Since we can promote TripleClicks offline, excluding the social media platforms as a promotional avenue is not really a major obstacle in successfully getting Tripleclicks sign-ups. However, TripleClicks is an E-Commerce portal and the use of the internet is important. Hence, every SFI Team member should devote time to learn internet marketing.

Our team members who are new to the internet can proceed in two steps: First promote TripleClicks offline while taking time to be familiar with internet marketing; second, after gaining internet marketing knowledge, focus on email marketing, banner advertising, blogging, website traffic, and press releases.

In the first step, offline marketing can be very effective. Most of the beginners' marketing methods are highly suitable for it.
1. Our team members can distribute TC Gift Cards to friends, family, and the public as an enticement to join and sample TripleClicks's offerings

We have all the resources at the Marketing Center to help us successfully promote TripleClicks products during this holiday season as well as throughout the year. Although the sales and marketing efforts of big retailers is already in full swing for this holiday season, gift giving is always fashionable.

Like the various TripleClicks components, the Uber-Picks offer us excellent opportunities for promoting, referring PRMs, scoring sales VersPoints (SVP), and growing our businesses.

Similarly to the other Eager Zebra games, the Uber-Picks also have a prime target audience. Thus far, the three sets of games, that are now open, target sports fans who follow sport competitions very closely.

The first step in promoting the Uber-Picks is to accurately identify that market.

The current Uber-Picks are made up of three sections: Soccer (European Football) competitions in (a) North America and (b) Europe, and (c) Cricket competitions, worldwide.

The soccer sections retain the French name of the world soccer organization: Federation Internationale de Football Associations (FIFA) based in Zurich, Switzerland. Thus the two soccer Uber-Picks games are for the competitions in the European Union (EU) , on the one hand, and in North America, (NA) on the other hand.

Hence, we have FIFA EU and FIFA NA because the competitions are organized on a regional basis. Only once, every four years, are the soccer international competitions held worldwide, much like the Olympics.

My personal approach is to connect with those sports fans of the teams that are regularly being part of the competitions featured in the Uber-Picks.

This is another niche market targeting, through advertising, social media relationship building, blogging, and online press release to raise the awareness of the those sports' fans.

I will be conducting a thorough online search of these markets and fine tune my advertising and marketing campaigns to attract those sports' fans to TripleClicks and the Uber-Picks games.

In terms of marketing aids, I have counted at the Marketing Center, at least three pages, over 36 different banners devoted exclusively to the Uber-Picks (CRICKET, FIFA, NCAA, MLB, MBA, NFL, etc)

In other words, we are blessed with an abundance of marketing aids to more than meet our needs.

My team members, both PSAs and CSAs, and I started brainstorming on how to promote the new PrivacyMaxx as soon as it was released. We were pleased and motivated to find that there was already a readily available URL link to use to that effect. In a more recent Forum comment, SFI Corporate pointed to the possibility of having a specific gateway for this product if sales pick up. Thus, it is up to us to make progress in our sales efforts; the more successful we are, the more support we will get from SFI to further boost our results.

I am pleased with my team members' activity: I have noticed their sharing of the PrivacyMaxx at their Facebook business pages, in the Facebook groups in which they are members, with Google Plus, Pinetrest, LinkedIn and other social media sites.

The above has been the focus of our first efforts.

As a team leader, I am closely following their efforts while conducting additional research on these critical issues of online security and identify theft which are a worldwide concern. As the PrivacyMaxx aims at the US market for now, my goal is to devise a comprehensive strategy for promoting the product within this market, targeting niches specific to identify theft.

SFI's culture is made up of strong standards of professional behavior, business skills acquisition as well as high levels of generosity and forbearance in human interactions.

We acquire the above values by being actively involved with SFI, building our businesses. Thus it is already having a profound and positive influence. It is changing our lives, whether we are fully aware of it or not.

First, we have reorganized our schedules to allocate time for learning the business and carrying out the daily tasks. This has directly impacted our time management skills and changed our focus.

Second, and most importantly, SFI is having positive effects on our professional behavior and standards of quality, every one of us. Regardless of our previous personal experiences, we are learning new skills, specific to the required knowledge that is essential to successfully build an SFI business. Most of us, who are seeing good results, to some extent, have leaned or improved their communications, technical and sales skills, as well as their leadership qualities,

In addition, as our efforts do not always yield the expected results, we also have developed resilience and stamina, with the ability to contemplate our lack of success, and start again, working to improve the quality of our input to have a better outcome.

What will benefit a prospective TripleClicks ECA is to join, list their products, start making sales and earn income to grow their business.

These are also what will benefit us a referrer of the ECAs.

Thus, in prospecting for ECAs, we should focus on what will profit the relationship we are building. We can control the content of our communication and focus it on giving pertinent and useful information to the prospective ECAs, help them join, and help them list their products in a manner that will be conducive to making sales.

That is actually the true role of both SFI and Tripleclicks. The most effective way to positively convey this role to the prospective ECA is to tell the story of SFI and TripleClicks, the history, growth, achievements and bright future.

All the critical knowledge, resources and tools are at plain view at the Affiliate center to help us build our businesses. All the essential features are at our fingertips, easy to find, and easy to use. Answers to the most current questions are readily accessible.

We cannot duplicate this, of course. It is not even recommendable to attempt to do so, but, we can learn from it. Our personal websites should focus on recruiting new SFI members and selling TripleClicks as well ECAs products, while promoting the auctions, the games, and other important parts such as W3

Our objectives should be selling, sponsoring active PSAs, referring successful ECAs and bring PRMs from whom we will earn commissions.

Hence, you should design and build your website with those goals in mind, provide the educational information, the links (most of our gateways) answers to most frequently asked questions, and prepare your recruits and sign-ups before they join SFI, so that as soon as they become members, they know what to do and "hit the road running".

This is from the design standpoint.

State of art advertising and marketing are the second important aspect that makes our website effective. Here, our goal is to build a profitable, thriving business made up of motivated, knowledgeable team members. It is human nature to enjoy cash prizes, freebies and rewards.

The CW (Cash Welcome is a cash reward to be awarded to the new sign-up when they earn their first commission check. It is an incentive to work towards that goal, thus making that new affiliate active.

The Tcredits Welcome (TW) is an instant reward available to the new affiliate as soon as they sign up. It is up to them to accept the reward or decline it. By accepting the reward (incentive) they will very likely learn how to use it and get them to be active affiliates.

Hence both TW and CW are new tools available to us, SFI sponsors, in our quest to get active as many as of our new sign-up and thus solve one of the major problems we are facing in our team building efforts: raise the percentage of active affiliates and significantly lower the percentage of those who may remain inactive.

A cash reward may seemingly be more attractive to many people, as they will not likely make the effort to assess the overall value of CW compared to TW. Intrinsically,with its $12 cash value, the TW is a great prize. But again people may not focus on that aspect

But, both TW and CW appeal to human psychology. They are well thought team building tools but, but introduced just in the past short few weeks and still in their test phase.

Beside their comparative monetary value, it is too early to draw conclusion on whether they are effective, whether they will have a great impact on our efforts and results to increase the percentage of our active affiliates or not. There is not enough evidence to conclude which of the two, TW or CW will be more effective, thus best to use.Before making such determination, Any preference between the two will be based merely on personal opinion and inclination.

Before expressing any opinion as to which one is better, I personally prefer to wait and observe the results after we have enough data and feedback on which to base our objective decision.

My recommendation is to be patient, and, alternatively, use TW for some sign-up and CW or others. After 6 months or so, there will be enough data to objectively make a sound judgment about these new tools.

We thank SFI Corporate for introducing them and making them available to us as sponsors, but leaving it up to each one us of us whether to use them, and which one to use. That flexibility is part of what will make these new tools both handy and effective,

How being a good listener applies to an SFI Affiliate?

To be a good listener, we need to show forbearance, be open minded, patient, and capable of understanding everybody's side on a specific issue that may confront us and our partners in business. It is vital that we demonstrate these qualities in our relationships with the all SFI community members.

To be a good listener, we need to learn to speak much less and listen much more: "We have two ears and only one tongue" We need to focus on fully understanding the view points that are being presented to us.

Being a good listner will positively impact our business building efforts by making effective our communications with our our team members, our sponsor, co-sponsor, members of our upline, the technical support team as well as fully taking advantage of tips and sound advice we may find at the Forum and with the answers within the Ask SC questions.

All the above parts of the SFI community play major roles in helping us be successful. All these people are making contributions to our business building efforts.

Being a good listner requires, first of all, being fully open minded and receptive to the, advice, tips, and suggestions from our sponsor, sponsor and our upline. These are our first source of support. From the very beginning, we get welcome messages from our sponsor and co-sponsor and we are introduced to our upline. Our reactions to their welcoming words is a great part of being a good listener.

We also get from SFI Headquarters a series of messages intended to help us navigate the website, find the information we need to make early, progress, reach important milestones and avoid missing important stepping stores that can propel us towards success. Paying close attention to the content in these messages is part of being a good listener. It will make our work easier.

Next, we are exposed to the Forum and the Ask SC questions. They offer us a continuing flow of information that renews itself on a daily basis. Taking full advantage of such resources resources is another example of being a good listener.

In the course of our daily activities, we will run into some technical problems that require the intervention of the Technical support team. Being patient with them, analysing and applying the solutions they offer is essential in solving those technical problems. We will not good listeners if we ignore such input.

One of the most critical parts of our work is our daily interactions with out team members. Success with SFI comes from building a vibrant team of PSAs, CSAs, ECAS, PRMs, while also making sales. To succeed here, we need to need to have sound knowledge; we need to take timely action; we need to solve problems, we need to convince our team members to do the same.

The quality of our communications, our listening skills, will enhance our ability to understand the concerns of our team members, help them address the problems they are facing, ease their minds, and give them the comfort and satisfaction for being part of the SFI family and being rewarded for it.
