CONTEST is the best way to attract the PSA and CSA and remain them active.
As per my point of view Tcredits or Affiliate reassignment or Gift certificate, any one is the best way to attract your Affiliates.

What is essential part of contest is " You must get them know the IMPORTANCE of your Contest prize"

Let them know about IMPORTANCE of your contest prize as below.

1) Tcredit are essential to get MRP by bidding it in auction also to purchase e-books and getting VP by reviewing it.

2) Affiliate reassignment is the best way to make your affiliate team stronger so in that way Affiliate reassignment contest give larger contribution in both yours and your Affiliate's progress.

3) Gift certificate is also a good prize as it can help your affiliates to purchase their desired stuff from Tripeclicks.

I have one new idea that i had recently applied .

I organized contest on my blog of my auction winning Stuff of "Coby Music player 8GB"
Many inactive affiliates were suddenly woke up at that time :)

Try to do something different , it will give you best result :)

Hi Everyone,

Although I have not yet set any contest for my team members, but i have discussed about this with few of my PSA's .

I came to the conclusion , every members need just two things.

1: PSA's

2: T credits

So a contest with prizes of huge Reassignment or a good quantity of T credits ,attracts the member's most and most of them get into the contest.

Hello.. I want you to have in mind that Tcredit are very essential to get MRP by bidding it in auction also to purchase e-books and getting 25VP for review. But in at SFI i do not think you are allowed to transfer above 10 TC to person so it is wise that you can include a Gift certificate which is also a good prize as it can help your affiliates to purchase their desired stuff from Tripeclicks.

First to reach BTL or STL and First to have sales from Triple Clicks or First to earn $100 or whatever amount you chose. This will help boost up their speed.

I think it depends on the response you want.

I started my "EA 4 a year" quarterly contest about 3 years ago to try and encourage a longer term commitment from my team. Too many people quit too soon without giving their business time to develop.

The way the contest works is you earn 1 entry for each month of the quarter you are an EA (up to 3 per quarter). The prize is $30.00 (GC) a month for the next 12 months (if you fail to reach EA remaining months are forfeited).

The message I'm trying to send by having the drawing quarterly and the payout over a year is that it takes time and I'm going to be here with you whether you like it or not. ;-)

Another Contest I have is our yearly Progressive Jackpot... which builds up over the year, currently $236.17. Again, to encourage commitment one entry each month you are EA during the year.

Another contest that I had good results with was a $10.00 prize drawing for taking a survey. This provided me with some feedback from my team giving me a few ideas where they need some help in achieving their goals.

One of the questions on the survey was:

How long are you willing to commit to making your business work?

Over 93% chose an answer of more than a year (which indicates my first two contests might be working)

One more point is I like to offer the contests to all my generations below me, so they can piggyback on my contests by offering them to their PSAs as well.

In my experience affiliates respond best to contests where the prize is "PSAs added to your downline" - and the more PSAs you promise the better the response you will get.

I have never create a contest. I plan to do that next year. I am collecting tc points and mrp. I am sure that is needed by all affiliate. By that, they can buy something in tripleclicks and they will got 25 vp after rating that products. And it will totally help them to keep their status.

I have been running contests for the last few months. I have been setting them up something like this.

My most recent contest goes like this.

The first 5 to make EA status will get a $10 gift certificate and the next 5 will receive 10 TCredits.

You of course can vary your own requirements and prizes as you see fit, but I have seen much more action from my downline since I started running contests.

I think the incentive to win something extra helps a lot of people.

I have not yet offered PSA reassignments as a prize but I would think that reassigning an active PSA under another active PSA would help them to be encouraged by seeing an increase in their commissions.

Contests are one of the best ways to keep your team members working, and also helps to activate the inactive members.
Contests are a great help in encouraging our PSAs and CSAs.
I kept a contest last month.
The rewards were Tcredits and/or Reassignments.
Those members who are good with maintaining their own rank levels but not good with sponsoring, are more interested in reassignments.
Those members who are good at sponsoring but feel difficult to reach their target for the month are more attracted towards Tcredits.
Besides, you can also keep gift certificate as a reward.
These contests are really a very good mean of encouraging your team members.

I haven't done or organized any contests yet, but I believe that contests that does not require Affiliates to spend any cash or any other virtual cash such as (MRPs or TCredits) would attract Affiliates more. For example; (Signing in new ECAs, or attract new clients to TripleClicks Auctions and PriceBenders). So, if Affiliates, or some of them were successful to get such prospects, the'll be gaining VPs and cash.
I myself recommend suchh contests.

Its a nice question because contests are really required to build a good and "ACTIVE" team.
Based on my own experience,here are my points:-

1. Tcredits are the best aoption for the contest.But you must have to tell them the importance and use of tcredits.

2. Reassignment of psa's are also good for any contest but it is important that you must give some active psa's to them unless they will not show intrest whenever you again put a contest.

3.Gift certificate also encourages them to earn more and more vp.

Also you should try some extra things to increase their involvement like giving W3 membership to all those who get EA status,giving some extra tcredits or some bonus to those who become TL etc..
These things really help a lot.
