As I promised to myself that I must overcome some day so I concentrated in study and research - started to read SFI Basics, Launchpad lessons, white tabs in a black bar in my home page slowly but steadily – repeated the same

I logged daily into my SFI home page with a note book and pen. Never click on the blue button at the bottom of each page of red tabs before studied thoroughly. I went through the page to page and tried to understand, gained idea, noted down the important points. Always studied the Best tips of different authors. At the end of the day I revised my note book to clear the views and to achieved ideas

Next stage I began to attend Ask Sc, Forum to know the unknown. Utilized properly the valuable tools and training materials provided by SFI. Printed out the useful Gateway link with text ad and started to advertise in different social networking sites like facebook, Linkedin, Pinterest as there were no blocking of SFI gateway link at that time and surprised to got response from new sign ups

After a few weeks I was able to build a team. In the mean time I made a Standing Order of 1500 VP. At the next stage I proceed further and could able to bring the light of success in my SFI business even to reach the Team Leader Rank

In this way I won the battle and also overcome of greatest challenge to be successful in SFI

I came across with quite many challenges in the beginning when I was fairly new into SFI business and I am still dealing with some so I would like to share few instead of just mentioning one as the question suggests.
1. To accept SFI as a real business: At the start it is very difficult to make many new affiliates believe and accept that SFI is a real business like any other business. I had this same fear in the beginning. As many affiliates have the earlier bitter experiences they think that SFI is a sort of scam. And a good communication and prompt help in answering their questions, queries and doubts so as to convince and motivate them is very crucial. If we fail to attend them immediately or be late in our responses they may lose interest and leave for good. This is true in many cases because I have experienced this in my down-line. We need to explain them the real benefits offered in SFI in the long run and residual income for life.
2. Not being able to support the down-line: This is where I have failed myself miserably in the beginning as I didn’t have much experience. I was not ready as a leader yet. I needed more time for myself to read, ask and learn more and in the mean time there were many sign ups, stayed for a while in the movers list and left. Slowly the number in my ‘mover’ list declined. But now I have learned the lessons. It is not so much to do with the content knowledge that we require but to keep constant touch with them and make them dwell into the SFI Basics and the Launchpad lessons is important. When they read and understand more their retention rate will be better.
3. To adjust daily activities and complete SFI actions: It took quite some time to make my habit to adjust the time and complete the daily SFI actions with my daily normal activities. Slowly I could divide and plan the time properly for completing the daily actions, sending mails to the down-line, reading forum posts, SFI news and reading the internet income lessons. One important reminder here is that we have to stick to the allotted time every day for every action and not keeping them for later.
4. Network and PC problems: Depending on our locations and weather conditions sometimes there could be network or device problems which could hamper our daily work. Last year there were frequent wind storms in my place and I suffered a lot to keep up all my daily work. I had to drive about 2 miles daily to a spot where I could get the net connection and complete my daily actions.
5. Not having much idea about online business: Prior to joining the SFI I didn’t have any idea about the online or offline business. However, I tried to find time to read the internet income lessons, IAHBE and other resources on online businesses. Advertising for new sign ups and duplicating actions is my major challenge in SFI business so far. I am trying my advertising on blogs, FREE AD sites, Classifieds and other traffic exchanges but not much of success. I think to succeed in better advertising we need to read, learn many techniques and tools in advertising business on line and invest some money every month.


6. To sponsor and retain working affiliates: For the starting success of this business we just need about 5 working affiliates and make them duplicate what we have done and are doing. Actually we get many signups but to get the right working affiliate is the question. Many times we are discouraged by this harsh reality, having a large group of dormant affiliates with no activities at all. But we need to believe and understand the truth in the active 20% who will actually make our business grow and have the residual income for life. The BEAUTY and TRUTH in SFI is that once our affiliates are established they will always be there and our income goes on growing.
7. Afford and sustain monthly budget: The question of some budget is there only in the beginning of our business. We need to invest in any type of business in the beginning and the profit and the income rolls out. The more we invest the more we earn. And according to my experience there is not much difficulties in investing this small amount. I mean SFI is such a good business that any person with any amount of income can invest into it and earn profit. This expenditure may be necessary in the beginning only and as our downline invests and grows into the business the income simply rolls into your account. Just! They are unavoidable.

The greatest challenge I had to face was doing it on my own.

When I first started,
- my co-sponsor emailed me to welcome me to the program, but I never heard from her after that
- my sponsor emailed me a couple of times, mainly to tell me she was too busy to do her SFI business.

I had to learn everything for myself - what the pages meant, what the phrases meant (things like PSA, CSA, standing order), what the To-Do List meant, how to work this, how to make sense of that ... I spent every waking moment of my first month trying desperately to make sense of the system. It was hard because I had no support, and no one to talk to.

How did I overcome it?
I was at an auction. I invested a lot of money in TCredits. I played an auction - it was hard and it was long. But I eventually beat the person I was in contention with, ... only to have one of SFI's 'top dogs' come in at the last minute and win it.
I was devastated!!!! $200+ wasted.

But I received a very warm, friendly and kind email from a stranger.
He held out the hand of friendship; he offered his condolences and his hearty congratulations at my valiant attempt.
I was so touched by his kindness that I kept in touch with him.
Guess what - he took me to PTL.

His kindness and support made the difference to my success. His name is Ahmed. A wise, generous and kind mentor; and a dear friend.

Hi Michael,

My greatest challenge with SFI is explaining to the affiliates on my team that this is THEIR business that must be worked daily.
Since there are so many who sign up thinking they can set back and the money will come rolling in from somewhere. I'm not sure where they think the money will come from if they don't work for it.

There's no secrets to success. You can do it, but you must be willing to read, learn and work your businesses each day. It takes passion, work, learning, focus, pushing through, ideas, improvement, service to others, persistence, preparation, and learning from failure. I find it hard to get this through to so many.

I've tried to overcome the inactive affiliates by explaining what to do and how to do it, beginning with a welcome e-card and then more information with an e-mail. I also send, group mailings to the active and inactive affiliates and e-mails with tips.
I send e-cards of praise for those that are working. I even send messages to people that I see who are slowing down. And a last e-mail to those inactive affiliates that are going to be removed from the team.

There is a team co-op and a contest promotion every month.

Success it just around the corner, so turn the corner!

My greatest challenge was and is: finding affiliates, who are passionate in building a network of teams, consist of affiliates who are eager to learn and discover their full potential of being a SFI affiliate and to become successful.

This is a challenge that constantly drives me to give my best whatever I do:

- Giving support to downlines

- Continuously expanding my knowledge base by reading and reviewing SFI Tools and Resources, including IAHBE’s latest update for Entrepreneurs.

- Applying the principles learned from the second step above.

- Monitoring team movers activities, giving them support, when is needed.

- Implement changes on team’s business plan to achieve set goals.

I believe, I can overcome this challenge. My passion drives me to accomplish my dream and will help me bring my big visions to a reality. I know that I create my life and legacy with my actions, thoughts and what I believe to be possible.

The greatest challenge I have had in SFI is not to give up; to quit this program. I did once, and came back to it 4 years later.

The biggest problem with online business seems to be is that it takes a long time to start to see results that you can be happy with. And to get to that level, you need to understand the program, and then learn how to advertise it to attract people.

After I joined up the second time, I spent a lot time reading the forum and all the free articles that are available. What I have learned over time is different ways to advertise, and how to communicate with my PSA's and downline.

There isn't one specific method that works; different ones do, and you have just have to keep trying what you learned to see what works for you.

Once I understood those concepts, I was able to devote the time needed to SFI, and not give up!

To attain the success anywhere or in any field needs hard work, determination and self confidence and SFI is no different.

I am an Affiliate in SFI since 2011 and I joined in this great system without knowing anything about this but just accidently. I was so impressed with the details seen on internet about SFI. After joining in SFI, it was a real pleasant journey to accumulate those free versa points being offered by the system during the first month on the virtue of being a new affiliate and made me eligible for a commission though it was meager by stature.

As a beginner, I got a welcome letter from my Sponsor but without any detailed clarifications or guidelines to move on further in the system. After attaining the status of Executive Affiliate during the first month, I was more confident to move on but was unaware of the more actions to be done to retain the status thereafter. It was a real challenge for me to learn the tricks to move on and get those versa points the way I was being offered as one time points during my first month in the system.

Then I have decided to read all the study materials being offered by SFI in the system to learn thoroughly and move wisely to retain my status of EA and earn a regular commission from the system. This has helped me immensely and realized the importance of creating a Team and makes them active and successful under me and also about the duplication in the system apart from generating sales. Since I had no sales back ground, it was quite difficult for me to convince anyone and pacify them to buy the products from TripleClicks as it was virtually impossible for a newbie like me to explain the pros and cons of internet marketing and its benefits and also the price advantage along with other features .

Then, I have decided to concentrate on recruiting more and more people in my team but was quite difficult at times to convince a person to join and become successful and enjoy the benefits in the long term. After rigorous and painful follow up, I have succeeded in convincing some of my friends to join under me and then it was my duty to take all their responsibilities till they earn an income from the system. But I was confident about myself and with the knowledge I have collected from the study materials from the system, I have really worked relentlessly and achieved the success and earned my redeemable commission in a few months time. This has given me more confidence to go after more people and make them convinced the goodness of this wonderful system. Now, I, as a Team Leader can say so happily and confidently that, I am enjoying the fruitful dividends of my earlier hard work, self confidence and sheer determination.

In short, the initial challenge lies in getting the sign ups through hard work and belief in the system and you will become really successful and one of the best when you realize your potential, if you believe in yourself and if you are ready to work hard with sheer determination. I have seen all this, one day, you will realize yourself, the hard work pays off and gives you the ultimate smile. After all, SFI is Real and the Income you earn is Genuine.

My greatest challenge was comunication with my sponsor and being able to deal with the lost opportunities I encountered. I joined SFI out of curiousity. By the time I read the SFI basics it was too late for me to become a Fast Tracker – First lost opportunity!

I never received a welcome letter from my sponsor, so was literally lost for the first month. I was not able to accumulate my 1500 points in the first month. – Second lost opportunity! I was beginning to feel disillusioned and thought I should discontinue.

However, I received a letter from my co-sponsor. It encouraged me to respond as he stated that he was there to help. I decided to tell him how unfriendly I thought the program was and about my lost opportunities. He immediately informed me of how I could make the most of what I already had. I was then able to transfer my points to the following month and he encouraged me to start advertising.

The result was a fantastic PSA who was excited about the program. She immediately became a BTL and that pushed me over to STL, all in the same month. Since then, I still do not communicate with my Sponsor but my Co-sponsor rocks! He is my lifeline to SFI. He communicates with me very regularly and answers all my questions. He is a model sponsor. I now emulate him in everything thing he does and that’s the reason for my success today.

I have so many challenges! How can I pick my greatest? I am also still working at overcoming most of them!

I think one of my greatest challenge is myself and this is work in progress.

I had never done any of this type of work before and I am also IT challenged. What's a Blog? gateway? landing page? how do I operate a website? etc..I had also been warned about affiliate programs, get rich quick schemes, pyramid schemes, scams etc.. So my view of online business were in the main negative.

I checked out some affiliates and other online programmes but I didn't like them. I googled SFI and although cautious, I liked what I found and decided to have a go. So really plucking up the courage to enroll in SFI was a challenge.

Once I became an affiliate, the next challenge was to get myself continually motivated
to login and do the work, the studies etc.. There was and still is a lot to learn.

I also had to cope with negative and nonchalant attitudes from some family members and friends. Cope with non active affiliates and team members who never respond to emails and messages. They are frustrating! I think most of us would have experienced these and more challenges.

How did I overcome them? I am still working at these and honestly, I fail regularly, but I am still trying. Yep I'm stubborn.

This is what I try to do:

- Set goals, print them out and put them on a place where I cant help but look at them daily. This goes towards self motivation.
- Work to a plan / calendar of what to do at each stage and each day
- Try whenever possible to follow the SFI Rules Of Success
- Look at the profiles of the more successful people in SFI, my sponsor and upline - read and learn from them. This is also another key to self motivation.
- Try to develop a routine ensuring that I login daily
- I also try to share my progress and success with my family and friends. Let them know how I am doing and that I am happy with it. This is real business and not just a hair brain. Happily, I am winning this battle and slowly winning their support.
- Regarding the non respondent affiliates, I have adopted the attitude that if they cannot see or don't want to take up this great opportunity, thats their loss. I keep them in the loop, but my focus is on those who are active and doing the work. Its amazing how the active and motivated team members also motivate their sponsor!

On the first day that I joined SFI I spent more than 10 hours finding out how can I earn from SFI.

I look in the compensation plan and study the sources of income. I traced all the factors that will contribute to my goal of earning.

I found out that there are 2 major factors that would lead to finally earn my dreamed income.

1) Active affiliates
2) Earning Versa Points.

But of these two no. 1 is the most important. This become my greatest challenge here at SFI until now. "How to get active affiliates".

What I am doing to overcome this challenge? Here's what I am doing:

1) I studied and still learning different internet marketing strategies and methods to recruit and build my SFI organization.

2) I use the principle of Duplication for those who initially showed interest. - You can see it in their first few days whether they are earning some VP.

3) I embrace the reality of internet marketing that only 1 to 5 percent of the people who signed up in my campaigns will be active. - This is important because you will get discourage if you see that majority of your affiliates are not doing anything. So I set a target that I need to find 1000 affiliates at large with my desire to have 10 active affiliates. Because this all I need to start earning good.
