The trick, if you call it that, is to take time to really understand how wonderfully put together the Genealogy is, what it can do and show you, how to maneuver through it, and then teach your team members how to fully appreciate it.

In the beginning of a new PSAs career in SFI, he has no downline or maybe the two CSAs. He has no way to get to know the many aspects of the Genealogy without members listed. By reassigning him at least three of your PSAs you will give him the ability to learn how to use it. I suggest that you include at least two counties and stack the reasigneds so that he has at least two generations.

Since the purpose of this reassignment is to give him practice with the Genealogy and its sorting tools, and Mailer, you do not have to send active PSAs. We all have excess inactives. Don't be stingy, give him enough to really play with. Send your PSA a letter explaining why and what you are doing and that later on as he gets the hang of the whole thing you will sent him active PSAs.

If you are worried about cluttering up his Genealogy with inactive PSAs then only reassign him those with red flags. They will soon be gone from his Genealogy. But warn him that they will not remain for long....

I'll write you what I see,with no special tricks ('cause it's all there,and you see it,so no tricks).


First,there is tab "Basics",where you can LOT OF different BASIC informations:
- first,see what is their ID in SFI,their name and rank (AFF for affiliate,EA for Executive Affiliate,etc.)
- then,if there's jet-plain next to their name ("jet-plain" - meaning that they are eligible for Fast track program 2.0)
- then,who is their sponsor (if Generation is No. 1 then their sponsor is you)
- you can see comparing how much VP their earned last month and this month,generation,time of registration and time of last logging in
- you see also in Basics tab is some CSA has been added to him/her,and the key-code he/she registered under and then options to communicate with affiliate (team mail,regular e-mail,chat - if balloon is yellow,and special notes)

On the second tab ("Versa points") you can see their gaining of VP (yesterday,this month,last month and up to date) and their Power rank (overall,country,class).

There is third tab (with information about S-Builder),the fourth (about communication - e-mail addresses and number of telephones),then different aspects of profile of PSA,sales they made,gift certificates,geography (where are they're from),also reassignment part and T credits part (that's if you want to reward your member of downline for special achievements).


So,no tricks,you just take a look and you'll SEE ;)

Genealogy is great for sending out Team Mail.

I also assists you to see who is working & who is not, of those who have not managed to make it onto your Movers List, or have dropped off that list.

It also lets you communicate with those affiliates that may not appear to be doing anything. This is valuable, because one day, with the right encouragement from you, they might & end up being top achievers. Some who have been inactive for years have suddenly become active & done well, so with this is mind, don't give up on anyone.

Genealogy also helps you to keep an eye on second generation affiliates. If you can see a problem there, you can advise their current sponsor how to deal with them (especially if you have had similar issues with your own PSA's.

As your genealogy gives you so much information you need to decide what of that information is helpful for you or what you are planning. All of the information available in your genealogy is both useful and important, but if you are trying to find specific information then you need to know how to read the pages and set the filters that will help you get the information you need.

I have seen people saying they only work with their active affiliates, well this is one of the places you can filter the active affiliates. Perhaps you want to find out which affiliates are using the S Builder co-op or perhaps you want to check who you have awarded gift certificates to.

The genealogy is an absolute mine of information giving you all the details about your affiliates and numerous filters to pick just the ones you are interested in for a particular project.

You should be using your genealogy on a regular basis to keep a check on what is happening to your affiliates.

I use it as much to keep in touch with inactive affiliates as I do the active ones. Inactive affiliates are much less likely to become active if they are not getting regular updates from their sponsors than if they are getting reminders about something called SFI that they joined but never did anything with.

So my top trick is to learn all about your genealogy pages and learn all you can do with it to help you to help your affiliates to become more successful by becoming more active.

This is some question firstly SFI does not work on tricks, some great ideas have been placed in and they are very transparent to the Affiliates. So to get most out of your Genealogy you can navigate and click around the genealogy page and find information about your down line that is your PSA's and CSA's, even send T-mail, e-mail from here or check out if you can chat with them, if their chat balloon is yellow, and you know they are online, You can have a live chat with them. The box on the top left corner shows the number of PSA's and CSA's you have and how many versa points you are entitled for from their hard work.The opt out is on the right box where you can choose to send team mail to all or selected PSA's and CSA's. You can check out the active and non-active affiliates, and all other information as listed on the top line as to how many versa points they have, their logging dates,whether they have SO and S-Builder Co-op etc, etc, etc. You can reassign PSA's to them from this line, You can send gift certificate and TCredit from this page etc etc....
You can click on their names to get to their profile, their VP Ledger, their e-mail addresses, the language they speak, etc.
The only way you can get most out of your genealogy is by communicating with your down line and encouraging them to do as you do. You need to be an example that they can follow.
Do study and navigate around the genealogy page as you do so you will learn.

Well I would use the following methods to get the best out of one's Genealogy :

Use the "QuickFilters" to identify and monitor my TOP and promising Movers where I share some Tips and may offer a TC gift cert or strategic assignment to my deserving movers to Monitoring New PSAs and newly assigned CSAS (Today, Yesterday, in 10 days and in 30day) so that I can quickly touch base and build up rapport to motivate and encourage them to monitoring those who became EAs last month and not YET EAs this month so that I can see what I can offer some help / tips and suggestions and encourage them to become EA2 onwards this month to those who become New EAs and Team Leaders this month so that I can quickly congratulate them and share tips on how the can maintain their rank.and offer incentives like reassignment to TCs to TC gift certificates .

So remember to check out your Genealogy to make it work better for you and see you at the top soon.

I am not sure there are any tricks involved but I can tell you that you can definitely use your Genealogy in many different ways to get information you can use to guide and motivate your team.

Play around with the filters, check out the information under the different tabs. You can send team mail to just a selected group or to your entire team - it will depend on what you want to discuss in the team mail.

Example - I used it to re-assign affiliates to another team member by looking at the language they speak. I kept on sending mails and never getting a response. This made me wonder if they understand any of it and maybe if they have a sponsor that can communicate with them in their own language it would make a difference - and if it does, I am still winning, if it doesn't it won't make a difference.

The genealogy is one of the most powerful resources in SFI. The Genealogy lists your PSAs, their PSAs (Generation 2), and so on, down to Generation 7 (G7). You can Access your Genealogy report HERE (www.sfimg.com/Reports/Genealogy).

You can get the most out of your genealogy only if you know how to use it effectively. Knowing how to use it comes with the usual every day experience. This important resource is particularly very useful to team leaders with large downlines. I visit my genealogy almost every day with a view to see how certain groups are progressing if at all. You can use your Genealogy to manage your growing organization, send individual and group messages to your entire organization (or any segment), monitor sales activity, award gift certificates, reassign sponsors, and more.

Your genealogy report comes with reinstalled filters like "my movers", "new PSAs today", "new CSAs today" etc. How do you send a welcome letter individually to 50 or more PSAs recruited on the same day? It's not impossible that you cannot send welcome messages individually to them but it going to take a lot of your time to do that. That is where the genealogy report comes into play. You filter out the PSAs you need and then send a group message.

There are lots of other tricks that you can employ to get the most out of your genealogy. For instance, I like looking at the geographic of my new recruits and the key codes with which they got registered with. What about reassignment, giving out Gift Certificates to your deserving downlines and even giving out TCredits? The tricks are endless....

I cannot overemphasize the usefulness of this very important report - the genealogy. You only get to appreciate it with constant use especially when you have a large downline. Which leads me to state that the tricks for getting the most out of your genealogy comes with constant use.

That is a good question.

But, in my opinion, the genealogy is able to sort your movers from those that are not dedicated to SFI.

You sort them and can see who is most active, what country they are from, as wells as an entire assortment of Filters. You can see who will be removed soon from inactivity as well.

To get the most out of your genealogy, spend some time sorting through the options and find what works best for you. Send support messages, e-mails to your team and keep track of team growth with your Genealogy.

Also, Try not to overwhelm your team with too many Team-Mails. Once a week Team-Mails are good, and specific requests should always be awarded.

SFI business has done good job giving the Genealogy as a tool to understand the activities of the business around the world in our group.

Also remember that there is a MOVERS tab in daily activity, which shows that out of your Genealogy, people who are really trying out this business or doing this business. How to find it:
1) If the affiliate is logging in every day then they are the right people
2) If they are logging in in two or three days they are the next once. Feed them the information and the success stories - they might do it
3) If they have done once and no return, then try sending them the options available to make money.

To do all these, the Genealogy mailing system helps a lot. Also you may contact your local team people personally also.
