Turning your red tabs green should be easy enough to do every day - unless you get lost on the site like I do. I love learning so I am constantly clicking away reading interesting articles.

Try to place at least one advert a day to recruit new members and to make sales.

If it is possible try to spend a little more time over weekends - even 15 minutes can make a difference.

I found that I had to spend a lot of time doing my daily actions when I first started but at the moment it seems to go a lot faster.

If you have limited time a standing order would most definately make your life a lot easier.

I would suggest that you:

1- Complete your daily, weekly and monthly tasks
2- Advertise some TripleClick products that draw your attention.
3- Have a daily topic picked and take a few minutes to read the lesson or thread.
4- Check on all of your stats IE: Your Acct, Hit Tracking, Genealogy
5- If you feel comfortable with your knowledge of AskSc questions, jump on in and help fellow SFI'ers with answers to their questions.

The above is a basic outline of my daily to do list when I log into my business. It is important that you also contact your team with a short note of congrats or "do you have any questions?", "how can I help you?".

This is a very interesting question as Time Constraint limited to an hour is a difficult proposition to become successful in SFI.

By having only one hour to spend per day in SFI, one has to prioritize and maximize work efficiency provided one has access to good internet speed else it will be difficult to complete relevant tasks within an hour.

The following are the list of tasks that should or must be carried out within an hour to enable sustain or succeed in SFI business.

1. Complete the To-Do-List.

a. ALERTS TAB:- 1 min- Review news , check forum topics and earn extra DG entry.

b. TO-DO TAB:- 2 min- Review TO-DO-LIST and latest items at TC store- 2 AVP.

c. TIPS TAB:-1 min- Review TIPS provided and ASK SC answer of the day.- 1 AVP.

d. STREAM TAB:- 1 min- Review posts by upline team members and share something useful for your downline.- 1 AVP for the tab and 1 AVP per post- 3 post max per week.

e. TC TAB:- 1 min- Review DEAL OF THE DAY Product of your TC store.- 1 AVP.

f. ECA TAB:- 2 min- Review featured ECA OF THE DAY and their products.- 1 AVP.

g. EZ TAB:- 5 min- Play any EZ GAME viz- CARD KING by spending 1-T-Credit.- 2 AVP.

h. PB TAB:-5 min- Participate in any PB AUCTION (Try for DP AUCTIONS if available within the hour) and spend atleast 1-2 T-CREDITS. - 2 AVP.

i. SCOREBOARD TAB:- 1 min- Review your SCOREBOARD and check your earnings and ranks. – 1 AVP.

j. MOVERS TAB:- 1 min- Review your downline team members performance, send E-Card/Email.- 1 AVP.

k. GROWTH TAB:- 1 min- Review GROWTH of SFI, congratulate other affiliates on their achievements. – 1 AVP.

l. GOALS TAB:- 1 min- Review your GOALS and write down your TODAY’S GOAL.- 1 AVP.

m. ASK SC TAB:- 20 min- Review and Rate ASK SC answers posted by SFI members- 10 ratings- 1 AVP and 20 more ratings- 1 extra entry in DG.

n. WIN IT TAB:- 2 min- Play T-TIME every hour to get a chance to win 2 free T-Credits- 1 win per day- hence you can start the hour by playing T-Time and end the hour by playing again. Also enter Daily Grand for the day to get a chance to win AVPs, MRPs, T-Credits, CSA’s or a Custom Prestige Domain.

o. FORUM TAB:-1 min- Review FORUM post which seems interesting and earn 1 AVP.
Hence, you have spent total 45 min to complete the TO-DO-LIST and get minimum 16 AVPs. You can get 4 more AVPs from either the PB auctions or EZ games. Try for 20 AVPs per day & get ac extra DG entry to maximize your chances of winning DG.

Now, you are left, with hardly 10-15 minutes max:

2. Spend 5 min on advertizing your SFI/TC gateways in social media sites, traffic exchanges, PTCs.

3. Spend 5 min promoting sale of TC/ECA products in social media and thru your website/blog.
Alternately spend 5 min communicating with your PSA's/CSA thru email/Skype/SFIM.

4. Spend any other spare time left to check out the MARKETING METHODS/AIDS and POWER TOOLS if possible.

Conclusion: One hour per day is not enough to be highly successful in SFI. However, the above are just stop gap management where optimization and prioritization of most important tasks have been undertaken to take care of the 1 hour time limit.

The first observation is for answering your question to the letter: If you have (1) a standing order (SO) that meets the standard requirements of 1500 VP, (2) you have, every month, one or more units of the S-Builder Co-op, plus one or more packages of the PSAs-to-go, and (4) you maintain the weekly team mail to your entire downline, then, you can spend your hour diligently (a) working your daily tasks of the 'to-do-list', (b) and bid on the Pricebenders auctions that have the Bid Assist at least once a week. You may also want to have advertising campaigns running for sponsoring PSAs, referring ECAs and PMRs.

The above should take care of the basic needs of maintaining a level of activity to keep your business making progress. Some of these tasks take little time to complete but may yield great positive results.

The second observation is that, from my standpoint, this should only be a temporary situation. SFI deserves much more than just one hour a day.

A committed affiliate will be creative enough to overcome the obstacles that might stand on the way.

I worked my SFI business as part time only for a few short months as a I saw clearly its potential in terms of both long term residual income and the possibility to earn commissions as soon as one takes it seriously. As a result, I gave it full attention and have been spending on it much more than one hour a day.

I am motivating my team members, both PSAs and CSAs to take SFI at heart, allocate to it the necessary time and focus their efforts on the activities that are most likely to have the greatest positive impact. They can see from my activity and my results that I am doing the same. Some of the them do have full time jobs in addition to SFI. But, the fact that they are busy has not been an obstacle for their being among my top movers and producers.

Whether we are among the wealthiest or the poorest, we all have exactly the same amount of time: 24 hours a day. Nobody has the privilege for more. What we do with that time is up to us. It is our choice to use it in the most productive ways, or otherwise. That is precisely the single most important difference between the well off and the ones at the bottom among those who are not.

To motivate ourselves to work SFI thoroughly, we have to see its full potential, make the sound decision to give it our priority and aim as high as we can. Our vision of the success that is possible here will propel us to take action in order to get to where we want to be. Then, we will find the time to do that, using our imagination and being creative as well as efficient in our time allocation.

Even if one is working a full time job, with the convenience of hand held devices such as smartphones, and iPads, one can find enough time to spend on growing one's SFI business. Whoever is fully committed to their success with SFI will find this relatively easy to do. One can wake up 30 minutes earlier and spend them on SFI. If one is using public transportation, one can allocate that time to SFI. Lunch dime and other opportunities could also be taken into consideration. One can delay going to bed for 30 minutes, and spend that time on SFI. When all add up, close to 3 hours or more a day can be spared for SFI. In other words our level of commitment will help us find the necessary time to run our SFI businesses reasonably well until our situations changes and allows you to work it full time.

Yes, we will see answers to this question suggesting that you devote that hour to go through your daily tasks: "turn the red tabs onto green" as one put it. But building an SFI team of successful affiliates will require much more. If you are in a situation that compels you to slow down with SFI, you can limit yourself to the basic tasks, until your solve the problems that are facing you. But my recommendation is that you find a balance among all the activities that demand your attention and allocate to SFI enough time to do (1) those basic tasks, (2) advertise for sponsoring and sales, and (3) learn skills to boost your knowledge to help you be more efficient in building an online business. If you do that, you will start seeing results and very soon you will have the opportunity to allocate much more time to SFI

In today's busy world, time is of the essence and spending only one hour a day on your SFI business is very possible.

Firstly, I would suggest doing your "To Do List" and earn 10 or more VersaPoints for yourself!

Secondly, I would encourage you to send some kind of communication to your team members (your downline). Use the SFI team mailer, send an individual SFI eCard, or send a personal email. Maintaining contact with your team is of utmost importance! They need to know that you care about them and their success.

Thirdly, I would place as many ads as you possibly can. This is very important to increase the number of members on your team. (The more active SFI members you have on your team, the more money you will earn.)

Fourthly, I would suggest reviewing the "Launch Pad" suggestions and guidelines for growing your SFI business.

With one hour to complete your tasks ?for the day, you are looking at Time Management. How much you accomplish will depend on how well you utilize this hour.


2-Set daily goals
3-Make your own Things-To-Do list
4-Be prepared to modify your list until it fits.



Start with T-Time as this is a time related activity. Go there first to get the T-Time of that hour. You can get another T-Time before you leave.

You want to get as many VP's as possible, if not all. Work on the red tabs straight away, Complete the daily ones. Work on the ones that are simplest first.

The monthly and weekly tasks are the ones with a lot of VP's so you do not want to miss them. Put these on your Things-To-To list on their due dates.

Check the auction schedule ahead of time so you have an idea of what's on. You can benefit from the auto bidder.


Building A Business
In any business you must invest time and money. Since your time is limited you must opt to invest money. Things that you would otherwise do for yourself you could pay to get them done.

Invest in:
-A standing order for 1500 or more VersaPoints
-Site Builder Co-op
-Regular purchase of PSA's to go
-Make use of the bid assist features


Depending on your situation you may wish to work locally, offline. Word of mouth promotion that does not require you to be online could prove to be more profitable. There are many interesting ways to promote to people you can meet with.

Be sure to get all your RED tabs to turn green and read News and Forum. Get 30 ASKSC reviews completed (if you are short on time in the first hour complete 10 and come back later to complete all the rest in order to get the extra entry into the daily grand). Check your emails and respond to them. Answer some of the Forum Questions if you are able.

Advertise on FB and Twitter. I like to advertise straight from the SFI/TripleClicks to these two as it is simple to do. Share things from the ECA of the day as well.

Congratulate those in the Daily Grand - send them E-Cards and if they are members of your downline be sure to Stream as well.

Sometimes I have a few minutes that if my downline are signed on we chat as they know we are on different time zones but there's nothing like communicating with your downline! I love doing this!

Send "Welcome Letter" to newbies.

I make sure I get up an hour early before going to work to complete all the above and when I am able to sign back on at night this is when I do all my other advertising and double check to make sure I did not miss anything.

You are much more experienced than us. Probably we need at least 2 hrs daily to complete all actions that are necessary and would earn valuable Versa points.

Still, I can give some ideas from my experiences:

1. Read the ‘Alert’ page, it is most important and scroll down to get one free entry in DAILY GRAND.

2. Read to DO and get one VP by hitting the blue button.

3. Read Tip of the Day. If you are able to apply it, just do it otherwise store it in a folder for using it in your free-time.

4. Go to Stream and type something useful for your downline,


5. Look at the Deal of the Day, you may like it on ECA tab. There are information liking listing your old stuff on tripleclicks . Using a banner etc,

6. On EZ you can play games like Uber-Picks; King Card; Gold Streak, Time-Machine and Pick the Price,

7. Then there is PBA auctions. Play them if you have TCredits, You can win items as well as PSAs,

8. Go to Movers and see how they are doing, Send praise downwards.

9. Go to GROWTH and after congratulating everyone, secure your one VP


10. Visit your goals tab and do write what you did to promote your SFI business.

11. Visit Ask_SC. Here you can ask questions from SFI community and also give answers to questions posed by other members.

12. You should visit score board twice in one hour, in the beginning and in the end to have more chances to win in DAILY GRAND

13. All these actions should not take more than one hour.

HI!

Very good question. Not too long ago, I asked myself the same question.

What I came up with was this...

Normally I do very fast my VP actions. But for the rest, I don't have time.

So....I decided this....

1. To go through all the reading on my email (news they sent me and all). Click on the things you are interesting in, read SLOWLY...remember stuff. On my hotmail account I have a map and put all the emails and other stuff from SFI inside, so that when I need it, I can read it again. That way you don't have to browse your computer on what date it was sent to you.

2. Go to FORUM. Click there what interested you the most...read ALL the answers. If you see something interesting, COPY + PASTE. Or put it somewhere you'll always find it (like hotmail account or your computer).

3. After you've done your VP, go slowly once again through it, click on stuff (like TIPS, TC, ECA). Click one by one, read it, learn new stuff.

4. You can also "play" with the black tabs. Click, find what you need, READ...remember!!! and again, if you see something interesting. COPY + PASTE.

Learn slow, read slow, do as many copy+paste as you can, put it in a place, you'll always find.
