Check their goals, and pick one of them and tell them how they can succeed to meet this goal. If they don't have goals, encourage them to make them. If they don't respond, then you can take a look at their country and ask them some questions about their country, or if they have a family, and tell them that SFI can help them to meet the families needs in their own country, using the resources of the internet.

What's more important--the initial contact with a prospect or the follow-up, and why?

Both are very important. The initial contact sets the stage with the prospect, and the follow-up if consistent, shows that you are a serious leader. The initial contact may come in first because if it doesn't grab their attention, the follow up takes a lot longer and much more consistency and work.

Finding the right welcome letter can make a difference with the initial contact. Try several and see which one works for you. With all of the language and cultural differences in SFI, the initial

How can you be an SFI Team Leader if you're not a born leader?

Most leaders become so because of situations they act on. Being a leader is merely being a worker that others want to follow. To say that you have to be born a leader is a misconception. Leaders come in all different types, shapes, gender, color and whatever. They are those who take advantage of situations, take calculated risks and never give up on gaining a goal. Here are the rules that build leaders:

1. Watch for opportunities to act.
2. Do what you can to assist in any situation

Test, and retest is the mantra of those who succeed in SFI. Test your advertising and keep very close track of what works or doesn't work. The slightest change in the heading can make a big difference as to who you draw. Test the places you advertise and see where you get the active people from.

Also test your welcome letter. I have tried many different styles, and have scoured letters I received for why they appealed to me. Then I have tried them. Some work and some don't.

Send them a message thanking them for their rating. Here is a sample of what I send.

"Hi, Thank you so much for your much appreciated rating. I consider feedback from my members to be my best assist. I realize that I have a lot I can improve on, so I would appreciate any help you could give me to improve my ability to serve you better.

Thanks again,

Sincerely."

In SFI everyone has many mentors. The system itself is a mentor in that it teaches you the discipline of logging in daily that is important to succeeding on the internet.

There is all kinds of information at your fingertips available for the reading. There is an internet course, questions and answers in AskSC, support section, the daily items you click on, SFI news and much more.

Which is better...doing two separate blogs about SFI and TripleClicks...or a single blog about BOTH?

The more blogs you have the merrier. I would suggest that you have a blog about every aspect of SFI. There are at least 6 to blog about. You can then put up ads on all of the sites. By blogging at a different site every day of the week, you can keep your blogs active and with new material and not use up a lot of time. Blogs require consistent effort and daily updates to be successful.

It is more effective to have a number of small blogs than one big blog with many pages because each blog

This has been the most difficult challenge for me. Some members seem to do very well recruiting and getting the PSA's to commit. It seems to be a combination of factors that lead to success. Here is a list I have complied for myself to try and achieve this goal.

1. Do advertising that gives you a better way to succeed. If you can possibly afford some paid ads, the people who respond to them seem to commit better.

2. Join every kind of social media you can, and set up a method

In my advertising campaigns, is it better to provide more or less information in my ads and why?

Evaluate where you are advertising and why you are advertising before you decide on this question. Some places more information is valuable and in others less works best.

For Instance: classified ads work better if you build curiosity with your heading. Headings here are extremely important. Tweaking them will help you to know what works best. Keeping track of where you are advertising and how each ad is doing is the secret to success. Hit tracking helps, but isn't enough. Your keycodes

How do you turn affiliates' EMPLOYEE mentality...to a BUSINESS OWNER mentality?

No one can change anyone's mentality! You have to use tactics that cause them to want to change and thus do the work necessary to change. Here are some steps that might help you to convince them that being a business owner is better than being an employee catering to an employer needs.

1. Start with simple instructions on how to succeed as an SFI business partner.
2. Testify to how being an entrepreneur has improved your life.
3. Write frequent but short emails every time you
