This is a great question...how to use an extra $100 in your SFI business to help it grow.
I would consider what area in my business I need to improve or invest a little more and focus some of those funds into that.
The rest of the funds I would use to support the efforts of my down line members such as create another team Co-op.
I am not very good at talking to people. How can I talk to them about SFI or TripleClicks in a simple and easy way?

You can use the marketing materials to help you such as brochures, flyers, and even use ideas that affiliates share on the SFI Forum.
No one needs to have a degree in communication to talk about SFI. All you need to be is honest and speak about the things you know. Tell people why you joined SFI and that you want to tell them about SFI too. You can show them how it works by demonstrating to others how you make an order on the TripleClicks store.
Another idea is to practice with another affiliate in your up-line by using Skype to practice 2- d minute skits to practice what you may say and do when sharing SFI with people and local businesses.
Preparation is the most important so be sure to schedule time to practice your presentation skills and don't be afraid to ask other affiliates by using your A2A connections or reading Forum Post comments. I would like to also encourage you to read fellow affiliate Team Leader pages as every affiliate has strategies to share.

To assure an action on behalf of another affiliate means you will make it part of your service to them to be there to provide feed-back, be a mentor and send out reminders to them about duplicating what you do.
Duplication simply means repeating a habit over and over again. Your role to assure the duplication is to seek out what your affiliates are doing and understand why they do the actions they do. You will then be focused on supporting efforts that have results that foster business growth and success.
Simply, you will be the one to initiate the commitment to all those you wish to see perform duplication. This will require you to share your successful strategies and knowledge so that duplication may begin.

When faced with negativity in promoting SFI, how do you respond and what path do you take moving forward?

Sigh, negativity is hard to overcome when exposed to it. Negativity can and does cause people to shy away or stop following their dreams...
In my humble opinion, negativity is not to be looked upon as a bad event but can be a turning point for anyone. Negativity is simply the expression of the opposite of what you are sharing and often negativity is a source of not completely understanding what SFI is all about and not understanding "why" people join SFI to become an affiliate.
With this in mind, when faced with a negative response to my decision to be an affiliate with SFI and my decision to share what SFI has to offer to other people, I silently remind myself what Jim Rohn states, "A teacher will appear when the student is ready." So as an affiliate, or what John states 'a teacher', it may simply be that the person/s you are promoting SFI to may not be ready. When someone is not ready, it is human nature to push things and people away. So when faced with negativity it is simply not about you, the affiliate, it is about SFI ,the thing, that is being pushed away.
So with this in mind, I typically carry on with my way of continuing to show care for the individual by taking the time to get to know him/her better. The better I know the person the better equipped that I will become to being the "teacher" that they are looking for in their life. I know of someone who had no interest in SFI what so ever based on her preconceived ideas about SFI; I respected that but I continued to represent SFI as a professional and still made myself available to my friend when she needed my assistance. During the time that I became better for her, by listening to her needs, I was able to model how SFI helped me out on the very same issues - finding good quality healthy products and another stream of income. After showing consistent positive behaviours about SFI and using products that SFI has that I like to use, this individual turned around as my actions were louder than words. She became a TripleClicks member and said that through my consistent caring for her health and welfare she now has a better understanding what SFI is and appreciates using health products. She told me that she is not ready to take on an affiliate role with SFI - I respected her decision as that is where is for the time being.
Negativity simply requires patience as well as not having affiliates personalize the negativity. Being professional at all times when representing SFI will get you far.

With the experiences I have had - It is best to be honest and share insight to what you know and what you do with your SFI business.
Our world today is fed by instant gratification so the desire is very strong to see results quickly.
It is best to be honest and to encourage downline members or prospects to learn about the development of a sound business and how this is done in stages and requires persistence. Persistence in business habits is what will get the results that the individual desires.
SFI has never advertised as being a quick riches method but a business built on trust, knowledge and professional interactions.

What should you say to your PSAs when they say they are going to quit because they are putting out more than they are receiving?

I have had that experience and so do appreciate that you have asked this good question.
In the past, I have asked the PSA to share what blockers they have found to be the most challenging. Putting into SFI more than you receive is frustrating and so it is healthy to have the PSA comment on how things have gone and what factors were frustrating and/or blocking he or she from success.
Inquire, if the PSA is willing, to have he or she share what is meant by "putting out" as this is a cliché and may have different meanings to different people.
It is important to hear their story to best understand what is the cause for the interest to be with SFI to run low.
Once it is clear what is a blocker, then follow up with the PSA to create a simple plan that he or she is able to do and that it is something that you can also put a little time in too. Creating a plan to overcome a rough time is critical as it helps to keep all business transactions streamed line thus reduces the occurrence of burn out and quitting SFI.

To become successful - people need to develop themselves as well as the business.
A successful business is managed by someone who has determination and is also persistent.
Determination is the basis for goal setting. Persistence is necessary to achieve the goals that have been created for not only self but also for the rest of the team.
Having these 2 traits, an affiliate will assist with following the ideas that Gery Carson has written about in the article, "Success has Rules".

This is an excellent question and simply it is best to let SFI speak for itself on whether it is legit or not.
There are several facts that support the fact that it is legit - it has over 1 million SFI affiliates, the products that are sold are good quality and are sent in a timely fashion, and it is registered with the BBB. SFI has been around for approximately 15 years so has proven itself through a solid base of being around for several years.
SFI is based on true business practices and it is NOT a quick rich gimmick which is what pulls people into a scam on the internet. Becoming financially rich is only ever done through work and that is what SFI is all about.

It is important to be clear with your rationale for investing in SFI. If your reason to be part of SFfI is based on the outcome, you will never have success in sharing in SFI with others.
Success is an outcome of being clear to self and others about your "why to join SFI".
If your "why" is clear to your partner/spouse then you will have alliance with your parnter. Do not focus on the "what" you will receive with SFI but be sure to focus on your reason to join. You will see success as "why" is based on values that you live by and when this is clear you will see support.
