Good question in this time of year! But that was about our long term goals.
Now the question is for this year 2013. Different affiliates are on different stages of their SFI business so the goal may differ. But generally there are stages here at SFI.
1)Learning while earning a little.
The goal here will be to understand SFI business model and the success factors.
2)Building your foundation.
The goal here is to recruit massive affiliates. Which is the foundation of your business.
3)Building the structures. The goal here is to assist people in your organization to get established while you continue with stage 2. You also explore other possible income streams like ECA Price benders and others.
4)Mentoring and maintaining. The goal here is Mentoring the hard working people in your organization and maintaining what you are.

You can make detail plans out of these different stages. And sometimes this may not be linear but rather over lapping and parallel depending on your capacity and skills.
Learn all of SFI and duplicate that you learn. With that you arrive to success with your team.

For to understand SFI what to do it's important to reach out to them as soon as possible after they sign up. Send them a personal email that shows them you have an interest in their success in SFI.Send them only valuable information that gives them the important information. In the initial email encourage them to login daily and go through the Launchpad training, to see the forum and all of SFI. Learning learning it' s important. It's also important to send them a very short email offering our service or asking if they have any areas that we can assist them with.

I respect CSAs same as PSAs. For me there is no discrimination between a CSA and a PSA. I got many active CSAs from the Price-bender's auction who did all the things my PSA do to me. Also from CSAs to earning 15% from sales.If They communicated with me regularly and followed what all I said. At that time I decided to do the same with them as I did with my PSAs.
It is very much important to respect all.
