2. TripleClicks Exec.Pool:
How to get this commission:
When we get a vp through our daily works in SFI, we get one share from this Exec. Pool. So, the more vp we accumulate the more share we get from it

How to increase this commission:
To increase this commission, make sure to become Team leader (atleast BTL), because of which you will get these share of commission
a. If you are BTL - you'll receive matching VP on all EA2s in your downline within 6 levels (including your CSAs).
b. If you are STL - you'll receive matching vp on all EA2s in your downline within 8 levels (including your CSAs).
c. If you are GTL - you'll receive matching vp on all EA2s in your downline within 10 levels (including your CSAs).
d. If you are PTL - you'll receive matching vp on all EA2s in your downline within 12 levels (including your CSAs).

Added benefits:
The more active EA2 count you have in your team, the more vp share you will receive and the commission too. Motivate the PSAs to become EA2 and to even higher leadership levels.

3. Co-Sponsor Commissions:
How to get this commission:
When your CSAs purchase you will earn 15% on the C.V of the product they purchase.

How to increase the commission:
To increase this commission, encourage your CSAs to purchase products that they desire and explain them how the purchase earn them their MRP and VPs and also give them 25vp for the product review of the purchase.

Added benefits:
The more active CSAs and their purchase the more commission you will receive. Increase the count of CSAs by purchasing them in TC,or winning them in auctions. Maintaining your leadership status also award you CSA count and Second home CSAs count

1. While signing up in SFI, if they would have given the correct email id, then surely and promptly they will receive your emails then there is no doubt in that.
2. You can add a line at the end of your messages, "Please acknowledge my mail with a simple reply" and if they reply then there is no doubt in theat.
3. Some, may not reply your mails and some may feel shy to contact you, but they will according to your mails, that is you can see a progressive action in their vp ledger, then there is no doubt in that.

1. Consider the prompt attendance of your PSA (atleast logging daily and finishing their daily actions).

4. Consider the positive acceptance of your PSA of your teaching and guidance (atleast getting regular feed back from them).

Your question is quite interesting as well as a think over question.

Many Sponsors and Leaders (even me) having the same problem with some of our PSAs.

But, don't worry still we can make it over with them by these motivational methods.

Try them, atleast to some of them these strategies may work out. Let us hope for the best always.

But, before that we must consider the problems and situations of the PSAs. Their problems may be any one of the following. Find the problem first and then help them to get over it.

The problems for a PSA to be non active in sponsoring and duplication would be:

1. May be their family situation and their limited time frame to work in SFI.
2. May be they don't find time to do extra works like sponsoring because they may be tight in schedule with their professional work.
3. May be they are not so familiar with SFI and learning all tutorials. Because of not having a clear picture they may refuse to sponsor and duplicate.
4. May be they would have an inferiority complex to meet people or train people.
5. May be willingly they are not willing to sponsor or duplicate.

There may be even more causes for them, but as a Sponsor/Mentor, our responsibility is to make them comfortable with us and try to solve their problems if possible. If we did that and make them to feel us Loyal then slowly they will move to Sponsoring and Duplication level. Before that we must encourage and motivate them with these following simple steps.

Don't demand anything from these PSAs, but,

1. Just explain them about VP points and commissions.
2. Just explain them, how the matching vp share increase because of our downline team members
3. Just explain them about sales and purchases in TripleClicks.
4. Just explain the vps, MRPs they can get from the product purchase.
5. Just explain them about Mighty TCredits, its benefits and uses in gaming, bidding auctions, purchases.
6. Just explain them about CSAs and the benefits they can get from them.
7. Just explain them about leadership ranking and the perks, benefits,commissions and vp shares.
8. Just explain them about your badges, your ranking, your rewards received and your bonuses.
9. Just explain them about your future plan to them, your rewards, your incentives and your assigning if they come to the line of frame.
10. Just explain them about the Success of many leaders through sponsoring and duplication and how you are making out your own team.

There are even more steps, through which you can explain and motivate them.

This could be a special offer, that you can assure to these PSAs. Express to them like this:

"I can understand your situation better, but, I can help you to overcome your situation. I can extend a special offer to you. I will assign PSAs to you, when they start to work under you, I can help you by giving some special guidance that you can forward to them. Ask them like this, then within some days, this will make up their minds and will agree with you, then you can assign PSAs under them.

Whenever you are new to any work or business, you have to be very careful in learning the work from A to Z. Let us first discuss about the concept of "me newbie in marketing", then "PSA newbie in marketing"

"ME - Newbie in SFI and marketing" (Here I wish to specify SFI as a FIRM- never mind it, this is for convenience)

1. I will first of all get a clear picture about the firm from those who already work in it.
2. then, I will first discuss with them, the advantages and the disadvantages of the firm.
3. then, I will collect details of the benefits that I can get from the firm.
4. then, I will make sure of the income or commission that I may be going to earn from the firm and the time frame for that.
5. then, I will discuss with myself, whether the time allotted for the work will be suitable for my time sharing with other works.
6. then, I will decide whether to start up with the firm or not.
7. then, after start up with the firm, I will make sure that I consider the work as my personal work or business and motivate myself that I will succeed in the work and maximize my income from the firm.
