Skillful members in the team is what everyone hope to have and dream of.It is very important (almost crucial) to recognize those members on time and pay more attention to them (as said,"work with workers").

What are the skills that such person should have?
In my opinion,it's these abilities:
- to learn new things
- to focus on work
- to have positive view on oneself,as well on the job and the company
- to communicate with others
- to listen and follow

PPA (Pay Per Action) program may look as an "easy money" scheme, and I admit when you read it that it looks tempting.

But...let's see how PPA works.
And what it brings you and what it takes you away.

Definition from glossary:
"SFIPPA is an optional, supplemental income program available to all SFI affiliates. Income is earned by getting others to take actions–such as filling out forms.
Each time you generate a qualified SFIPPA action, you'll

Fast track 2.0 can improve your business in many ways.
I'd divide it into 2 groups:benefits from your actions and benefits from your team members actions.

From you actions,you will have:

1. the most attractive thing is that you - as a fast track member - will be earning 10% more of shares of Executive pool each month - FOREVER (as long as you keep EA status each month and minimum of 20$ of buying or selling). That's really awesome,in years to come.

2. bonus

Well, you'll never know 100%,but here are some indicators that may help you about that.

You'll know that your PSA is serious about this business,if he or she:

1. Log in daily and work (earn VP) daily. This is the basic condition. You see your PSA or CSA everyday on "mover's tab".
2. Becomes registered on Trippleclicks.
3. Become fast track member and has a standing order.
4. Listen what you say and follow your instructions. You can check that easily (by

What is the best way to maintain my SFI position and continue to support my team whilst on vacation with limited, if any, internet availability?

That is the problem some of us are facing with, when going to a place with no internet coverage (somewhere deep in the mountains or on isolated island).

The best way to maintain our SFI position is to have standing order set before you leave. Is should be at least standing oder that brings you 1500 VP.

When you have that set,you should think of what will happen with your team while you're away.If you have many well trained individuals then you're lucky, since they will

There are 8 Eager Zebra games, that can be found here:
https://www.tripleclicks.com/indexContests.php

Playing games is useful because of following:
1. getting free credits
2. earning commission through promotion
3. getting action VP
4. for relaxing

Firstly, playing games gives you a chance to win a share of daily Zackpot (in most of cases) and earn credits (TC).If you're good in one or more of them, you can easily get extra TC (apart from the

How do you allocate your time for SFI and TripleClicks? What percentage of your time do you spend on marketing, training, communications, etc.?

I allocate my time all over the day.Piece by piece.

I would say that % of certain activities depends on status you are at the moment. If you look by percentage,in my case it would be communications 20%,marketing 30%,training 50%.And I am EA2.

But while I was EA and AFF main focus was on training:communications 10%,marketing 10% and training 80%.

While I believe when you are team leader (e.g. BTL or higher),then it gets different:communications 50% (including

How do we get the most from the MRP (Member Reward Points) we earn?

MRP (Member Reward Points) are what SFI gives us as a kind of reward for, generally speaking, spending money or T-credits within Tripleclicks web-site.

From this (knowing how you can spend money or T-credits on TC) you can make conclusion how can you generate MRPs.It's when we:
- shop in TC store (next to each item is description how many MRP we will receive)
- download music from TC store (it's also shopping;gets you 5 MRP + 1 action VP)
- play games (each payed entry is

There is a simple way,and there is,so to say, harder way.

Simple way is - simple.Just ask that person (say,a prospect) "In what kind of products are you interested in?".When you get the feedback, then:
1. if you have your own store (ECA) and you do have those products that person told you, then offer him or her to take a look at what you got. Before that, you can prepare some special offer (like:free shipping, discounts on multiply purchases, etc.) and then invite the person(s).

Why or why not should I promote Fast-Track 2.0 in my welcome letters to new affiliates? If yes, what wording should I add?

You certainly SHOULD promote it in your welcome letters to new members.

Because fast track 2.0 can improve your business in two major ways:

1. at the first place - you will have direct commission (45% of the CV of the item purchased). That means more money on your account.
And also you can earn through matching points (the more VP they make the better for you). But that's only if you are team leader (rang BTL or more) and your team members have EA2 status.

2. secondly,you
