Your Genealogy is one of the most powerful tools to manage the growth of your SFI business. From managing the growth of your organization to sending individual and group messages to your downline and much more; this tool is indeed invaluable. Being knowledgeable about your downline will help you in designing your business strategic plan, ensuring the success of your SFI business.

My tricks in getting the most of my Genealogy:

- You can customize your messages for your downline accordingly by using the filter. You’ll be able to sort out which affiliates are inactive, semi-active and active.

- Use the Basic tab to find out more specifically about your individual member of your downline. This tab contains important information such as SFI ID, current VP totals for the month, sponsor ID, Generation, date joined, affiliate’s last log in date, CSA assign date and keycode. These are important information for personally supporting your individual member of your organization.

- Use the VersaPoints tab to find out more about your affiliates’ Power Rank, Country Rank and Class Rank. Send support messages to step up your affiliate’s performance.

- In order to know if your team are participating in the S-Builder Co-op, just click the S-Builder tab, then introduce the S-Builder to your affiliates who are not yet participants, explaining the benefits why they should join.

- Use the Aff Mgr to support your affiliates in getting started. You can remind them if they haven’t confirmed their registrations and whitelisted [email protected] with their e-mail providers. You can also view their profile scores or if they have completive their affiliate profiles or have set up standing orders.

- The Sales tab contains total TC referrals, current Sales VP and previous month’s VP. Use this tab to find out who are actively contributing to the growth of their SFI business. You can use the VP and Rank filters and then reward members of your team with Gift Certificate through the Gift Cert. Tab, reassign affiliates through the Reassign tab or send TCredits through the TCredits tab.

There’s a lot more you can do with the Genealogy geared towards managing your organization effectively to help you succeed in your SFI venture.

My top tricks for getting the most out of my Genealogy are as follows:

* To check the growth of my business, Genealogy is the place to go. Generation count will show how many PSAs, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc. generations there are and how many CSAs you have. It will also show the total of EA2 VP and non-EA2 VP; how many VP are eligible for VP Matching, and how many are ineligible for VP Matching. How many are ineligible due to your rank; and how many VP are ineligible due to the Affiliate not yet EA.

* To check how many have opted out, how many have red flags and due for removals, and your PRM Report. Very handy to know who your PRMs are and how many.

So this is the first trick--check your business growth.

The second trick is to maximize the use of your Genealogy with Quick Filters--there are many filters you can use, and I like using them to find the latest on my MOVERS.

Once you got the MOVERS, click each one of the topics on the tool bar- start with Basics, VP, S-Builder (this will show you who are in it), Communication (shows email address/telephone); Aff.Mgr. (shows who have Standing Order), Sales, Gift Cert., Geographical (which country they are from), Reassignment (if they're Yes or No to be reassigned, or NA, not applicable), and TCredits.

Very handy to know who you can give TCredits to, which shows PSAs up to Gen 1 only, and CSAs are eligible to receive one.

You will learn a lot of tricks as you get familiar with using and maximising the use of your Genealogy. Click Full or Condensed, depending on your purpose, use Filter for finding out more. Be informed and know the uses of the blue, green and white envelop and pencil icons, and be creative in using it to build a strong team and make you an awfully awesome sponsor!

Hi Remeo,

I use my Genealogy all the time. The following is some of what I do:

1) As soon as I know my new members have been added to the list I go right to my report and if, they are on line, which a lot of them are then I introduce myself even if I do not get a chance to actually reach them. They will get the message as soon as they notice it. Also, this might be the only chance you get as they might never log back in. I make up the same email to all of them and just copy and paste to the rest.

2) When I send my message through IM, I also share that they need to check out their inbox as just found out that a lot of them do not know they even have an inbox with SFI. I actually had a new member ask me where it was located. I mentioned for them to check their inbox never thought they could not find it. I believe now we might know why so many do not come back after their first day because they never heard from their sponsor.

3) Even though, I send a message to all of them at one time, I still use their personal email and just share that I sent them a Welcome Letter and then share where on the site they can find their inbox.

4) I am always checking to see who is checking in and if I feel it is necessary to send them a personal message to see if I can help.

The Genealogy tool is essentially a powerful database search engine that you can use to generate reports of various sorts, depending on what you desire, and then using those reports to generate weekly targeted mailers for an extra 30VP every week. There are several useful ways to use filters and sort the data:

1) Filtering on VersaPoints for this month will show you who are your most active affiliates.

2) Filtering on VP total and for ZERO VP this month will show you who has lost their way and who you need to get back to activity again.

3) Filtering on LANGUAGE will let you target e-mail people who speak that language, allowing you to use Google Translate or the like to speak directly to them in a way they most understand.

4) Filtering for PSAs will let you manage your downline better, allowing you to place some affiliates beneath others. This can result in more effective teams.

5) Sorting based on Tripleclicks Referrals shows you who understands what affiliates are supposed to be doing, and sorting on TripleClicks sales VP will show you how much they're buying or selling in order to succeed.

The big thing to do is to understand how the fields work to get you information about what your affiliates are doing with their time (and, potentially, their money). You can get a lot out of this tool by practicing different types of searches.

They are:

1. Filters- They enable you to search directly at the type of information you want to process. For example you can use the Red Flagged filter if you want to communicate those that are about to be removed from the system as a result of inaction or the Last Login to access those that are no more regulars at the affiliate centre. The trick here is to encourage those that are about to be removed to not miss the opportunity this organisation provides and to show concern for those that do not login regularly in order to see how you can help them.

You can also use the filter to search for those that regularly qualify as EAs in order to guide them properly to ensure they do not have any difficulties in maintaining their EA status because they are effectively your very active team members. Another one I like to mention is to search your team members genealogy (gen 2-6) to ascertain the seriousness of team building because the deeper you build the more VP match you receive which is good income for you. There are other filters just browse them and apply as appropriate.

2. Tabs- These are in blue colours with each tab representing different heading and can be very useful also in managing your genealogy, so let me briefly discuss some important ones:

S-Builder- This displays the current subscribers and the trick here is to identify team builders and work with then in this area accordingly, but it is unnecessary to put pressure on any one to subscribe.

Affiliate Manager (Aff Mgr)- The information provided here may assist in recognizing those who are serious in this business and they include; Profile score, Affiliate Profile Completion, standing Order, Confimed Registration, Whitelist and Goal Set, so when you are making determination to work with the workers, this information in conjunction with your Movers may be of assistance, but do not be carried away by this because it may not always be the case.

sales- This tab gives an impression about your team members TripleCliks activities with respect to referred members and sales, so you may be able to analyse this information to determine where you can assist those who may be willing to do more or who are not participating in this area.

Others- Mainly gift areas like Gift Certificate, issuing Tcredits and Reassignments are carried out here to encourage and motivate your team, plus the Geography tab that displays the country of origin which is very handy when you want to do reassignment based on country of origin.

3, General- There are features that enable you to view part of your active and non active team members; the Condensed and Full genealogy, so like some who complain of non active team members cluttering their genealogy can switch to the condensed mode to exclude them, but avoid the danger of forgetting them because they may become active again.

My top tricks for getting the most out of my Genealogy are:

1. I write personal messages to those affiliates whose message box shows “GREEN,” indicating that they have confirmed their registration and are serious about SFI business. I write them every day till they respond.

2. I tell them that if they respond to me, I will send them TripleClicks Gift Certificates for just communicating with me regularly.

3. For those affiliates whose mail box in Genealogy shows “WHITE,” indicating that they have not yet confirmed their registration, I welcome them using e-cards. I find that E-cards are a powerful method of communication.

4. I use my Genealogy to send PSA/CSA mailers every week and also score valuable 120 VersaPoints a month by doing so.

5. I review the status of my PSAs and CSAs with their VersaPoints and push/motivate or let them know I appreciate them for their activity.

6. If I find a red triangle next to an affiliate's name, I warm him/her to log in soon to prevent account cancellation due to inactivity.

Genealogy is a very powerful tool on monitoring your progress and your downline's progress with SFI. Thankfully almost all the search needed to monitor these progresses are already preset at the "QuickFilters" dropdown menu.

So, "QuickFilters" are my number 1 tricks in getting most out of my genealogy. This help me plan my messages to be sent for each group in the QuickFilter. Among the Filtered search at QuickFilters are:

1. Movers - I send Tips and strategies to my movers at least once a week.

2. New PSA (Today, Yesterday, in 10 days and in 30day) - I prepared message also for each of this group.

3. New Assigned CSA (today, yesterday, in 10 days and in 30 days) - I also have prepared email for each of this group.

4. EA last month and not EA yet this month - I usually use this every 20th of the month, try to examine how many VP each one is short to reach EA. I make individual suggestion on what to do so that they can reach EA.

5. For New EA and Team Leader this month - I congratulate them and give them tips how the can maintain their rank.

6. The last log-in search are also helpful in monitoring who have log-in and when - I usually use this to encourage them to log-in daily showing the advantages of doing so.

There is another search that I always use to find out whether my affiliates are doing sponsoring. I look into their PSA's using the "Sponsor ID" search. I put the ID number of my affiliates to see if they have already sponsored someone. This a very important information because without doing sponsoring it's quite difficult if not impossible to earn from SFI.

So, That's the most important search (Tricks) that I used to grow my SFI business.

Gemelogy is a powerful tool and guide to help you carry out many useful for your SFI business functions.

I apply the following tricks & tips :

1. I use the info-box given on the left hand side of the page to view my PSAs to 7 generations. The Gen Count provides the total number of PSAs I have. The third column EA2 VP shows me total Versa Points earned. Fourth column provided Non-EA2 VPs. I review this box and plan my strategies.

2. I use the Tabs like Basic SFI IDs, Versa Points scored, S-Builder, Communication, Affiliate Manager, Sales, Gift Certificates, Geographic details, Re-assignment tools and Tcredits for the purposes they are meant for.

Hello Romeo, to get the most out of your genealogy tool means understanding it's detailed working. The genealogy tool gives a detailed report of your SFI business, and you can maximize the use of it by monitoring the activities of your affiliates as follows:


1. Create any view of reports you want to see on your affiliates:

A. Use the Sort tool to select specific category of your affiliates:
- Arrange them based on current month VersaPoint; date joined SFI;last login; Keycode; SFI ID etc;

B. Use the Filter tool to get specifi range of results:
- Example how many affiliates whose power rank 'equals to', 'less than', or 'greater than' 10.
- Determine country rank, class rank, city etc of a range of affiliates;
- Evaluate your business success e.g how many affiliates are new TLs, new EAs etc. in the current month;

2. Use the email/team mail tool in sending email/team mails to all affiliates in your team.
3. Contact your uplines for assistance as at when necessary.
4. Use the language tab to identify the language of any of your affiliates, and reassigned them to leaders in the same country.
5. Use the Communication tab to get the email address and contact number of your fully registered affiliates.
6. Use the Geographic tab to find out the city and country of your affiliates and re-arrange them based on language coherence.
7. Use the Gift certificate tab to purchase gift certificate for your valuable affiliates.
8. Use the S-Builder tab to track the most recent S-Builder participation by your affiliates.
9. Use the Reassign tab to help you re-assign active affiliates for maximum productivity.
10. Use the online tool to find out which affiliate is online, so you can chat with them.

With Genealogy, you will be able to;

1) See your 'active' affiliates, and by seeing their performance, will enable you to reward them, or if something you can help to help them achieve their next level of TL rank.

2) See your new sign-ups be it PSAs or CSAs. You are able to write them a welcome letter, e-cards, provide them tips on how to do business at SFI etc.

3) With the re-assignment manager, will enable you to reassign your affiliate to the most active member if you like, as a reward or to encourage them further, in achieving TL status.

4) Sorts - Sorts allow for easy viewing and management of your Genealogy records.

5) Filter - Apply filters to easily pull up subsets of your Genealogy.

With the following TABS, you will be able to;
