What is the best way to convince someone who is over 50 that they should get started with SFI?

Here are a few ideas for helping 50 year old people join SFI.
Ask the question - Do you need money now? Then if they respond yes, tell them that you can join SFI at any age, but it is better to join earlier than later because at 50 you have more resources than you have as you grow older. If they say no, you can then ask them if they are totally prepared for retirement. Then explain that SFI is a great way to help them build their retirement income.
Continue to ask them questions such as: What is holding you up? Would you like to improve your computer skills so that you can make money on the internet? Would you like to try something that will help you grow in understanding of other people in the world?
The point of this is to engage them in a conversation where there is interaction and you aren't just talking. Where you are listening to their objections. Be a careful listener, and not someone thinking about what you are going to say next to counter that objection. When you understand where they are coming from and thinking, then it is easier to tell them about SFI so that is fits their personal interests.
So often we want to talk and sell when we should be listening and observing. Then after asking some pertinent questions, we will have the knowledge we need to adequately sell them on SFI.

What are the best facts, stories, and figures you can share with friends and family to gain their trust and get them enrolled in SFI?

SFI is a dynamic program, by that I mean you can find facts, stories and figures by just doing the daily todo list and reading the forum and ASK SC. Share this with your prospects, keep up with the program yourself.
Point to the stories on the bottom of the Alert Page where people express their interest in working SFI. Share your own story, your own journey.
There are constant figures available on the number of people joining daily, the longevity of many of the people in the program, the number of stores and products to choose from, these are constantly changing, growing and building the SFI brand, and indirectly your business.
There is safety in numbers, except most of the income numbers on the internet. So many of these are false and pretend numbers instead of real numbers. Therefore many of the people we talk with are looking for high incomes yesterday. SFI has the advantage of teaching you how to use the internet to make honest and real money instead of chasing dreams. The important figures are not what someone else has earned with SFI, but the figures you need to be successful yourself.

How would you convince an affiliate giving up on SFI to continue in the business?

I would ask them what is the worst thing that could happen if you stayed with SFI? SFI can be totally free, so what have you got to lose.
I would tell them about one young man who wanted a credit card very badly. He also had very little time because he was working long hours to take care of a family. He finally earned his credit card, after a year. Because he stuck with it, has received much more than a credot card since then.
I would tell them about another member of my team who started SFI with nothing. Because he faithfully logged in daily, I added him to my Sbuilder team Coop, and he began to get PSA's. Then he took the step of opening a digital ECA store, and now he is doing very well and is financially stable. Where would he have been if he quit?
What about myself, many times I have wanted to quit, but I have stuck with it even though I'm not making the money I would like, I am making more than I spend most months. What do I get out of SFI? Something to keep my mind active and learning new things constantly. I have gained an understanding of people in other parts of the world. They are very much like me with the same wants, desires and needs. I have many that I consider friends, and I've never met them face to face, but they keep me active and occupy my time constructively. All of these things from SFI have nothing to do with money, but have enriched my life immensely. What would I have gained if I had quit because of discouragement or some other bump in my SFI journey?
These are all questions you should ask yourself before you leave SFI. What will I lose if I leave? What will I gain if I stay? It is free so why not continue and see where the journey takes you. You may be pleasantly surprised.

Putting all your focus on SFI gives your brain more opportunity to find ways to make it work. There are a lot of programs out there that make impossible promises and it is very easy to get caught up in the hype and before you know it, your SFI business has suffered.
There are many programs on the web that can compliment and improve your SFI business. Many of the more successful SFI members do work several programs other than SFI, but most of them are found through using their resources to work with and advertise SFI and TripleClicks products. These types of programs can enhance your SFI experience and add to your bottom line.

The best and fastest way to make commissions in SFI is to build a great Tconnect or ECA page. The more products you can find for sale, the more sales you will make and your profits will be greater. The income are immediately available to you in your TC sales account.
There are over 2000 affiliate programs that will work with TripleClicks where you don't have to transfer your purchaser to another web site, merely put the item on your site and when ordered purchase from the affiliate site and have them drop ship the item.
After you have your page in TripleClicks set up, make a web page. You can do this for free, then put banners on your web page advertising your TConnect/ECA page. Make a business page in Facebook listing items you are posting in TripleClicks. Then advertise these items where ever you can on the web. It is also important that you promote locally where ever you can, and SFI has great materials for you to do this. This will build your business locally and bring you many customers and possible affiliates.
If you don't have items of your own to post, you can sell items that other people have for sale. You can write reviews, blogs, local classifieds and articles about these items to sell them.
This is the best and fastest short term method, and worked hand in hand with the best long term method called duplication or sponsoring will make you a handsome income for all of your life.

When a team member asks a question, and you don't know the answer, how can you get them the best and correct answer?

Research all of the areas in SFI available to you and them. Be sure and write down the url where you found the answer so that you can be specific in telling them where to research the answer.
There are so many places to find answers and many great answers are available in Ask SC the training materials, and the forum. There are very few questions that can't be answered by researching SFI materials. The information in SFI is your very first resource, and usually your best resource in answering questions accurately.
Some questions such as How much can I make? - are impossible to answer definitely because this answer depends on how what and how well they do, and not on what anyone else is making.

Is it a good idea to reassign your PSAs to someone in their own country?

Yes, reassigning PSA's even when they are inactive is a great way to build your team by giving you more levels. Instead of just looking at country, look at language. Sometime an inactive person will become active if they have a sponsor who speaks their language.
Your members need the VP and the practice of sending out the weekly newsletters, so even if the PSA isn't active they help them to get practice writing emails
As a new Team Leader, how do you know when you have enough PSA's to reassign to your downline?

As soon as you have PSA's that are eligible for transfer.
Reassigning PSA's is a great tool for helping your downline, especially helps new members have some downline themselves. The hardest part of starting out is getting a downline especially if you have limited funds. Even reassigning inactive affiliates gives the new person the opportunity to gain 120 VP points for sending out a weekly newsletter. This gives them practice in writing the newsletter, and they might be able to activate someone that you couldn't. In fact, I have just noticed two people, who have been inactive, becoming active since I reassigned them to members from their own country and language. I reassign members to others from the same country no matter what level they are in my group. I do this in the name of their sponsor.
You can set up a contest where you reassign two members to anyone who reaches EA in their first month. This helps them to strive for EA, and also to reach EA2 easier in their second month.
I have reassigned my active members to people that I felt would be stronger if they made Btl. This has worked and even though I don't have the 5 EA2's in my 1st level, I am down to 5 levels and I have more than 5 who make EA2 every month in my genealogy.
Reassigning is one of the strongest tools we have as members. You don't have to be a team leader to use this tool. Being an EA2 and reassigning can help you reach btl.

What is the best way to become a Team Leader?

The best way to become a team leader is to duplicate yourself enough times to make a team to lead. If you have one person that is working the system and several that are trying to maintain EA then you have a team to be a leader. They will push you to any team leader status if you keep up your own daily work. The more you work with your downline both PSA's and CSA's the easier and cheaper it is to be a team leader. Becoming a team leader on your own brings a meager reward. Being pushed to team leader is much more rewarding.
