Team members need to become leaders to benefit from the best that SFI has to offer. These are the steps to help them become team leaders.

1. Be the best example to them that you can.
2. Let them know when you win something, when you progress in some way and how you are doing in SFI as a team leader.
3. Send them your best tips about advertising and following SFI generally.
4. Every week send a newsletter that lets them know the advantages of being a teamleader.
5. Build them up by sending Ecards and other messages.
6. Assist them with advertising by letting them know where and how to advertise.
7. Show them advertisements you have used and how they have worked for you.
8. Invite them to join your Facebook and other social media pages.
9. Send them your current goals and what you are working on to maintain team leader.
10.If for some reason you have had a set back such as dropping down a level, let them know it is temporary and that you are working to go up and up again.

I am so glad to see that YOU have taken YOUR first step to secure your future internationally. If I can do it so can you. I am a Great Grandmother who is making it in SFI at this late date in my life and wish I had started much sooner when I first had the opportunity. You have seen the vision and have joined my team. The second item for you to do is to go to the header in the top right of your screen and click on start. Listen to the video and follow the prompts. If you can't use the video for some reason, there are red items across the top of the Access page that you can click starting with the todo list. You can also click them in the todo list, but be sure each one has turned to grey in the subheader.

Third item is to complete the fast start the best that you can. This will get you close to your goal to be an EA (executive affiliate). Read one or two launch items a day so that you can digest them and learn better from them. You only need 1500 VP (versa points)each month to reach YOUR share of the executive pool. This is your learning month. Your second month will benefit from the Launch Pad sections that you have saved, so that you can make EA2 in the second month. You have to make EA2 each month to receive 10 free Tcredits in addition to your share in the executive pool and 2 CSA members.

Ask SC is a valuable resource that SFI is building to improve our skill at using their system. Those of us who read Ask SC every day often read the same information over and over, which solidifies it in our minds and makes it stronger in our brains.

I look at Ask SC as panning for gold. As I'm reading the answers even though many are very similar, they all have nuggets of information or the information is expressed in a different way so that it sheds a little more light on the subject.

I consider it a form of respect to read them all even though sometimes the English could be better or the answer more on subject or made easier to read, I look at the effort someone has put in to be a part of Ask SC and to answer the question even if they are not native English speakers. I'm not sure that those of us who only speak English would put in the effort if Ask SC were in a different language.

Therefore, I consider it vitally important to my success in SFI because I am gaining not only an understanding of the material, but a respect for the efforts of those who put themselves out to answer the questions in the best way they can.

What a question? I try to use everyday as if I were starting over because that is what we really are doing. Learning everyday, trying new things, and working the system that is what keeps SFI fresh.

If I were just starting, I'd put every bit of investment I could into Coops to get more downline fast.

I would be more excited about SFI to my friends and neighbors. I'd have signs on my car, in the window of my home, anything to get local people interested.

I would become A2A friends with the most active people I could find, and ask them how they succeeded.

I'd buy the ECA pamphlet and some postcards and every time I went out I'd have them with me, and when I went grocery shopping, I'd take time to walk around the mall and give out my information to the business owners.

Since I am unable to leave my home very much, I would contact everyone I could through email, phone calls and letters. Especially to ECA potential people.

These are the same things I do now. Some are more successful than others, but the most successful thing I've done is keep on going no matter what, NEVER QUIT. That is my mantra, and it has helped me to get where I am, even if it isn't what I'd hoped and wished for yet.

There are some people who write that setting goals is defeating and depressing when you don't meet the goals. I don't think that most of us look at goals that way. I have goals that I have wanted to meet every since I was a small child. I have met many of those goals, but not all of them because many of them were just childish conjecture or wishes or I didn't have the natural ability to fill. Like being a great Opera singer. I have no ability to hear music in my head, and my voice is not true or on tune. I tried and tried to be a musician, learned to play the piano, but never was good at it and finally I had to admit that was a goal I wasn't equipped to achieve.

As an adult, I have learned to make more refined goals and use them as a map or guide. When I first came to SFI I set goals that I reasonably thought I could achieve. I didn't achieve them yet, but in the process I did fulfill many other goals that were just as important as those I wrote down. The ones I wrote down were financial goals, and I have left them there to remind myself that is still where I want to go and be. I might not have made the goals in the time frame I set, but I am gradually growing and still working toward those goals. In time I will make them. Do I get discouraged because I am not making them that fast? Yes I do, but that only sets my reserve and helps me to try harder and invent better ways to achieve them.

Start out by focusing on building the habit of logging in daily and completing the todo list. When you are comfortable with this program, then move on to another program.

Try out each program and focus on that program until you understand and are successful and comfortable working that program,while continuing your daily work.

As the months and years go by, and you keep adding and focusing your attention on each new program while keeping up the programs you are now using successfully, you will find that your knowledge and comfort allows you to use all of the programs with success.

If you start out trying to work all of the programs at once, you will find that you are not really successful at any one of them. It is easy then to become frustrated and dissatisfied. It takes time and individual focus to build the skills you need.

Advertising, which is essential to working SFI successfully, has many different areas to explore and try both free and paid. Each of which requires focus to learn how to do them well. Working SFI this way trains you to use the internet so that you can be successful at any developing an income with SFI. In fact the discipline and training that SFI teaches helps you grow so that you can be successful in most anything you attempt on the internet.

If you aren't good at sales, work to find PSA's who are good at sales.

1. Purchase as many s-builder coop units as you can afford.

2. Check out the other coops and try some of them that do sales of Triple Clicks products for you.

Coops are the cheapest way to obtain affiliates and TC sales if you don't have the ability to do it well yourself.

With new people send them a short email every day for the first week. Tell them you are there for them, and then give them a reason to become EA. A $2.00 gift certificate works great. Also use a sentence like "I can't succeed if you don't." This conveys a need and importance to reach EA.

I have a tutorial I send if they don't log in the next day. This has been very successful. You have to be very prompt and make the tutorial very short and easy to follow. Then I follow up with another one the next day if they log in after getting the first one.

Very short emails of encouragement or a story of their possibility for success helps.

Make sure that every email you send is about them and their possible success in SFI.

I also watch to see who is online, and always send a message of appreciation and let them know I care and I am there for them. I get emails from several generations below number one.
