These are two different aspects of SFI business you can generate income from, so there is nothing wrong if you do both, provided you have the ability and the wherewithal to also become an ECA yourself. You see, when you do both you earn both ways; earning 10% ECA royalties from the sales of your referred ECAs and selling and making profit from your ECA store also.

Having said this, it is not a good business strategy to become an ECA yourself for the sake of becoming one, especially if

Both are beneficial as an affiliate can be an affiliate in SFI and as ECA in trippleclicks. Both activities generate income.

Being an ECA has a better source of income. Especially so, when an ECA has good quality products to sell which are greatly demanded in the market.
Having a large volume of sales can make a successful ECA. But an ECA has to provide stocks to meet the demand. Secondly, an ECA has only to advertise and promote their products through affiliates and through the

Both are highly beneficial to an SFI affiliate. However, being an ECA and referring an ECA require, each, different mindsets, strategies and marketing approaches.

A business building mindset and sense of customer service will be critically important to be a successful ECA. For the referring ECAs, relationships building and a sense of effective communications are more useful.

As a business owner, an ECA must be aware of the constant market changes, have the ability to adapt,

The answer to this question is simple. Referring an ECA is more beneficial to an affiliate and the reason I'm so certain of this can be rendered down to one word - LEVERAGE.

Referring an ECA takes a finite amount of time. When the task is finished, the ECA simply makes you residual money and you never have to really lift a finger again in assistance. That leave you time to expend the effort to refer another ECA - and your leverage has just doubled. And that boild down to another word

Good day Rafeed,

Nice question and in my opinion, being an Affiliate, ECA or being an ECA referral, the common goal is to get a steady and residual income. So i would say you should go for both.

The next question would be why? Being an ECA, you have the advantage of:-

1. You can manage your business as you are the boss

2. List your items on your T-connect page for as low as 1t credit per listing. The only thing SFI does is to retain a norminal amount

Hi Rafeed

I do not believe this is an either/or question. Why not do both? They are not mutually exclusive, they are both independent income streams here at SFI.

In fact, being an ECA yourself will help you to refer more ECAs as you will have a better understanding of the ECA program, and increased knowledge and experience. You can position yourself as an expert, an authority on helping people to open their own e-commerce store.

If you have products to sell yourself,

While being an ECA can be profitable, it can also be extra work. If you already own a store or business, it won't be much more to do, but if you are creating a business for the purpose of being an ECA, then you must also consider what it will take to set it up and keep it running.

You must have a good idea about what you will be selling and where you will buy the products. If you are using drop shipping, then you must also have contracts worked out. Then you must pay for your TC License

Thanks for this question.

Being an ECA:

1. You have the liberty to sell what ever products you want to sell;
2. You can keep adding or removing products keeping market conditions in mind;
3. Being an ECA, you can discuss with others about this Program & convince them to become an\
ECA easily;
4. You have better control over:

a) Products,
b) Pricing,
c) Delivery Time,
d) Service Requirements,
e) Choice of Shipping/Courier

Hello Rafeed

Both being an ECA and referring an ECA are good. But becoming an ECA is only good if you have your own products to sell or have a physical store, otherwise referring an ECA is much better for the following reason:

Simply refer companies that sell products to your ECA Gateway. For each that becomes an approved ECA, you'll earn 10% of the CV on all of their sales at TripleClicks.com. Plus, you'll earn an immediate 100VP when your ECA generates their first $10 or

Being an ECA allows you to manage your business yourself:
+ listing the products of your choice,
+ fixing prices yourself,
+ Adjusting prices if necessary,
+ selling in auction if you want,
+ Selling some items in hot deal or clause out if necessary, and so on.

An ECA cash the entire selling price of his products decreased the 15% tax accruing to SFI.

In addition, an ECA earns sales VPs on each sale which may enable him or her to win the E365 competition,
