If your time is limited to spend with your SFI business, you need to manage your time wisely, in such a way that your activities are focus on maintaining the momentum and growth of your SFI business.

How to accomplish as much of your SFI business activities with such a limited time of one hour a day without slowing down the progress of your SFI business growth? Is it possible? Can you do it? Yes, you can.

You need to develop a strategy of how you’re going to execute all those activities which promote the training and support of your downline, the expansion of your network and keeping up-to-date with the latest innovations for growing your SFI business. Your business activities should be focused on these key elements of your SFI business to attain your maximum potential of being a SFI affiliate.

With your one-hour-a-day time availability:

- With your time limitation, you have to accumulate the required AVPs to maintain your rank or move up to the next rank according to The Plan/Benefits Chart. You can accumulate your AVPs by performing your daily To-Do-List, weekly actions and monthly actions.

- You should make some financial investments for your SVPs requirement with products such as TCredits which can be converted to AVPs through participation of EZ games, Pricebenders auction, etc.

- You must concentrate on activities that foster trust - building close relationship with your downline. It means staying connected with them through your training and support messages, posting your recognition for their achievements through your Stream Posts/Leadership page/SFI Forum.

- You must also concentrate in expanding your network by sponsoring new affiliates. The best recommendation in regards to your time limitation is by investing in S-Builder Co-op, PSAs to Go or purchasing PSAs from TripleClicks ECAs with good star ratings.

- Regular activities such as, widening your knowledge base, visiting the SFI Forum/Ask SC to gain new and powerful insights in thriving your SFI business and reading the latest SFI updates, etc. shouldn’t be neglected.

If there is limitation of time that you spend on SFI, you need to plan it out to get the maximum benefit out of it.

First and foremost, complete your daily tasks and collection of VP from each tab and playing games to qualify you for Daily Grand, Daily Crown and E365 contest.

Make an entry in T Time for the hour.

Set up a standing order for team building either S Builder or make a purchase of PSAs initially and spend some time welcoming and providing training and tips pertaining to their growth.

Try and advertise for your business or post on social media or send mailers as you find convenient to cover the growth aspect of your business.

At least observe PB auctions to get the feel of it. Understand its functioning and how people win the products for such discounted price.

Provide some time to read a new topic daily from the training centre or other aspects to grow your business. Implement them as and when you find the time to do it.

Further to this, when you are away try promoting it through Gift cards, distributing TC Cards, X cards and any other way that suits best for you.

When a person has very little tie to use on building his SFI business, he must plan his time very wisely and be very careful to not get lured onto a rabbit trail or waste even a moment of his time.
It is important to gather all the Action VP possible so the first priority is to do the Daily, Weekly and Monthly tasks.

Buy TC products with the maximum allowed SVP for your intended rank at the beginning of the month. Buy it in one lump Standing Order. You can change the items, but to save time, just keep ordering what you need every month. Once your Sales VP are in, you only have to attend to the action VP.

Be sure you have plenty of TCredits to last the month. You will need 60-61 TCredits just to do the EZ Zebra game and make one Auction bid each day. Spending a single TCredit on each of these every day will bring you 4 AVP instead of only 2, so these are important to not miss.

The games take up a lot of time so only lay long enough each day to use one TCredit. If you need more AVP later in the month, you can use auto-bid and burn up many TCredits in a short while and maybe even win the item.

To save advertising time, include in your Standing Order at least one share of S Builder's Co-op. This will give you a slow steady stream of new PSAs. You will be able to take care of two new ones every day if necessary and still stay within your hour.

The most important thing to fit into your hour is communication with your team. Vary your methods each day so there will be variety in your communications, such as e-Card, IM, Team Letters, etc. Send out TCredits and Gift Certificates when needed. And keep up your leadership Page.

Keep your work concentrated. Don't fly out in all possible directions. Your time will eventually loosen up when your PSAs become real team leaders themselves and you begin to earn LVP.
At this time you might delegate certain activities to your TLs, such as putting a certain number of free advertisements out directed toward your team co-op. Anyone can post an ad to that effect, thus strengthening the whole team.

Keep in touch with your Sponsor and ask him to help you in certain areas while your time is very short.

Hello, good question and that's my thing.

I also can spend one ore maximum two hours per day in SFI. I work in the morning between 9 and 10 am. What I do?
* To do list - monthly, daily, weekly
* I spend the require T-credit for EZ game and Pricebenders auction. I find a way to acquire every day at least 20 VP for the participation with 5 chances in Daily Grand
* Playing EZ games , especially Card king /4 games for 4 TC or EZ Express/, because it gave me so much prizes up to know, but I also try to win KOT for additional participation in Daily Crown
* Posting at least one product link on Social media Twitter and Google +
* Traffic exchange sites - I click on it while I do my SFI activities
* Checking out the forum and ASK SC - I write there when I have more time.
* Communicating with my CSA/PSA through team mail or the chat. Even if they are not online, I send them messages if any questions

Great question! So many of us are juggling so many different things that it helps having some thoughts on how to best appreciate the time that we do have to devote to SFI. My recommendations are these:

1. Daily tasks - of course
2. Movers tab - keep an eye on whoever is showing initiative so you can send e-mails, an e-card or other form of communication with them. I look at not only who has earned points but who is logging in. Maybe someone is logging in but not really sure what to do so they are not yet earning points. These affiliates should be reached out to regularly.
3. Genealogy - check for new PSAs in the last day so you can send out a welcome message and an offer of guidance

To me those are the essentials. I spend time weekly looking at my Generations deep to see who is showing initiative. I will then send those affiliates an e-mail and will copy the sponsor so that I am teaching my PSAs and sponsors how I follow up (leading by example). I also just click through different tabs as I prepare e-mails or am just looking to learn something new ... which is one of the great things about SFI ... there is always something new to learn!

If I only have one hour a day to spend on SFI, what should I spend this limited time doing?

We all face this dilemma sometimes don’t we? When I find myself in this situation what I do is just maintain my SFI business as best I can.

I put priority into maintaining my rank and entitlements. So this means I first check ALL the daily action tabs. I usually do the ASK SC and Forum sections first, and I try to do these on a computer because it is easier to reply on a computer than by using a smartphone. And I do these first because they take longer to do and I don’t want to run out of time and not do them. In this way I ensure I earn the 14 AVP available to me each day.

Actually I try to earn 20 AVP each day to earn a bonus entry in the Daily Grand draw so I make up the extra VP playing EZ games – usually the quick ones like Pick the Price, Time Machine, and Card King (on all of these you can win worthwhile prizes), and by bidding on the Pricebender Auctions.

Then you really need to try and read all the news items that SFI send us, so that you keep up to date with developments and don’t miss anything important. So this would be my second priority.

Then you should answer your team’s questions as best you can and as soon as you can. It may be hard to adequately do this in only one hour per day though.

And again doing STREAM posts and GROUP mailings will also be very hard to accomplish within the one hour daily limit too. Perhaps you could do these by forwarding to your team information and tips that you have learnt from your reading of SFI News and Forum questions.

And if you are able to invest some money in your SFI business I would suggest that you set up a SO. Instead of trying to recruit your own PSAs and TC members, purchase them from an ECA or by using SFIs S-Builder and PSAs to Go packages. For instance you could set up a SO for 1,500 SVP, so you automatically retain your EA rank. Better yet, if you can afford it, aim for STL and set up a SO for at least 2,500 SVP. For instance you could do this with 2 packs of 125 TCredits.

Of course, one hour a day is not enough time in which to build a SFI business – so when I am caught in this situation I try to find ways to give myself more time. Such things as getting up earlier, staying up later, not watching so much TV, using my smartphone to do SFI went travelling. And I also try to work smarter in other areas of my life so that I can devote more time to SFI.

So, finally, I would encourage you to reassess your priorities so that you may spend more time on SFI. It will be worth it in the long run.

Since you are very clear that you have ONLY one hour a day to spend on SFI then focus on:

1. Completing the Actions as explained in the To Do List, every day. This ensures that you gather all
the available VPs without fail and that you maintain your VP streak without any break;

2. Reading all news up dates from SFI - This helps you to keep abreast of current developments based on which you can plan your remaining activities;

3. Remaining connected with your Team through Stream or Group Mailer System or Chat, etc on a
case to case basis. This you can plan based on:

= Movers List &
= Genealogy
= Specific question from any individual Team Member;

4. Promoting TripleClicks Products including any individual products from ECAs through
Social Media, your personal Website or Blog, etc.

5. Spending some time, playing EZ Games including T-Time, Uber-Picks, etc after a hectic
work focusing on the above.

Conclusion:

By doing all these, you will be able to ensure that you have spent One Hour creating more values to you and your Team Members. I have not suggested Pricebenders Auction due to your time constraint. In case you like to take part in them, then plan in advance to do the same on Holidays including Saturdays and Sundays.

I believe it all depends on what you want to achieve for the day apart from the daily SFI'chores' that needs to be done.
With what you have in mind is to divide your tasks according to these:
1. Urgent and Important.
2. Urgent but Not important.
3. Not urgent but important.
4. Not urgent and Not important.
This way you easily remove the ones that are not urgent and not important.
To maximize your one hour is to focus on your SFI's urgent and most important activities which are :
1. Your daily actions
2. Visiting the Forum.
3. Visiting the Ask Sc
4. Pricebender Auctions that require the Auto Bid Assist.
5. Placing adverts on your chosen advert sites to recruit and
6. To generate sales
7. Playing of EZ games that would not require consumation of time e.g T Time, Time Machine or PTP.
Every other things are not urgent but important.
Weekly Actions can be put for later. Communicating with team members are important but not urgent.
Every other thing falls under category 2,3 and 4.
You'l realize that by the time you complete the 7 tasks above, you may still have small minutes to spare because you have concentrated on the major tasks and you will not need to look back and start worrying if you've left any important tasks behind.

Now, if you need to play in the auctions to help you earn some more AVPs, then on one day, you might want to replace the "Read either additional Answers in Ask SC, or the Forum or any Training Material of interest", to just playing in the auctions, because playing in the auctions, does require time.

1. Complete To-Do list, including Reading the latest SFI News, and enter into the Daily Grand, play one quick game like PTP, make 1 bid in the Auctions

2. Enter in the T-Time game

4. If financially possible, you might want to make purchases of the S-Builder and/or PSAs to Go to help build your business

5. Advertise as much as you can with the remaining time limit available

By completing the above, other than what is already mentioned, you are still able to promote your business outside of SFI, by advertising using other methods besides S-Builder and PSAs to Go, to help grow your business.

Hello Mary

The key here is to make everything you do in that time as constructive as possible. I found that when I was consistently put in a position where I had only an hour or less to spare on my SFI business my efforts became more and more focused.

To get more done I started to rotate tasks, so if I had no extra time that day, I will still get them done at some point during the week. Here is what I did in the short time allotted to me. My objective here was to just keep going until time ran out.

Daily tasks:

Do the daily red tab tasks to get your 11+ VersaPoints.

Check to see if I have any new signups, send them a SFI e greeting card.

Visit the SFI forum and contribute if possible.

Read and reply to all emails from my personal emails making sure my SFI signature is on display – and send a few extra messages to people.

Visit a very popular forum and try and make a helpful post – with my SFI signature on display.

Submit an advert to high trafficked classified sites.

Visit a high trafficked traffic exchange, collect credits and promote adverts.

Tasks I rotated:

Rate more Ask SCs.

Make a post on LinkedIn or Pinterest – offer a freebie download or something.

Play Knockout Trivia.

Read the SFI news and other important online business building emails in my inbox.

Go to the Training index and read one lesson.

Other things to consider putting in place to help the steady growth of your business as someone who has limited time on the internet:

125 TCredit standing order so you don’t need to worry about making EA each month.

S builder co op on standing order, at least one unit so you get a steady stream of new signups to your team.

The fact that time is not on your side does not mean you cannot make SFI work, what it does mean is you may have to be even more persistent and consistent than others to see results. This is what I did – hope others will benefit from it.
