seen;
- a stream post appearing in the team messages as in the a2a;
- a recognition post on our leadership page;
- and, also by adding some type of rewards from time to time.
Presence will be noticed and appreciated by our affiliates always!
