Once you complete your daily tasks and maintain your Executive Affiliate status each month, you can spend your time building a dynamic business and be on your way to success. This can be done in two ways:

Duplication
Build a team of active affiliates through duplication. Advertise on free or paid sites as regularly as you can. Use your blog or website to promote SFI. Then teach your team members to do just as you do. Be supportive and maintain open communication. You can create a forum where your SFI team members can find and help one another...and you could help them all. You could even make a private forum for your SFI Team Members only.

Duplication is the key to success in SFI. Therefore, you will want to ensure that you use your gateways wisely to draw traffic and have a flow of individuals who would sign up. Ensure you write articles, as fresh content will be invaluable. Make your articles interesting and be consistent in your delivery.

Sales
Improve your sales performance by purchasing as many items as possible at your TripleClicks store. Items that you use on a regular basis can be purchased via a standing order. Be aggressive in promoting products to your friends and, as they become Personally Referred members, build your monthly residual income by encouraging repeat purchases and highlighting interesting discounts.

Share new products with them. Post interesting items on your blog or website to create interest. Always look for opportunities to generate sales. When you encourage others to buy, you can create income for years to come.

Beside your To-Do list you have quite a number of things you can do to grow your business:

1. Continue to give relentless support in form of assistance, encouragement, and advice to your downline that will help them succeed:
a) Teach them on how to access, read and apply the training materials: Home page > Training menu.
b) Teach them on how to use the FORUM to ask questions about things new to them.
c) Explain the importance of talking to you and other upline members concerning their challenges.
d) Never direct them to look for answers somewhere else when they ask you questions on issues about SFI. Rather look for a way to help.
e) Set up an S-Builder Co-op for your team so they can benefit from the worldwide advertising campaign.

2. Concentrate on acquiring new PSAs and CSAs:
a) Get new PSAs and CSAs from Pricebender auctions and PSAs TO GO.
b) Publicize your GATEWAYS e.g. FREE GATEWAY; INVITATION GATEWAY etc through the following process:
- Create a blog and/or website; then update the blog/website with your gateways and SFI marketing aids;
- Publish your blog and/or website through ad posting websites.
c) Participate in the E365 and Daily Grand contest to win CSAs.
d) As a team leader, you earn shares in the second home CSA every month.

3. Elevate your rank so you can access GREAT BENEFITS that ensures triving SFI business for you:
a) As an EA and above for example, you get 2 CSAs every month you re-qualify.
b) 10 Tcredits or more each month you re-qualify.
c) Get express attention as a team leader from SFI support team.

4. Get commissions on your activities:
a) Participate in SFI pay per action (SFIPPA) where you can earn up to $10 per qualified sign-up.
b) Get commission by referring people to become tripleClicks member and purchase items.
c) Encourage your downlines to re-qualify each by signing-up for Standing Order, and you get the commission.

There are literally hundreds of things you should be doing besides the To Do List actions.

You can be:

* Training yourself.

You need to learn as much about the business and about anything relevant or related to the business. This is an on-going requirement. Once you have completed your Launchpad lessons, go on to other parts of the site and learn as much as possible. Why not complete the Internet Course provided free by SFI? Read books relating to the business. Continue learning and never stop.

* Recruiting Affiliates

Duplication if one of the main keys to a thriving SFI business. This cannot happen if you do not have a team of affiliates that will duplicate your efforts and actions. You therefore need to recruit people on to your team that would do duplication. This can be done offline, online or both. This is an ongoing requirement, even if you have active affiliates. They don’t always remain active and you want your business to continue to grow and thrive.

* Promoting TripleClicks

TripleClicks is where the money is, and we all joined SFI for the money. You want people to buy from TripleClicks because as the referring affiliate, you get 45% commission of the CV of any products they purchase and this will be the case for any of their subsequent purchases. If you are eligible you can also get the VP of the products, and of course, there is the opportunity to share in the Executive Pool.

* Sponsoring.

This would be a major activity if you are successful with your recruiting. The new PSAs will need to be guided, helped and motivated if they are to be useful members of your team. This will be your on-going role.

* Being active in the SFI community.

Your team of affiliates will notice how active you are in SFI and how successful you are. They will see the badges on your Profile page and can tell how involved you are within SFI. These can be useful as what you want is them having confidence in you as their leader and sponsor. So take part in discussions, join the Forum and a2a and help yourself and others. Enter all the contests and competitions and if you are successful tell your team and hopeful that would inspire and motivate them.

There are many more area to cover such as: taxation, administration, planning, budgeting, asset/equipment replacement, researching trends, Website maintenance/promotions etc.

What should I be doing besides the daily actions on my To Do List to build a thriving SFI business?

You are asking the right question. The reason I say that is there are a lot of affiliates who will advise you to just do your daily “to-do’s” and you will slowly build a great business for yourself.

This just isn’t true. Your Affiliate Center is the hub of your home business with SFI and TripleClicks. Through the Affiliate Center you learn all the basics and advanced methods of building a successful home based Internet business.

It is very important that you visit your Affiliate Center every day and follow the activities that are suggested through the “tabs” and to read the latest up-dates from headquarters and to order products and services through TripleClicks.

Also through your Affiliate Center you have the tools to keep in constant touch with those who you have enrolled (PSAs, Personally Sponsored Affiliates) or have received as CSAs (Co-sponsored Affiliates)

Your Affiliate Center is also the place to get all your questions answered through the various channels that has been made available to all members such as – ASK SC, a2a Friends, and your up-line affiliates and through the Forum and SFI support center.

The main activities for building a thriving SFI business will be what you are doing after you log out of your affiliate center. Your number one activity should be some form of advertising.

To have a thriving business you will need to keep bringing in fresh new affiliates either for your own (PSAs) or for your down-line. Nothing is more exciting than giving some new affiliates to those who are on your front line and then watching how your front line affiliates catch on fire with excitement.

Another thing that can help you have a thriving SFI business is again found in advertising but instead of running ads for affiliates you are advertising products found in TripleClicks. Money is earned when products are sold and/or used and no other way!

The two activities mentioned above should be introduced to your team through training in duplication. Without duplication there will be neither team nor financial rewards. Find easy ways to enroll affiliates that will be easy to copy the same with selling products if you find a good avenue for selling products then teach the system to your down-line. The more products moved the more money everyone makes.

Your main focus for obtaining a thriving business should be zeroed in on the target of duplication.

Daily actions are only the beginning. You should log in every day, do all your actions, but above this, there are a lot of things to do:

1.The main things in SFI are reading, learning, and advertising. So, read a lot, read again SFI BASIC, Launchpads, Rules of Success, and try to implement them in your actions.

Follow the Ultra Simple SFI Basics 3 Step Plan:

1. Become an EA and keep it month after month. To become EA, you need to gather 1500 VP and by doing your Daily, Weekly and Monthly actions will only provide you with 497 VP. Therefore you have to do something more to gather the balance of the VP. You can do some other things on your VP Ledger to make up that difference or have a standing order. So doing your Daily Actions is only a small part of your tasks.

2. Sponsor 5 active affiliates. You have to advertise your business to get some enrollments under you. Advertise as often as possible. Marketing is the biggest part of your tasks.

3. Teach these 5 affiliates to do the same. It’s called duplication. Communication is the key here. Be an awesome Sponsor. Send them Team Mails, Streamposts, E-Cards and newsletters as often as possible and blog.

Other things to do is:

Learn as much as you possibly can and transfer it to your team.

Besides the to-do list, there are still many activities that it is desirable to do to be successful in building SFI business.

Your daily activities are basic, fundamental assumption. They helps you to build a routine and orientation skills in your SFI office. But if you are just a bigot on them, for they themselves do not bring success.

What is required?
- That the more you read, you will get plenty of ideas for improving your work - fortunately you will find a bunch of material, and it's free
- Regularly check all segments, track the activities of your affiliates, make an effort to help them, if you see it somewhere and for some reason they stopped

- It is necessary to devote to advertising - create a website, blog, advertised on all social networks, not just limit yourself to Facebook, search for sites for advertising, whether it is a paid or free. Consult with your sponsors, upline, they will surely give you good advice which of these websites are good.

- Participate in all the activities, such as games on TripleClicks, ASK SC and so on.

- Familiarize yourself with the benefits of distribution Gift Cards.

Treat this job as your business. You do not work for anyone else, except for yourself. How much effort you put up, so you'll get in return.

If you have the budget, I would do the following:

1. Buy at least one S-Builder Co-op share every month. Make it part of your Standing Order. Once they start rolling in, you will get 5-10 quality PSAs a month. From my experience, PSAs recruited this way are in general of much higher standard than the PSAs you buy direct from TripleClicks. This is just the start of the duplication process you need to have in place to build a thriving SFI Business.

2. Also every month as part of your standing order, you should buy 125 or 200 TCredits, giving you automatic EA re-qualification.

3. Using (1) and (2) above, it is relatively easy to reach and maintain Bronze Team Leader each month. You can use your TCredits to win more TCredits through PriceBenders Auctions or the Daily Grand.

With 1,500 Sales VP from (2), you only need 1,000 Action VP per month to get to BTL. You can get that 1,000 VP by the following:

Daily Actions every day - 330 VP
Weekly Actions - 140 VP
Bidding at Auctions - 500 VP (You may need to buy some more TCredits)
Playing Knockout Trivia every day - 30 Points
Total - 1,000 Action VP

As a BTL you receive an allotment of reassigned CSAs every month, which can be a big help to building a thriving SFI business. Just this month I received a CSA who had already qualified as an EA2 before the reassignment, but I got the benefit; and in my third month, I was reassigned to a new co-sponsor when I was already a BTL, so CSAs can help a lot.

If you can't afford to do the above, you still have some real alternatives:

1. Go through all your things at home and sell unwanted items on TripleClicks to get some funds for the actions discussed above.

2. Some poorer countries are often rich in handmade crafts. Pottery items and exotic clothes readily come to mind. Tourists snap these items up. Why would they not sell well on TripleClicks with proper advertising and promotion?

If you want to build a thriving SFI business, you can--whether you are from a rich country or a poor country, whether you personally have the money to buy items or not. A positive mindset can overcome most obstacles.

For me I have found that trying to find people is one of the biggest hassles!

It's not only frustrating because no one cares to listen, but it's also a time waster!

I had many headaches trying to figure out why I couldn't get this business going my way when most of my downline don't even try...

Then one day it hit me! I almost quit before figuring it out! I've been earning up to 60 CSA's just for becoming a Bronze...

60 times 12 = 720 CSA's per year! I've only been in since March and realized that staying a Bronze is so much easier and a great cost effective way to grow my downline!

I'm not even interested in growing my downline by other methods than through SFI now.

I have made a vow to stay a Bronze at any cost and I am teaching my team to do the same!

Of course when my checks grow bigger then I will order more guaranteed signups on top of that...

I also can't wait to become Silver and stay a silver someday...Which means more CSA's per month! My team members like my idea here and are on my mover's list daily!

I also send CSA and PSA letters everyday or every other day when my mover's list show's signs of people trying to become EA's or hopefully Bronze every month. I also post it in my leadership page for all to see as a Blog!

I post the names of those on my list and the amount of VP's they have earned for the month...In the order given...It let's them know why I am still here!

I let them know that someday they can have a team of their own just by becoming a Bronze every month...Oh sure you can stay an EA or EA2 but you are growing at such a slow rate that it makes you yawn...LOL!

So my goal is to do WHAT-EVER it takes to stay a Bronze at any cost! And move up later when the money allows me to...

Now I have more time to concentrate on my Team and my home life! Yeah! Can't wait to do the Auctions next month already...because I became Bronze early this month and ran out of TCredits already...

1. Build a blog.

Your blog will be an outlet to the masses to talk about all things related to SFI/TripleClicks. Don't forget, content is king. If you post things like "SFI is the best home base business in the world. Come join us!" no one will. People need to know what's in it for them. It has to solve a pain point in their business or everyday life. Therefore write about features, benefits, and why SFI is the best. Pull in content from across the Web to compare SFI with other businesses like it. Never put down any company or opportunity. Just present facts, and let people make up their own mind as they will.

2. Sell TripleClicks products.

Obviously, everyone doesn't like to sell products, but there is good reason to do so. It is tied to the compensation plan, and everyone that takes advantage of this will definitely take home a bigger piece of the pie. In order words, don't just rely on network sales, promote products yourself. It will not kill you and it will make you richer when you do it effectively.

3. Support and grow your network.

I can't emphasize enough some SFI Forum posts should be directed to a caring and capable sponsor, co-sponsor, or upline. Some believe that those who want success bad enough will get it and those who don't will "die off." While that may be true, it may be that some fail because the others don't lend a hand. Attrition is inevitable, so keep recruiting until you get the number of active affiliates you need to reach your income goals.

4. Build Strategic Alliances

No business is going to be success alone. Not only can you learn from others but you may actually be able to cut the cost of your advertising through co-opting. You can take it a step further and gain valuable services, such as a blog writing service, Website design, promotion, and advertising, and so many other things. Having a business is great, but it does put the burden of proof on you, the business owner. Never be afraid to outsource those things that you are not as knowledgeable about, so you can focus on things you are good at.
