Generally, our success here at SFI does not depend on our sponsor. Nevertheless good sponsor is needed early in our SFI business. I said good sponsors because if they are not, they are basically useless in building your SFI business.

What are the characteristics of a good sponsor?

1. He should be able to simplify SFI components and processes.

SFI has many components, some are interrelated some are not. This make SFI overwhelming to new affilaites. A good sponsor should be able to see and simplify the connection of each component.

For example, what is the connection of finding affiliates to earning large amount of VP and ultimately income.

2. A good sponsor should be able to help solve bottlenecks.

Some of the bottlenecks are technical, like how would affiliates transact online. Some are simple task like white listing. So a good sponsor should be able to help solve from small to big bottlenecks.

3. A good sponsor should be able to give/teach some techniques specially on critical factors of success. Affiliates are critical in our success here at SFI, so a good sponsor should be able to teach some techniques in finding affiliates. Example is how can you recruit affiliates from Facebook, or how do you do paid advertising.

If your sponsor do not care for these things then he is useless, you can not expect to get the most from him that can contribute to your success.

The good news however there are still many people who can help at SFI. You still have your co-sponsor and other uplines. The best of all you have the forum that you can throw your question and get a quick answer.

It's nice of you to think of fairness in your shipping cost. I am sure you will also benefit from what you want to do.

Well, here is my advise.

1. Research on the available shipping methods from your country to different countries. Usually they are clustered together.

2. Choose the cheapest method and use it.

3. However, most of the cheap method will also take longer time to arrive. So take note of the fastest method too.

4. You can subsidize certain percentage of shipping cost, especially those going to 3rd world countries.

The objective is to make the total price attractive to the buyer.

Question about acquiring PSA is always good, because in SFI it is quite impossible to prosper without PSA. For those without experience in internet marketing, you still have big chance to get PSA by purchasing guaranteed sign up like PSA to Go or by buying S-builder Coop where sign ups are distributed to each member.

Now the question is which one is better? Note however that neither of these guarantee affiliates who will be active. So, it is not a good basis for choosing which one is better.

So, I would say that it depends on your personality, if you are the risk taker type you may opt to use S-builder Coop because it may give you more PSA that the same amount you spend for PSA TO GO. But there is also a possibility that you get less.

If you do not want to take risk then buy the PSA To Go, you will get PSA according to the amount you paid.

My advice however, is you do both every month as part of your investment if it is with in your capacity. But if you have limited money go for PSA TO GO first.

You always use both if the auction out for bidding allows auto-bidding. The question is when to use auto-bidding.

Generally there is no fixed rules that can be followed. Biding is very dynamic, it's a tactics. You are fighting real live people who are outsmarting each other. But there are indicators when to use auto-bidding.

This will greatly depend on your purpose. If you want to established your name use auto-bidder until you win the item. This is very risky and you must have a lot of TC. You do this several times and soon you will be winning the items at low prices. Simply because no body or very few will contest you if they see you name bidding.

BUT if you have limited TC you must be patient in waiting for the right time to use your auto bidder. You wait till the time is already going towards the end. You will notice it when the time said "going once, going twice.." 3 to 4 times.

While waiting for the timer to wind up to the end, you must get ready to prevent the last bidder to win. You bid in between the going once... going twice notice. If there are still many bidders doing what you did, usually it not the right time yet. Because there are still many waiting as you do.

If in only 1 or two left who bid in bet going once... going twice notice then its time to unload you auto-bidder. But be ready to stop it once there is some one challenging you again by not even letting be the last bidder to reach the end of the timer.

So patience and timing and being smart, observing your oponents is the key and you must have at least 200TC to be successful.

Yes you are missing something if you do not use other resources to communicate to your team.
Remember that Team building is most effective if you also build relationship. Social Media like Facebook is the best place to build relationship.

For your active affiliates although they are logging in regularly and can read your message but you can not engage them in a conversation. The chat facilities in SFI website is not very effective yet unlike the chat in FB.

Social media platform is also available in your mobile phone therefore you can send messages and communicate to them anytime without logging in to you SFI account.

Make it a goal to engage your team in a conversation. As long as they are communicating to you and you are communicating with them, there will be a progress that they will make.

Those who stopped to log-in in their SFI account you have limited ways to communicate with them. So can not contact them through other resources outside SFI, like email and Facebook.

You do not need all the resources outside SFI though, but make it a point that you engage them in a conversation. That's the goal.

There are four areas where we can measure success in SFI.

1.Affiliate Program.
Success in affiliate program can be measured in three areas:

a.Active affiliates – There are three types of affiliates that we want to see active.
Our PSA must be at least earning 1,500 VP per month.
Our CSA in the way are also earning at least 1500 VP per month. In this way, we know that they are buying and we can harvest their VP from the second time they become EA.
Our ECA must also be at least selling their product, in that way we can also earn from royalty.

b.Personally Earned VP. – You are successful if you are able to earn VP’s needed to match your active PSA’s. You must at least be same rank with your most active PSA.

c.Duplication – You are able to encourage your active PSA to be doing what you are doing.

2.Direct Selling

There are also three areas where you can measure your Success in direct selling.
a.You are able to sell item from TripleClicks and have PRM’s.
b.You are able to sell your own product as ECA.
c.You are able to sell or old stuff in your listing.

3.Pay Per Action
Your success in this area can be measured by the number of affiliates you recruit through SFIPPA program, and your recruits have done something that enable you to earn.

4.Auction
Your success in auction can be measure by the number of times you win in bidding.

Of these four areas no. 1, the Affiliate program is the most important, because this is where the big income will come from in the long term basis.

This is a million dollar question that if we only know exactly, then we will all become a millionaire here at SFI.

However there are some logical ways that we can do, in fact, I am doing, in order to generate sales from my TripleClicks gateways.

There are Three steps of generating sales from TripleClicks using our TripleClick Gateways.

1. Choosing the right good from TripleClicks store. - generally people do this in two ways.

a) According to what is in demand - You can search of what is trending on search engine and social media and find products from TripleClicks that would meet the demand. Get its link and prepare you ads.

b) According to your passion and hobbies - I usually recommend this method to my affiliates because they can describe the items well, and they can sustain it because its their passion. It is something that they love and enjoy to do. You can speak about it from your heart and experience. Therefore you prost in social media and fora or even article is very real.

2. Find your Audience who are interested of your product - The richest source of people that yo are sure interested of your product are from Facebook and other social media. Find a group using keyword related to your product and join that group. Socialize a little bit then start befriending people there or even posting your products there if it is allowed.

Another rich source of interested audience are forums. from your search engine find forum about your product, join that forum and see the rules how and when you can start posting your ads.

Always abide by the rules of those websites so that you will be a credible members and not to be kicked out because of misbehavior.

3. Advertise Constantly with different techniques. - Finding an audience is one thing but making a sales from that audience is another thing.

The most effective way of selling in these media (social and fora) is sticking to what they are talking about and candidly inserting your product in the course of socialization.

Always see the culture and the behavior of the people in the group and fora. and do not do something strange of the norm.

Advertising co-op is one way of encouraging you affiliates to be active with their SFI business. There are two types of Co-ops that you can set for your affiliates.

1. You pay the cost of advertising. You make the co-op membership as reward to what they have achieved. You can also do this to build relationship among your affiliates specially if you only have few.

2. You divide the Cost among those who would like to join the co-op, either equally or pro-rated depending on his contribution.

In both cases you need to prepare the following.

1. Who will be the members of the coop? define the qualification.
2. Where will you advertise? are you using S-builder or outside SFI? among the well known sites for advertising are PTC's.
3. How do you collect the money? do they send it through paypal? or other ways.
4. Be sure to know the technical side of setting up a coop from SFI website, using coop manager. https://www.sfimg.com/PowerTools/TLCoop.

Just a last word, be sure to test the site first yourself if sign ups are really coming before you use that site for your coop. You will be in trouble if none sign-up. Another important reminder, do not make it as business, coop is meant to help your affiliates and friends at SFI not exploit them.

Many have mentioned the monthly TC, PRM rewards and cash from draws as benefits. I would like to agree with that but there are other two important benefits of being a member of W3.

Remember that we received decal that we put in our cars plus few cards we can give to person who will got interested as they see out decal stickers in out car. Well, for me these are valuable benefits too.

First, the decals in our cars trigger interest among the people who sees it. They will begin to ask and conversation is open for us to introduce SFI. This will lead to sign up as our PSA. And since the methods of recruitment is through personal contact, the possibility of getting active is high.

Second, as members of W3 we are helping the spread of popularity of SFI. What is the effect on us when SFI become so popular?

1. It will not be difficult for us to recruit for something that is popular.

2. The more active members we have the more income will it bring to SFI and we know that 40% of the income of SFI is distributed to us affiliates when we qualify.

This is a very good question because although the communication facilities inside SFI is sufficient for you to engage your affiliates to a conversation but there is a need to augment communication at SFI with social media sites.

One reason is, communication will not be only between you and your affiliates (which is the case of communication inside SFI)but among your affiliates as well.

Another reason is, some of your affiliates may not ne logging in to their SFI account, therefore can not read your messages but are using Facebook.

Here's the way to to further engage them in social media site like Facebook.

1) Of course you must have your Facebook account first.

2) Find your affiliates in Facebook using search bar and typing either their name or email address. Note that you get the email addresses of your PSA and CSA from your SFI account.

3) Invite them as friend.

4) Create a group in Facebook and add those PSA and CSA who are already your friend.

5) You do regular posting in your group and always tag one or two of your affiliates. Tag different names on different post.

6) Always answer their comments and if you see them online try to chat with them. be always ready to help specially if they have questions.

I have my own group in Facebook where many of my affiliates are members. I discuss with them some strategies and tips which I studied. I make my group open and sometimes i get sign-ups from that my post also.
