In a nut shell, my answer is actually in a form of a question..."how may I serve".
As a Team Leader, you will be busy with down line members through modeling, coaching, teaching, consulting and leading. All of these actions are a form of serving.
The most important task of any leader is to investigate and follow through on how to best serve down line members to attain their best and to serve their downline members too.
What is the best way to present the idea of TripleClicks TCredits to someone who has never heard of them?

I think of T-Credits as a way to purchase things in a members only on-line store. T-Credits is valuable as money and enables anyone to purchase or bid on many items sold through TripleCicks.
It would be helpful to show how they work to make a purchase or even to make a bid. People will understand when seen used.
Simply stated they are currency for our SFI store.
What's the secret for easily qualifying for the rank of Team Leader each month?

I have found that the key to being a Team Leader is to be consistent in your role as a leader. SFI success is all from team work thus working daily as you are part of a team is important.
Working with people is important. Remember the saying..teach a man to fish he will feed himself for life. This is the smell for SFI. Teach your downline members strategies you use to grow your SFI business and they will duplicate what you do and even do better than you.
Professional leadership is the answer to being successful.

What is the most valuable thing you learned in your first year in SFI?

The most valuable thing I have learned in my first year in SFI is that SFI is not a business built on selling numbers but is definitely a business build on relationships.
Selling the "numbers" is non-sustainable where relationships are sustainable.
SFI is built not because of the company's logo or name but it is built on the relationship among all it's members.
How do you handle being rejected over and over again when presenting the SFI opportunity to others?

Handling rejection is not easy but as asked, there is a way to handle it effectively.
As we know in any type of business, it is the products that attract customers and team members. As an affiliate, it is simply our job to share our knowledge about the products to others.
Effectively handling rejection that comes our way from others who may not be interested in SFI is simply saying "no interest" to the product. Rejection should not be taken personally as the rejection is simply about the product and not about the person sharing the information.
Rejection in business transactions happen often and it is important to remind self that this is a "no" to the product and not to me as a person.

Which is more effective--distributing TCards online or in person?

Distribution online or offline. Today’s consumers live multi-dimensional, multi-platform lives –and their buying behaviors reflect this. In many ways, we as SFI affiliates are having to catch up.
A customer or recruit can shop online and make a TC purchase with a few clicks of the mouse (or taps on the screen)and be done. A customer may need to see-and-feel of how the TripleClicks on-line store works so you may need to demonstrate that for them.
Your SFI TC success is not about being all things to all people. It’s about optimizing your online/offline mix so you can present the most desirable options to your customers.
To be effective with your distribution of TC gift cards (either online or in person) consider the following:
-better understand your customers, once you know what makes them tick, you’ll be able to put the right package before them, whether that’s online or offline;
- elevate the customer experience and treat shoppers the way they want to be treated: as individuals with unique buying behaviors and preferences;
Successful marketing is well-planned marketing, and more and more these days, good planning requires optimizing a mix of online and offline tactics.

If you could completely start over with SFI today, knowing what you know now, what would you do differently?

An excellent question...
If I had the opportunity to start again, I would have started my s-Builder Co-op Unit purchases sooner. Once I had started these, I was then able to assist down-line members with creating my own co-op to share recruits.
Even though I wish I had started my unit purchase sooner, I am grateful I have the units now as part of my Standing Order. This item has been an excellent resource for my own business and encourage everyone to include this SFI product with your own business. It does work and helps to build your business.
I want to remind everyone, it is never too late to start so do not run your SFI business on wishful thinking but use this ASK SC blog post to consider what is currently missing from your businesses and incorporate it as soon as you can.

What are the signs that a new affiliate is going to be a good one?

Affiliates, in my opinion, are a reflection of how good the leadership is.
I would encourage a re-framing of this question to become a reflection question to everyone to consider how is leadership for the affiliates that I am associated with in my down-line.
I believe the answer/s to "what are the signs that a new affiliate is going to be a good one?" will be found once you reflect on the leadership practice.
Great question.
What should new affiliates NOT do in their first month?

I think the important thing that a new SFI affiliate should not do is be hard on yourself.
SFI offers so much and it can become overwhelming to a new affiliate.
It is a business so I suggest to not be hard on yourself if you do understand all of what SFI has to offer in your first month.
See it through.
How do you explain the importance of MRP (Member Reward Points) to your PSAs?

MRP's - excellent question on how to explain the value of them to PSA's.
I approach this topic as a time to share with PSA's and other downline members on the value that each MRP can add to their SFI business. MRP's are an added benefit to all affiliates when there is an original purchase made through TripleClicks.
MRP's, as I explain, is part of a bonus recognition of any purchase made through TripleClicks which can be saved towards the purchase of an item that is offered through TripleClicks MRP program or can be used toward the purchase of any other item. The benefit is there is no need to use money, currency, to purchase items that is needed thorugh TripleClicks. MRP's provides additional opportunities to make a purchase.
