In my opinion,
First of all, we should not discourage any person we are readily and willingly working in SFI. They may wish to become Team leader like BTL, STL, GTL, PTL anyhow, but we need to explain them the real fact. Its our responsibility as a Team Leader.

Our work here is to always encourage them in all their proceeding. But, one thing we have to keep in mind. "Moving very fast is always danger". Insist this concept to your down line members. "Slow and Steady - Always win the race".

Many affiliates including me (in the beginning) really get excited of the tasks, games, auctions and bonuses from SFI and the instant dispose of VPs. So, they gear up and aim for high and move very fast. But, at some point when their brake failure, they broke their nose and goes off the game. So, let them first realize that, this is a real business and over night success is impossible.

Insist each new affiliates (down line) to become EA in the first month and EA2 in the second month and with little investment let them make the EA2 again in the 3rd month. If they have made some PSAs under them within this 3 months and if their PSAs are active like them and some to EA2 status, then you can advice them to move to BTL status in the 3rd or even in 4th month.

Explain them, BTL status also brings some responsibility for them to maintain their team and it also earns them many perks and benefits too. To improve their business they must be ready to invest to atleast $20 each month or mainain their standing order after until their team is strong and yield them 100,150,200,250,…vps for their EA2, BTL,STL,….

If they were ready to all these concept, then encourage them to move to BTL status and win the badge, perks and commissions. As a token of appreciation, issue them some rewards like PSA reassign, Gift certificates, Tcredits and so on…

Achieving Goal is what called Success. In this sense, let us discuss your goal and then discuss whether you have attained the Success or not in SFI and TripleClicks.

Goals in SFI :

1. First and foremost priority goes to Team Building. When you are sure, that you have a strong and active PSAs up to some levels down line and also have a team of some active CSAs, then you can get the confident that you have a strong team and there my achieved your goal.
When you see that you have a strong and active team under you, you can assure that you have achieved this GOAL.

2. Second priority goes to the growth of our team, that is, the more the active team members become to leader status like EA2, BTL, STL, GTL,PTL the more your earning and your success.
When you see your team members are to leadership level s and even higher, then you can assure that you have achieved this GOAL.

3. Third priority goes to earning commission, this is also related to team, since when the team is strong and active and many are in EA2 and BTL and in higher leader rank you make more commission.
When you see good and appreciating commission comes to your account every month, then you can assure that you have achieved this GOAL.

Achieving these GOAL will automatically makes you to higher levels like : leadership status, vp streak status, class status, power rank status, champion status, top enroller status, top sponsors. There by you can come to an assumption that you are becoming Successful in SFI.

Goals in TripleClicks :

1. First priority should be to maintain your TripleClicks - Tconnect page. Since, the more ECAs you connect and advertise the more purchase will be and the more your commission will be.
When you see that you are making up more sales through this Tconnect page, then you can be assure that you have achieved this GOAL.

2. Second priority should be to open up ECA store of your own. Since, your product reach world class customer and the sales will be higher and your commission of profit will be related to.
When you see that your ECA store is running successfully and you have already made some sales and got profit, then you can be assure that you have achieved this GOAL.

3. Third priority should be make more PRM to your Tconnect page. This can be done by distributing Wave3 Xcards and canvassing. When people start to purchase through your link your commission increases rapidly.
When you see more TC members join up under you and makes great purchases and your commission grows, then you can be assure that you have achieved this GOAL.

Hello Mam !

First of all, I will explain the PSAs that, SFI is an Online Business and not an ordinary online job/work. Since, business yield slowly than job/work.

The fact is that, many people think, SFI Marketing as an online job. So, they think that they must receive earnings without Investment.

Let us explain them this little strategy:

SFI has set up a Great Mega Super Store "TripleClicks" with World Brand Products from World Brand Marketers and offering the same Business to ourselves for free of cost and asking us: "Just sell the products and earn the profits".

Hard work is much better than easy gaining (easiest way of EA); because you may not realize - how glad and satisfied it will be, When you finish all the works mend for you at the appropriate timing and get the EA status. Rather purchasing and earning vp for EA status within minutes may not give that much satisfaction.

Why all go for the easiest way? Think for a while…...

Let me think differently, my friend !!

This would be the most fun and interesting question ever asked, since, me too thought the same thing in my mind, last month.

If I were given another opportunity to start again in SFI (Second time), I would differently do the following :

1. As soon as I sign up, I will contact my sponsor before he contact me and will surely send him message like this "Hi, I'm your Sponsored Affiliate. Thanks for accepting me as your team member. I assure that I will corporate with you and team to build a strong foundation. Expecting your support when I need them and I'm glad to work with you. Thanks" etc….

2. Directly, I will go to To-do-list and do the getting started action and intermediate actions and will finish as fast as I can, and will get "Fast Track badge within half-an-hour.

3. I will surely, read the launch pad lessons for my review, but will keep them for next month vp earning (first time I suffered a lot for earning vps in second month).

4. Last time, I were not sure of the lessons and references in all tags, so I would have left many. This time I will never leave even a single and will daily learn some of them.

5. I won't waste my time wandering hear and there, I will surely get 1500vp within first 10 days and will start sponsoring PSAs in the rest of days.

6. As I know the procedure now, after attaining EA status, I will immediately contact my CSAs by sending them welcome letter, encouraging tips etc. so that they may not be left alone for "Second Home CSA". Surely I won't let any of my CSA to go away.
