Good question. I think we must to try also if they are not worker. I send all week a email with news of all because they can to see we are serious and sometimes i see there are persons in stand by to return to work. Success in SFI means never give up. Remember each CSA pays you 15% CV of each of there purchase and more importantly matching points in case you are TL.
I believe some of them will be back if you keep in motivating them through mails.

I search to help all my team, we have a meeting all wendesday in italian for my italian team and i have mini meeting with others want to help. We prepare presentations for news and training for all. I think It is because in internet there are a lot of promise of earnings money soon and everyone wants to earn lots of money without having to do any work for it. It is kind of human nature to wish for the quick way to make lots of money. Personally i don't cry to promise of aernings money without work and I feel that this SFI could work, it will just take a lot of work, and it won't happen over night. I think this network it's good because on need of work but with a good team you will to have time also for your family, friends, etc..
