1. You can find real solution to your obstacles from the people who actually went through the same problem as you are. Their answers will be from experience and not just theoretical.

In some areas for example, it is difficult to buy online because paypal is not accepted in their country and their credit card is not accepted online. You can ask around in your forum how they solve this problem and you will get real answer applicable to your situation.

2. You can share methodologies and techniques which are applicable only in your local setting.

Different areas and culture have different approaches of finding affiliates specially on face to face or warm marketing. You can get different tips from people of same situation as you have.

The available technologies also differ from place to place. How they overcome these difficulties is most valuable to you in the forum of same people who speaks your language.

3. You can have the freedom to say what you exactly want and being understood by people who can help you.

Sometimes it's difficult to express our selves in english so if you have question you can post it exactly how you want it. If there is no answer from your forum, you can ask someone to bring it up in the general forum in english and bring back the answer in your forum in your own language. I've read a lot of misunderstanding about building a team here at SFI. SFI has unique features that some other team building don't have. Here at SFI we work with our affiliates individually. Your affiliates don't have much relationship among themselves. So, the Team that we are talking about here is YOU and your INDIVIDUAL affiliates.

The objective here is really to make your individual affiliates become successful, because your success depends on their success.

1. Recruitment - The first step of building an SFI team is to recruit your first batch of affiliates. Your first batch must be able to jump-start your business, otherwise you will discourage and quit. Here are the characteristics of your first batch.
a) They must be keen and been in online marketing or network marketing or fond of joining online business opportunities.
b) Have tried buying online, or have credit card or paypal account.

These are important because once they see the great opportunity of SFI they will immediately bring their business to higher level. It means good income for you.

Start recruiting from your network of relationship, friends, family members acquaintances. Then launch into online marketing for people you don't know, but have same characteristics as a) and b). Search for them in forums Face Books and PTC sites.

2. Prepare yourself to be a helpful team leader - Read every aspect of SFI and TripleClicks website. Digest the information so that when you affiliates ask you you have answer. Learn how to encourage your affiliates and the most important is learn some techniques and strategies that you can pass on to your affiliates. be sure you are applying what you are sharing.

3. Build personal/friendly relationship with your affiliates. - work as friends, help him as friend.

I will repeat, make it a goal for them to be successful, honestly if none of your affiliates are successful, you will not be successful too.

We can only convince others that SFI is a serious business if we understand and explain the basics of SFI business.

Here are the Basics of this Business.

1. SFI is a business because it is selling real products found in its online store the "TripleClicks". So almost all our income are coming from sales. So it is a real business.

2. One unique feature of SFI is many of the products sold in TripleClicks are owned by SFI members! Each member (affiliates) are give a chance to sell their products. So this is a real business.

3. Aside from your profit from your own products, you also get commission from what you can sell from any of products displayed at TripleClicks - So you are in real business.

4. SFI share 40% of its company-wide income to its affiliates. Your share depends on your total points (VP) earned. The more points you earn the more share you have.

5. Another unique feature of this business is, people who wants to get a share from the company earning (Executive Pool) will voluntarily buy because they want the rank that would enable them to harvest more points (matching VP) to have more share.

One of the qualification for rank is points earned from purchases. So they will voluntarily buy even if they are not told to buy. This makes the selling easy. If you recruited this people (your PSA) who are buying voluntarily, you get BIG commission (45%) of the profit (Commission Value or CV).

One more thing, SFI is giving another group of customers (CSA's) that you earn 15% of CV from their purchses.

6. The selling is done in two ways, First is the ordinary way where you pay the price tag. SFI in its desire to help raise more profit so that they can share more, they sell other products through penny bidding. The final price is much much lower than the tag price but the but you have to buy TCredits in order to bid. SFI earns a lot in selling this TCredits more than selling the item at its real price.

These innovations done by SFI make it very attractive and have big earning potentials if you consider this as real business because it is a real business, a multi million platform created by SFI. We as affiliates are in at the very center of this huge business.

Thanks for asking because this is very critical both to you as sponsor and to your affiliates.

First month will be easy to get the needed VP to become EA but the second month onward will be very challenging specially if they have no funds.

Honestly, its quite impossible to maintain EA without buying from TripleClicks starting from second month. The only way for those who don't have fund is for them to sell items from TripleClicks outside SFI to Personally Referred Member (PRM). They will not only earn direct commission but also the VP assigned to the item they sold.

If they can not sell to PRM, tell them that its alright if they can not reach EA yet, what they need to do is just continue to earn their free daily VP and intensify their efforts in finding affiliates (PSA).

Encourage them to identify potential affiliates from among their network of relationships who turn active and start buying from TripleClicks. They need to earn as early as possible.

Next, still part of intensified efforts to find affiliates, they should learn how to promote their gateways to different social media and to free ads posting sites.

There will a point in time that you will need to assist them financially so that they jump-start their SFI business. You do this if they already have active affiliates.

Helping them financially when they don't have active affiliates is a waste of resources. It will not do any good for both of you, because it will just be a temporary solution and not sustainable.

Just one last word, be sure to know if they don't really have the fund or they don't just want to invest and what they want is to depend on you.

I made a research of the shipping cost from my country to different parts of the world and when I added it to the price of the items I want to sell The price became unattractive, as I compared it when the item is purchased locally. The only advantage is the buyer will earn VP if he will buy my item.

So here is my conclusion in selling items at TripleClicks as ECA.

1. I will sell physical items locally or with in my region - The main reason is the shipment cost. I will also try to minimize my prophet on Physical items to make the price competitive. We wil have an edge if we can compete with the local price because aside from the good price, our customers also earns VP.

2. I will sell digital products internationally. Digital product can be sent as attachment in email or can be downloaded at no cost for shipment.

3. I will physical products internati?nally if my product is unique and only me has it. In this case there will be no problem to your buyers if you add the shipment cost. The don't have anything to compare with your product because of its uniqueness.

Keep this in mind, we are not selling anything that we know no one will buy because its price is unreasonable.

Effective ways to use printed flyers starts from its design. When you are designing your flyers you need to keep your three main objectives.

1. You need to attract the readers’ attention.
2. You need to generate interest in your product (SFI)
3. You need to ask the recipient for an action.

To achieve these objectives you need to be mindful of:

1 Look and feel: In terms of design, it’s best to adopt a ‘less is more’ approach for print. Too many images, colours and fonts are only going to dilute your brand message. If you want something bold, lead with an eye-catching or provocative headline but keep the rest of the content succinct. One large image will be more impactful than many smaller images – choose a strong, striking image that conveys the mood of your message to act as your focal point.

2. Size: When considering the size of your leaflet or flyer, it’s worth keeping your distribution channel in mind. For flyers that are to be handed out on the street, A6 paper size tends to be a popular choice as it’s small enough for the recipient to put in their pocket or wallet. They also tend to be heavier, and printed on gloss paper. Leaflets or flyers that are sent out in the post tend to be A6 or A5 sized and often have the highest engagement rate when delivered in an envelope.

3. Tone: Keep the text short and to the point, writing from the perspective of your customer – address them directly with words like ‘you’ and ‘your’ rather than ‘we’ or ‘I’.

I read several answers to this question and they are very good but I feel that there is one more thing that is missing and consider it very important. I will put it in the last.

When you are ask to present SFI in a group there are two things that you should prepare. It must be clear that the objective of presenting SFI whether to individual or a group is at the end they sign up as your affiliates.

1. The Content of your presentation.
a) In your introduction you must build confidence among your audience with SFI as company. A good resource for that is found here. https://www.sfimg.com/Reference/AboutSFI.
b) Second is you must explain SFI-TripleClick's business model in simple term. Example, what is the relationship of SFI and TripleClicks websites?
c) Third is you must explain the different streams of income.
d) You must explain the success factors, like affiliates, logging in daily and earning VPs for ranking.
e) You must explain how to get started.

2. Your preparation before and after your presentation.
a) Always make a tailor-made presentation to your audience.
b) You need to see the logistics you need. like LCD projector, sound system etc.

3. Here is one that I promise to tell you that is missing in the answers I read. - Prepare to facilitate the signing up of your audience.
a) Be sure to have an internet connection and few units in the room for them to sign up.
b) Get your piece of card with your name and your SFI gateways. Distribute them to all the participants so that they have a choice to sign up immediately or later.

I do not fake my conversation about SFI and I advise all to do the same. tell exactly what you like about SFI not what others like and invent some stories about SFI.

Every part of SFI are so good to tell other about it depending on what part do you really enjoy.

For me, I love the different ways that we can earn from SFI. I like the idea that I can make sales even if I am not actively selling through my PSA and CSA.

I like and I'm proud to tell others that SFI is very stable company and administered by brilliant and fair honest people.

I can enthusiastically tell others that I love and enjoy the games at TripleClicks, especially the Gold Streak and the Card King.

And lastly, I can tell them with excitement about Pricebenders and I am proud to show them my Samsung Galaxy Tab and Kindle Fire and cellphone that I won from Pricebenders.

There is an element of self interest when we force our downlines to achieve Team Leaderships when it is not yet ripe.

Because the only way to become BTL without a team is to buy items that will give them the 2000 max. VP from purchase and buy some more TC to bid or join games that can give them 500 action VP while the other 500 action VP will come from daily, weekly and monthly activities. Of course if he is good in answering ask SC he can earn additional free action VP's.

This action will cost them a lot with no equatable returns. Of course you as sponsor get a lot of commission. Its the reason why we sometimes push our downlines to become Team Leaders eve if its not yet time.

So, for me the best way to motivate members of my downlines to become Team Leaders is when they start to have a team of active members. So, I would rather encourage them to find more affiliates and apply duplication and Let the VP's that are earned from affiliates who are turning EA2 push them to Team Leadership.

It is expensive to maintain Team Leadership with out a team and it is also limited to Bronze Team Leader.

I am not totally against using money to earn Team Leader Status. Because we can also grow our SFI business through pricebenders. Many big shots here at SFI earn their way up through pricebenders. They are winning a lot of PSA's and CSA's that finally get them the VPs they need from affiliates.

Not only that, they are also winning a lot of valuable items for less and they are able to sell it at good profit. But again you need a lot of capital for this to establish your your name at Pricebender.

Each one of us has a "TURN-OFF" point. But there are general turn off points that we can name of that we should avoid.

1. Do not be pushy - It is not a culture in SFI to push someone. In fact in all that we do in SFI are voluntary. We buy happily and eagerly on our own. So, even in talking to our prospects, let's start that culture of not pushing someone.

2. Do not present SFI with unrealistic promises - Explain the process truthfully. How they can earn and what they should do to earn. Do not present SFI as "too good to be true" like, you can earn $5,000 in three months. It's possible but unrealistic.

3. Do not present SFI as Too complicated - Many affiliates quit SFI because they think that SFI is complicated. Make a summary of what is SFI business model. Make a summary of the sources of Income in SFI. Then make a summary of the the task that they should do in order to earn those money. Always let them feel that they will never go wrong because you are there to guide them.
