While there are many benefits to having a standing order, until a person finds his own personal reason, trying to convince him is going to make him feel pressured.

A different approach would be educating your downline in the necessity of making sales at TripleClicks:

1. In order for any company to make payments for overhead and affiliates, there must be revenue: TripleClicks is Carson Service's revenue generating branch.
2. The TripleClicks Executive Pool increases as sales at TripleClicks are made. These payments are based on VP, so as they acquire more VP each month, their share of the TCEP increases.
3. You can earn unlimited VP from sales at TripleClicks. Only 2000VP from sales counts for being a team leader, but each VP earned gives you a bigger share of the TCEP.

You can also recommend items to your downline. If you have a standing order you can tell your downline about the products you have on SO.

I have the 125 TCredits package on my SO. I enjoy bidding in the auctions and entering the PTP contests. Bidding gives me VP and MRP and PTP gives me MRP, and I enjoy the auctions, so I also get personal enjoyment from my purchase.

Generating excitement and giving them a sense that they are missing out if they don't at least look at TripleClicks is the way to go, in my opinion.

SFI reminds affiliates who do not have a Standing Order that they should get one. On the alert page, SFI writes a notice about the benefit of having a Standing Order. When affiliates without a Standing Order go to the TripleClicks tab on the homepage, at the very top there is a reminder the affiliate does not have a Standing Order, along with an explanation of the benefits of having a Standing Order. My opinion is SFI already does a good job at pressuring affiliates in regards of setting up a Standing Order.

The best we can do as sponsors is to provide them with information of Standing Orders. Educate them about the benefits of setting up a Standing Order, but most important, lead by example and have a Standing Order ourselves. Then we need to leave the decision to them and respect their decision.

Individual circumstances determines whether an affiliate can set up a Standing Order. Some affiliates do not have the financial means to sustain a Standing Order on a monthly basis. This may be the reason they have not set up their Standing Order. Other affiliates might have set up a Standing Order, but due to financial struggles had to cancel their Standing Order.

So, it is a fine line we walk in trying to teach our downline of the benefit of having a Standing Order. We don't have to convince them of the benefits. We simply have to provide them with the information, be an example and leave them to their decision.

2. Refer small business owners to the ECA program and when they list their first product, you receive 100 VP.

3. Build a team of affiliates by advertising on free websites, safelists, etc.

4. Sponsor and promote Duplication. When you support your PSA's to make and maintain EA2 or better you receive between 100 and 300 VP every month.


But, having a Standing Order will guarantee the 1200 VP or 1500 VP and free your time to focus on all the above activities and ultimately increase your commission.

They should treat it like 'rental' of their business premises. Rental that has advantages. Not only helping them remain Executive Affiliate but also the benefit of what they purchase with their Standing Order.

+ Purchasing a share in the Sbuilder Coop will help them build their team.
+ Purchasing a subscription to IAHBE will give them access to valuable information on how to build and manage a successful home based business.
+ Purchasing Tcredits allows them to bid on auctions and accumulate a maximum of 500 VP.
+ They can earn Member Reward Points (MRP) that can be used to buy more items.
+ They never have to worry about attaining Executive Affiliate and maintaining their EA2 status, allowing them to focus on DUPLICATION and SPONSORING

There are more benefits to having a standing order, too many to add here. The important thing is they are investing in their business which shows they have real commitment. When an affiliate shows commitment they are likely to receive more support from their sponsor and co-sponsor.

Sometimes it is not within an affiliates financial power to create a standing order. In this case they should show their commitment by signing in each day and going through the necessary actions to build their business. They will eventually be earning enough in commissions to reinvest with a Standing Order. Then their business will really grow.

I like your last phrase, I also don't like to be pressured so I don't apply pressure also to others.

Not all can have Standing Order even if they like it. First of all clarify who can only have a standing order. Honestly Standing orders are only for those who have Credit/Debit Cards. You can of course choose to pay through paypal but paypaal will not also accept recurring payment if you don't have a valid credit/debit cards on their records.

So I sent emails to my affiliates telling them that those who have credit/debit cards AND wanted to maintain their monthly EA status, please make your Standing orders for the following reasons.

1) They can earn extra VP's from standing order.
2) They can save from the discounted price of the item purchased as standing order.
3) They don't have to worry that they might miss being EA every month. They can therefore concentrate on finding affiliates.

The best way to show your downline the value of a standing order is to be realistic about what they get. Ex. An SO for S-builder will provide a constant stream of potentially amazing team mates that will boost their potential without them having to go out and recruit. An SO for T Credits will be more cost effective in the long run and provide opportunities to not only earn more VP, but also buy, sell, and bid on products. I really believe if you can't help your downline see the value in the Triple Clicks products, you won't be able to convince them to get on board, especially financially.

You could even approach them with something like:

"Hey, did you see *product* on Triple Clicks? I can't believe I got a standing order for only *dollars*! That will save me so much money every month."

Or

"Wow! Did you see that *product* at auction today? It sold for only *dollars*! I wish I would have used my T Credits to bid on that."

You could even send them some T Credits to try out at auction so they can see the value for themselves.

If you want them to set a standing order for T Credits then let them know that there are many package sizes available. Let them know the many uses of T Credits, e.g.:

1. VP for every bid spent in an auction up to 500 VP
2. 5 MRP for every bid spent in an auction
3. Leverage your T Credits across your network to stimulate participation in auctions.
4. You may purchase from the MRP store with T Credits.
5. Down load music for TripleClicks

Moreover you can even award TCredits to those who have set a standing order. You can offer a gift certificate for those who wish to buy a larger pack of T Credits but need some extra support. Then you will be helping your affiliates to set a standing order and you will not be perceived as just wanted them to set an order for your own personal gain. Make everything a team effort.
