What's the best answer to give your affiliates when they ask you how to be successful with SFI without investing any money?

This is a great question and one that is vital to most newbies to SFI. Here is my answer.
There are two routes to making money in SFI. The most profitable is selling products. Find products that you like, and advertise them where ever you can on the internet. Spend about 1 hour a day on advertising and tracking your advertising for products.
Then concentrate on the second route also for 1 hour a day in advertising for business opportunity seekers to build your downline. This will bring you money as you progress and help to build your rank so that you can earn the income you need. It is as vital as sales, but not as profitable until you have several EA2's working with you.
That is why I say concentrate on selling product - set up your own Tconnect page or ECA page and sell, sell, sell everything that SFI has to offer. That is ECA pages, Tconnect pages, products, information through IAHBE, and pricebender auctions. Make sales your priority and you will have money to do the rest. It may take 5 or 6 months working before you see a profit, but having money to work with makes advertising less time consuming and your entire SFI business more profitable. That is why SFI is called SFI marketing. It is a marketing product and that is where the most money is.
Quality tracking of advertising is essential and is the way to get the best pay off for your efforts.

If you send a tutorial/training to your new affiliates, what information do you provide?

I send several short tutorials the first week. I use how they are doing as a guide for when to send the tutorials. Some I send daily, and others I might only do every other day, or not at all. Sending tutorials depends on how the person is progressing. Every message I send the first week is about them and how they will succeed.
Tutorial 1 is about logging in, what versa points are, when commissions are paid and the value of doing the basics daily, especially completing the fast start.
Tutorial 2 is about the launch, and reaching EA their first month.
Tutorial 3 is an evaluation of their todo list, and how well they are doing so far.
Tutorial 4 is about growing a downline, the advantages of setting up a Sbuilder unit, and learning from IAHBE as a standing order.
Tutorial 5 is congratulatory in nature, and adds to the above information usually giving them advice about advertising.

How can we communicate effectively with team members who speak different languages?

I send my messages in English, keeping them short and using simple words. This makes the translation better when they use Google. My members send me information in their language, and I translate it. Sometimes it is funny as btl translates as bottle, yet it is easy to know what they are saying most of the time.
How can I best respond to an affiliate who feels they worked hard but are unhappy with their first commission?

Don't wait until they get their first commission. Let them know that this business is two pronged. The first prong is doing the dailies to receive the reward for showing interest, determination and persistence. Second prong is the sales you make for the Triple clicks store. You get the commission for the sale, plus CV to add to your reward monthly. This is where the most money is made in SFI. Then if they are still disappointed, reassure them that you understand, you've been there and will be there for them to help them grow. That you appreciate their effort in continuing to log in and do the basics daily. That as they work the basics, they will learn more and more information to grow their sales.

What are the best ways to use the Prestige Domains offered by SFI?

Use your domain names in facebook, pinterest and other social media sites that don't like the SFI4 or other gateway url and block your ads.
Use them to make Squidoo or Web2 program pages of items you push in SFI. On most of these sites getting a web page set up is very easy and there are no fees. You can then put any other banner or domain url on the page you want as advertisement.
Domain name urls are great to advertise in free ads because people in free ads are looking to make money on the internet and they are not as easily picked up as the SFI gateway urls are.

I try to make my welcome letter to new CSA's about them. I tread lightly on repeating to them the basics of SFI because I know they are also a PSA. Here is my letter.
Hi, I'm Marlene your Co-sponsor.
As your Co-sponsor, I'm here to help you in any way I can.
Please contact me at rgkmzk.gmail.com.
I am thrilled to have YOU on my team. Our team is about success, and you are a great part of it. No one on the team is successful by themselves. We all help one another and I hope that you will let us help YOU to achieve YOUR goals.
Thanks, in advance for responding to this message.
Sincerely,
Marlene Kaiser.

How do you encourage your team to submit their sponsor ratings?

I started this answer earlier, and in the process thought of a better way. In the past I waited until the third or fourth week in the month to start working with my members to get their VP up. As I was writing, I realized that the best way would be to start at the first of the month doing the following:
1. Checking if they are logging in, if not send an email of encouragement.
2. If they are logging in, check their VP ledger and see how they are doing it.
3. Write them an email letting them know where they are missing VP's that would get them to EA.
4. In the very first email, you would mention the 10 points earned for reviewing their sponsor. Along with any other points you see they are missing. Let them know that this is in the monthly section of their ToDo list.
Doing the ledger checking daily or every other day routinely and writing to your downline from the first of the month would not only get them to review you, but would increase their VP so much as to be a great motivator. I have several pilot emails that do this very well, and have been successful. You can't just copy and paste, but it is faster to copy and paste, then revise to meet the PSA's specific needs. After a few days you can usually stop writing them as much, as you see them improving in getting every VP they possibly can.
I have received so much feedback from my downline that the most valuable help to them is checking their VP ledger. I tell them in my welcome letter that I will do this to help them earn more money from SFI, and not to criticize how they are doing. That I consider doing this is being there for them and interested in THEIR prosperity.

What should a new affiliate focus on during his/her first month in SFI?

The first month in SFI is the time to commit yourself to work SFI for a certain period of time such as three months. This commitment keeps you going so that you can work the system long enough to become comfortable. During this commitment period you need to read, study and become involved.
Why does it seem like everyone who joins SFI think it's get-rich-quick?

People entering SFI who really think and study realize that it isn't a get-rich-quick scheme. These are the people we need to find. Most people signing up with SFI have the HOPE that it will be a get-rich-scheme. You can counter this by letting them know up front that they need to work at the program, reading the training materials is their first job and for this they will make a little more than $1.00, but as they grow and learn they will make more.
As many have said, we are conditioned to think that all you have to do is sign up for a program and the dollars will pour in. Many of us in SFI have been that route and lost money before we came to the realization that we really have something special in SFI. SFI requires effort, dedication and consistency. Yet it is designed to help you learn and use these skills. You are rewarded for your efforts from the executive pool just the same as every other member is rewarded by gaining VP. You are promised no freebies that propel you to making money. The magic supposedly in the internet as a fast and quick way to riches is only smoke and mirrors. Of course there are some that do make money and make a lot of it, but often it is short lived and isn't sustained without great effort and investment on their part.

What are your recommendations to improve the WAVE3 Program?

Wave3 would be so much more valuable if it weren't so restricted in how it is shipped and used.
1. Hats, t-shirts, flags, window signs, magnetic signs all could be used as advertising. SFI could make these items available through an auction or purchase for VP. Require a picture of how and where you are wearing these items.
2. Flyers could be made available online that we could pass out to members of our community to place on windows of shops and homes.
3. Wave 3 could be used on Yard signs and hand held signs so that members could set up a promotion booth at fairs, in stores at local yard sales and anywhere they might be able to use them for promotion purposes.
4. Have a selection of shipping methods with appropriate costs so that members could receive them sooner and are more likely to receive them at all.
5. Make it available online to print ourselves and use in constructive ways. Require pictures of these methods so that SFI can monitor how they are used.
6. Use the required pictures to have a contest, and have SFI members vote for the best use of WAVE3. This could be a monthly contest.
7. Have temporary tattoos that members could use is they so desired.
8. Having items available for digital download, would greatly increase where Wave3 advertising would be placed. Requiring pictures to receive any SFI benefits would allow SFI to monitor the use of WAVE3 promotions.
9. Have a slogan contest for more interesting digital downloads and add interest to the WAVE3 program.
10. Have logos that could be put on buttons, or sell buttons that members could wear or place on clothing that say ASK ME ABOUT WAVE3.
