The best way to convince your down line of the benefits of having a standing order is to have one yourself. Leading by example is paramount ,however; you must let your affiliates know that the compensation plan is flexible and that there are many ways to achieve commissions.
If you want them to set a standing order for T Credits then let them know that there are many package sizes available. Let them know the many uses of T Credits, e.g.:
1. VP for every bid spent in an auction up to 500 VP
2. 5 MRP for every bid spent in an auction
3. Leverage your T Credits across your network to stimulate participation in auctions.
4. You may purchase from the MRP store with T Credits.

Moreover you can even award TCredits to those who have set a standing order. You can offer a gift certificate for those who wish to buy a larger pack of T Credits but need some extra support.
