Hello,

In my opinion, the easiest way is to lead by the example and being consistent. Therefore, you should first of all present to them the actions you take for duplication, discuss how effective they are and what benefits do they bring. Once they see that you "do what you teach", they may be more willing to follow your example.

A good starting point might be discussing "My Earnings" panel under "SCOREBOARD" with them, too. I mean, to demonstrate

Hello,

Your question touches a very sensitive matter for many Affiliates since, at least in my opinion, the majority of them suffer from not seeing the results they expected...

Let me offer my anser here, a short and simple one: in my opinion it all depends on the type of advertising you use and on your communication with your Affiliates and Co-Sponsored Affiliates.

As for the advertising. If you use multiple forms of free advertising, like traffic exchanges, safelists,

Dear Bernadette,

Participation in Ask SC not only helps you to become a more successful SFI affiliate, but also a more effective sponsor or team leader. How?

To answer your original question first, let's have a look at the range of questions people ask at Ask SC. I bet you wouldn't have thought about asking some of them, neither would I. This way we learn about some features of SFI that somehow escaped our attention, and we also learn how to use them.

Sometimes, you

What's the best way to approach a new PSA with regards to discussing their goals with them?

If your PSAs send their goals to you, you are on a good way to build a good team, so it would be unreasonable to lose that opportunity. We may also assume that sharing the goals is a signal that your affiliates want to discuss them with you and this may require a great deal of sensitivity, common sense, and tact.

Before going into the details, I'd first compliment them on setting the goals and thank them on sending them to you.

While discussing the goals themselves, never evaluate

As many people before me have pointed out - having/setting goals gives your actions a sense of direction, shows you the end result of your endavors.

What I would like to point out is that setting goals is important also in your life, simply because goals direct our actions and reflect what we want to achieve in life.

Remember one thing, however: nothing is carved in stone as far as your life is concerned. You are free to set, change, and re-set your goals to reflect your personal

What encouragement can I give to an affiliate who feels he or she is getting nowhere with SFI?

The best encouragement is your personal example. If you are really successful here, you have something to show to your Affiliates. If you share your strategies with them at the same time - you're even a better leader and your Affiliates will follow you with higher motivation. If you just repeat all the time "if it has worked for me, it will work for you" when you share a strategy, you'll see more dedication on the part of your Affiliates.

I know how it feels when you think you're

The best way is to provide a good example. Yours own most preferably. Only when the people you recruit see your positive results, they may become less reluctant and more trusting.

If you write in your ad or say in a conversation that "people" earn money with SFI from the comfort of their own homes then you can be sure that almost everybody and their mother have heard about "people" earning money on the Internet and your message will be just another buzz in the Internet

Hi,

What I am going to write will certainly be opposed by many, but I think that after deeper reflection you'll agree with me.

The answer to your question is: there is no such way!

The reason behind it is simple - if somebody doesn't want to do what is NOT required of them, there is no way to force the person to do it, no matter what incentives you may offer.

What is consistently taught here at SFI (and anywhere else for that matter) is that you should
