Communication is one of the keys to our success here.It is almost vital.
In order to keep good communication,we need to make strong and regular connections with our downline.


No matter how funny this may sound,but to be sure that your PSAs and CSAs are receiving your e-mails is pretty simple.But first,let's see how it works (by the way,I see this as a technical question,so my answer will be in that way).

When you are about to send e-mail,what do you need?A computer,electricity,internet connection,knowledge of writing/sending e-mail...and that's it.

How e-mail is being sent?
By internet connection,ofcourse.

So,how it finally works?
Well,to make it simple,I'll present you like this:it is the line,consisting of you (as a sender of e-mail),then server (a program or another computer or a network of computers/programs,where your e-mail is first sent) and then your PSAs/CSAs (as the ones who are receiving your e-mails).


So,if something goes bad in that line (you-server network-recipient),they won't receive your e-mail.Which means,if you don't have correct connection to your e-mail server,or your e-mail server doesn't have connection with recipient's e-mil server,or recipient's e-mail server doesn't have connection with recipient's computer - your message won't find the way to whom you've addressed it.

Special problem here are settings of recipient's mail server.
As you know,there is option to block one's e-mail address.If that is set,and if that address is your address,then...


But OK,don't worry,normally everything works fine.In most of the cases (99,99%) the line you-server-recipient works without any problem,and they are receiving your e-mails.In that 0,01% you are being blocked and there's not much that you can do.


What do you need to do?
You need to keep that line without any discontinuation.You can't do much about server's stuff (it's out of your reach;but it's also very rarely a problem).You can do about "your" part of that line (which is pretty simple - keep your computer running and have the internet connection).And you can partly do about recipient's part of the line - which is in the most of the cases main reason why your e-mails are not delivered where they should be.

Talk to your PSAs/CSAs (if you can,somehow),explain them that they need not to block your e-mail address (as their sponsor/co-sponsor),neither SFI e-mail address (as their company).If you manage to explain them and they listen to you,you'll have everything sorted out.


P.S. - If they are receiving your e-mails,but they are not reading them....well,that's another question to think of...

Besides that there's something else that you can do.

1. organize meetings.Whether it will be live meetings (if you are from the same area),or online meetings (if you are from different countries or continents).When organizing meetings,then it's chance for all your affiliates to meet others from your downline (or even upline).When people interact among themselves they feel more "secure",greater feeling of togetherness and eventually more happy and satisfied.

2. organize so called "webinars".It actually online seminars.Invite all your downline members at a certain time (say,Sunday evening when most people are free,at 7 p.m.).Connect online and discuss subjects and/or issues with SFI.Share your opinions and experiences.Let the new members ask questions and give answers to them.What I've said for meetings applies here too.

3. make your own forum or website.The place where your team can see how you're working and what you're working.And place where you can also interact with them (like forum).

4. encourage them to contact you anytime they feel necessary.When they know you are available for them (almost) anytime,then it will make stronger connections among you.


However,even with all your efforts,you can not provide attention literally to each of the members of your team.Nor you have to.You'll need more then superhuman abilities for it.

...but that's why you'll have your team leaders (or future team leaders).They will "monitor" your downline or at least part of it.That's good both for you and for them - you can't actually babysit them forever,they need to get experienced too.And to become what you have become already (platinum team leader,as I see).

We all lay our hopes high in almost each PSA we get,I know it.However,it turns out that many of them are not so serious about SFI,for different reasons.

When searching for new PSAs,maybe you can look more for quality then only for quantity.That should be common goal for everyone.


Basic things you should ask prospects are:
- if they have a computer and internet connection
- do they know basic English
(the late is not necessary,since there's Google,but still it's quite welcome if they are OK in English)

That alone won't bing you serious affiliates,but as I said that would be basic criteria.Furthermore,you can tell them (or ask them) some of the following:
- if they are able to work constantly (each day)
- if they are willing to learn more about SFI and this business in general (self-training)
- if they are able to invest their time and some of their money (not much)
- if they are able to promote their business online and offline (or,if not,are they willing to learn it)
- if they are able to work in a team (the winning team),possibly consisting of different persons (man and women,young and old,people from all the world)
- do they realize this is not "get quickly rich" scheme
- do they have dreams and goals


If the new prospect meets all above criteria,I would say that chances are pretty high that you have a very,very serious prospect in front of you.Try not to loose him or her.

Banner (web banner) is a form of advertising widely used on the Internet,delivered by an ad server.You can see them almost everywhere,especially on commercial sites.They're like small pictures,like billboards.And they are here to help us build our business here.

Generally,in SFI they can be divided into two categories:
A. costumer referring banners (general ad banners for referring TripleClicks members)
B. affiliate sponsoring (banners for sponsoring affiliates)

And you're asking us about the second group of banner (for attracting new PSAs).

Which of them will attract more new PSAs?
Well,it depends what your target audience is.

- if your target audience is those who are searching for a (new) job (say,mainly younger people),then try it with banner types "100k+ ways to earn" or "Real internet income"

- to them you can also present "Looking for solid opportunity?" or "Start your profitable business from home"

- if they are quite opposite (older people),then this banner might attract them "Worried about retirement?"

- or,if they are middle-aged and already have their job,but not satisfied with it,then there's wide range of banners for them,like "Grow a second income","Hate your job?","Work less,make more" and "Honey,I fired the boss!".

- if they are unemployed,these banners will for sure attract their attention:"Financial worries?","Worried about economy/money?"

- however,if your audience is mixed,then try some of these:"Work about economy","Grow a second income","Learn inside secrets of online millionaires".


But,generally speaking,all of the banners are effective.And you won't mistake much if you use any of them.It just depends who is looking at them,like I said.If I had really to pick just few,it might be "Grow a second income" (sounds/looks attractive + with that plant full with dollars) and "Honey,I fired my boss" (because of originality of the message).


In the end,just remember this thing when using banners:
Make sure you copy and paste the HTML ONLY given below each banner image into your personal Website or blog. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THE BANNER IMAGES. SFI will be updating banner images regularly. By posting only the code, your banners will automatically be updated...ensuring that your marketing images will always be current!

Our main daily "job" in SFI is to do at least daily "to do" list.By continuing to do it each and every day we make a routine to do it,which is eventually good for us (to have that routine).

Affiliates who do that are OK,and you should be satisfied that they at least follow "to do" list.Of course,our "appetite" grows by time,and then we wonder how to motivate those,to do some more.


First,"lead by example".
Collect your badges for different achievements (top enroller,forum,top power rank,fast track,standing order,top Ask SC author,pricebender winner,eager zebra player,etc.).Publish your success via social media (for example,"I won a Priceneders auction").They will look at you and follow your steps.

Then,explain them how to do it.
Write a blog about it or use the PSA (or CSA) mailer,to inform them and give them tips and tricks.

Make them understand the benefit charts and compensation plan.
Explain them in detailed those two things.Answer all their questions about it.Make them fully understand it.If they understand it,then they will realize that they need to do something else but only "daily to do list".

Also,talk with them how to build up a good (winning) team.
Explain them and develop tactics for achieving it.Also,make tactics for promoting your business online and offline.

Lastly,but definetely not least,think about putting contest and reward for them.
It's quite good way to make the competitive spirit among your downline,so that they become more active.Determinate stimulating prizes for those who win the contest.I believe it will boost up their activity.

As presented in "the Plan" (https://www.sfimg.com/the_plan.),affiliate should go step by step,from being Executive Affiliate to the Diamond team leader (DTL).The plan is quite simple and I believe understandable to all.There's chance for everyone to fulfill it.

Final step shown there is to become DTL.That's OK,and then - what?Is it the end?Should we stop then?Is it written somewhere that that's the end and that there's no more?Ofcourse not.Just because it's not written doesn't mean that there's no (further) way.

ECA (E-Commerce Affiliate) are individuals and companies that offer their products and services at TripleClicks web-site.

What are the conditions that sellers usually look for?
I would say:huge (by numbers) market place,if possible all around the world (the more the better),quality designed web-site,diverse in products on that web-site and - cheap price of presentation (being able to put their products there).


Now,does TripleClicks (TC) store fulfill those conditions?
Let's go one by one.

First,take a look at the affiliate's profile.
You,ofcourse,get info when they fill out their profile,entitled "(name of the PSA) Affiliate profile notification".And there you can see the "score" of your PSA.The higher the number is,the more competent person is.

You can start from there.
What is the score of the profile?If you're lucky,your PSA will have score of 15 and more.Even thou,most of the PSAs will have score under 10.Which means that person is almost "newbie",and will need much guidance,tutorials and special attention,if you want him/her to succeed.If the score is higher,then only general guidance is needed.

Take a look at PSA's prior experience (if there was some),business strategy and goals.And?What is the general impression of the profile?Future Team Leader or just someone who came to see what's going on?

Even if the affiliate's profile score law,it doesn't necessary mean that such person is "waste of time".Ofcourse not.Try to communicate with him/her,to see the reaction.If you got some feedback (e.g. answers your e-mails,),that's positive thing and it means that there is a will to learn something.Which is great!

Don't forget the steps SFi suggests us to follow with the new PSA:

1. Contact PSA, introduced myself, briefly described my background, goals, etc.
2. Add PSA to your newsletter mailing list
3. Discuss PSA's goals, family, etc.
4. Inform PSA of incentives, if any, you offer (free leads, SFI Gift Certificate, etc.) to encourage affiliates to accumulate VersaPoints and become an Executive Affiliate.
5. Inform PSA of any special support resources I offer, such as co-op advertising, team newsletter, etc.
6. Offer general assistance setting up PSA's business, answering questions, providing direction, etc.
7. Provide your contact information (e-mail, phone number, IM address, Skype number, etc.).
8. Discuss the marketing methods PSA plans to use to build his/her home business:
- Internet marketing (e-mail, Websites, etc.)
- Print media (periodical/magazine ads, card decks, etc.)
- Direct mail
- "Warm marketing" (friends, family, co-workers, etc.)
- One-on-one local recruiting
9. Help PSA develop prospecting and sponsoring skills until he/she has personally sponsored at least five SFI Executive Affiliates and has achieved a Team Leader rank.
10. Monitor PSA's duplication efforts with his/her own sponsored affiliates and continue to provide assistance as needed.
11. Continue to work with PSA toward his/her earning goals.


All in all,you (as a leader,as a mentor and foremost - as a friend!) need to identify who is worker in your team,act friendly to him/her,help that person to develop his/her own online business, and make sure that you are there to offer friendly guidance and support in a timely manner as your personally sponsored affiliates (PSAs) start out on their journey.

Remember your own step you had here,in SFI (ofcoruse,this time escape mistakes and wrong steps - if there were any).That's exactly what your affiliate needs to do,to become successful like you.Teach him/her that,and you won't regret.

The best way to get most of "movers tab" is to make strategy for those who are advancing and for those who are stagnating.You can see at glance who is serious about this job and who is not.


First,you can see information which of your downline log in recently.In other words who was active recently.Those who appear there each time you take a look are the most active members of your team.They come here every day and most probably they do their daily and other duties.


Besides their general information (name,SFI ID,country,date of joining,rang,telephone number - if they wrote it) you can check if they are advancing or not.How to do that?

Well,first look at their status in E365 competition.Are they still in?Or they are thrown out?If they're still in,are they above or below green line?It's written just below their name and country.

Secondly,look at how many VP they scored this month and how many VP they need to achieve next status (EA or more).If they are stagnating for days (even they are logging in regularly) maybe they have some problem in scoring more points?Ask them,see what bothers them.See from their VP Ledger if they forgot to score some VP somewhere.Help them to overcome what has been stopping them.

Then,you can see their "power ranking" (overall,country and class).

Also,on "movers tab" there are tools for communication with your team members.You see,for example,that someone needs to do certain actions - OK,send that person team-mail or regular mail,with instructions what to do.Or you see that someone advanced to next round of E365 contest - OK,great,congratulate him/her.Or,if he/she is online (you can see that if the cloud next to mail sign is yellow) you may want to chat.It's all there,to help you get in touch quicker.


From "movers tab" you can get greater picture who is going forward and who has stopped.So that you can make strategy for each person.For those who are advancing - think what to suggest them for further steps.And those who have problems - strategy how to help them (if possible).

You should promote ECA program.
They are not online,but why not give it a try?


Try to get in direct touch with the owner or store manager.Tell (him or her) that you have a offer about advertising and getting their business to a higher level.Note that they are maybe "full" of those offers,so be sensitive when introducing it.

Your conversation should start into direction of explaining the importance of internet nowadays.If they're not already on internet maybe they have some attitude about it (that it's not necessary thing),so be aware of that.

Generally,you should point out that there are "million" potential buyers - in your country,as well as all over the world.Another important thing to point out is that this program is ABSOLUTELY FREE for them (ECAs) - until the point when they sell something.With good combining of those two facts (free advertising and many potential buyers) through conversation I think you will get ECA in this program.


Very important:always focus on the impression that you don't want to get them signed in,but you want to help them to spread their business.


And after you speak with them,they can change their mind.
It will cost you nothing (except your free time),but it can bring you fortune.
