To add a personal touch to advertising and marketing, video is an excellent tool for promoting SFI. In just few years, it has gained credentials and professional acceptance.

With the advent and progress achieved by video sites such as YouTube, Daily Motion and Vimeo, just to mention the most well know ones, it is now part of the mainstream brand and business building arsenal.

For promoting SFI, we already have the content readily available. We can choose any of the major SFI income streams as the focus of our video presentation. That income stream defines our audience: whom we want to attract, to get results. That audience determines where we want to post the video.

There are several options on how the video is presented. We can appear on it as the speaker. We can also just use sound attached to a PowerPoint presentation as the only visual effects, or we can use professional, commercial services to put together the video for us, if we have a budget we want to allocate to it.

Our goal is to motivate potential prospects to sign up, business owners to register as E-Commerce affiliates, potential customers to join TripleClicks as Personally Referred Members (PRMs). Thus, we have resolved three major aspect of our video marketing strategy: content, audience, sharing.

Sharing is basically the art of driving traffic to our videos.

Information overload happens when we are exposed to new material to assimilate and act upon, but we get additional deliveries, without giving us the time to digest the first batch.

This may happen very easily with new SFI recruits. As sponsors, we are eager to welcome them, help them, give them tips, encourage them, try to make them aware of the various deadlines they face along their road to full fledged, well trained affiliates.

First, our affiliates need to absorb what they are being taught, make it an integral part of their personal knowledge base and their own experience.

But, in our eagerness, we forget that SFI Corporate has scheduled a series of communication deliveries that are more comprehensive, time tested and proven to be more effective to get the new affiliate fully trained and up to date.

The potential of information overload is so real that SFI Corporate has just released an alert on the topic, providing us with a detailed listing of all the messages sent to new sign-ups in their first 31 days, including the 30 launchpad lessons we all go through.

This is a salutary reminder for every sponsor. It is the first, major piece of the answer to your question.

To welcome and help our new affiliates, without overwhelming them, we need to follow the sponsoring guidelines. Our welcome letter should reflect the spirit and content of the draft welcome letter made available to us. Our communications with our new team members should focus on personalizing our business relationships, trying to understand their motives, their goals and their needs. We should build upon that understanding and offer them the support tailored to their personal situations and expectations.

We should refrain from pressuring the affiliate on issues of standing order (SO), fast track, E365 contest, as they are addressed in the mail sent by SFI Corporate. There are no specific perks attached to the fact that one has joined SFI 5 years, 10 years, or 15 years ago, except the fact that they have built teams and are earning matching EA2 points from the work that team does on a monthly basis.

The fact that VPs expire after six months does not affect our earnings at all.

Those reasons of this expiration can be summarized as follows:

(i) To save database space and allow faster loading of all the pages on which we work on a daily basis.
(ii) To level the playing field so that all affiliates have the same opportunities to rise in monthly ranks. This has been explained above in details.

The total VersaPoints that remain are the basis for determining our overall Power rank within SFI, our country rank and our class rank.

3. Class Rank is the third aspect of VersaPoints value

Class rank pertains only to all the affiliates who joined SFI on the same day. For example, all affiliates who will join SFI today, Monday, April 13, 2015, will have the same class.

The E365 Competition is based on class. At the end of the 365 days period, the affiliate who has the largest amount of VP will be the Class Champion, regardless of their overall rank or team leadership rank.

We get "Movers" in our teams by sponsoring new affiliates, retaining them as active PSAs and teaching them duplication. These activities have always been at the core of building a successful SFI business. They are, now, being further highlighted with the newly published team leader qualifications that require having executive affiliates and team leaders in our first generation genealogy.

Our "Movers" are those active affiliates who have shown proven interest in building their SFI Business. They are so important to the extent that we can access their list up to 50, through the daily red "Movers" tap. They are the ones we can work with right away to help them make progress and allow us to see the results we seek for our businesses.

To fully support them, we, first, have to fully be familiar with the whole list of 50 on that tab. We know it defaults to 10 (ten). We have the options to display 15, 20, 25 or 50. We also have two series of filters built into the "Movers" tap. On the one hand, we can see all the most active at once, or choose to select only the PSAs or the CSAs at at time. On the other hand, we can narrow our selection according to the time frame of activity that interests us for any given inquiry.

There is also the possibility to view only those who are online, or our newest sign-ups in the last ten days. For those of us who have smaller teams, we can view all these with the default option that show the recently active (in the last 7 days).

When combined with the genealogy filters, the "Movers" Tab is highly beneficial in managing the large SFI teams, identifying those affiliates who are the ones on which our sponsoring and duplication efforts can have immediate impact.

Providing personalized support to each one of these affiliates is what will make our duplication efforts successful and help us see results in a relatively short time. We need to have open communication lines with them. We should to be on a personal, friendly basis, for, in SFI, duplication is the most important factor in creating wealth.

There are two major sets of activities that will positively impact our duplication results: helping our affiliates grow their own teams on the one hand; and, on the other, teaching them the skills on how to transfer that knowledge to their own PSAs.

Adding our "Movers" to our S-Builder Co-op, and/or reassigning to them highly active new sign-ups are proven methods to successfully help them grow their own teams. Organizing contests tied up to sponsoring and duplication can also be effective.

To get those contests meaningful, we can link them to the the Quarterly Leadership Challenges organized by SFI Corporate four times a year. There are many ways to select 5-10, highly effective statements (selling proposals) about SFI to close the deal with a prospect who is truly interested in joining a lucrative, viable online business.

The effectiveness of such statements will depend on the prospect's main focus. It is up to us to find what are his goals, his hopes and his fears. Then, we can quickly come up with a series of statements about SFI to address those points and help the prospect make an educated decision to join SFI.

Hence, we need to fully educate ourselves about SFI so that we are in the best position to respond to the diverse situations we may encounter when prospecting face to face with potential affiliates.

The S-Builder Co-op is a sponsoring resource. Its purpose is to help us leverage SFI's advertising pool to grow our downline. It is the most cost effective and most practical way to start bringing new sign-ups in our teams.

Tcredits are a TripleClicks internal currency, an instrument of exchange to access the many products and services within TripleClicks. We use them to perform the essential parts of our daily activity as affiliates. Without them, we cannot bid on the Pricebenders auctions or play the Eager Zebra games, for example.

You can spend your Tcredits to bid on auctions for PSAs and CSAs. From this standpoint, they can achieve the same goal as the S-Builder Co-op. But the use of Tcredits is much wider.

Both Tcredits and S-Builder Co-op are indispensable to a serious SFI affiliate truly committed in growing their business. They are both excellent investments with direct impact on our business growth. One is hardly superior to the other. It does not serve a significant purpose to rank one above the other.

I hope not to have to choose between Tcredits and the S-Builder Co-op. They are not comparable. Missing one of them will make difficult to build and grow an SFI business.

I am a avid Forum reader. Every single day, I read several Forum posts and I sometimes share few with my team members, either through Team mail or a stream post. Often times, I miss an important announcement and discover about it through a Forum post.
