What do you tell prospects who say they aren't interested in SFI because they don't know very many people?

I appreciate this question as this has made me think how I respond to such a comment.
This is a valid comment about "how can I be successful if I don't know very many people". This is a fear of everyone who tries to start a business.
I sit with the prospect and share "how SFI is successful"...as the success of SFI is not solely based on "who" you know but "what" you know. Success with SFI is based on each affiliates skills in the areas of leadership, innovation, creativity, and openness to learn new business skills. With such skills, an affiliate's SFI business does grow.
I personally approach the SFI opportunity as an opportunity to develop further on skills that the affiliate has as well as develop new skills. Skill development is the first step on the road to success with SFI. SFI has done all "the heavy lifting" for every affiliate to build a strong business.
I believe it is important to consider with the prospect what skills he/she has that will help the SFI business grow such as but not limited to writing letters, communication skills, and being creative. This will provide assurance that SFI is still for their benefit even though he/she may not know many people.
Excellent question and look forward to reading other responses.

How do you become a superstar in SFI?

Great question, as this caused me to consider first of all what does this mean...
From an on-line dictionary, superstar means the following "someone who is dazzlingly skilled".
So with the use of this definition, I wondered what makes any SFI affiliate "dazzlingly skilled". I had the following few thoughts come to mind:
A superstar in SFI is a reader of information; subsequently, readers become leaders. So every affiliate taking the time to read the resources that SFI has to offer to all to help with skill development is on the road to becoming a superstar;
A superstar in SFI has developed and continues to develop health business practices. It is the healthy business practices that affiliates use and learn which develops their entrepreneurial spirit also known as super-stardom;
A superstar in SFI would be surrounded by SFI mentors so as to learn the skills that are necessary to become successful.
A superstar in SFI is committed to sharing business knowledge and business practices with others.
It is in my humble opinion that every affiliate (no matter how many months or years of service) is a superstar in SFI.

What is the best way to approach your family and friends about SFI?

In my business practice, it is through "leading by example" that I use to share the benefits of SFI with family and friends.
As an affiliate, I have been purchasing TripleClick items that I use daily for in-home and business use. Because of the purchases of cleaning supplies, health supplements, membership with IHABE, professional development e-books/hard-copy books et al...these products advertise well on their own.
These items are used in the home or at my work; subsequently, family and friends will ask if products work and ask where I made the purchase as they are interested in trying the product too.
It is also important to take the time to listen and learn about what family members and friends like to purchase as you can tailor your approach around specific items that you know will benefit them directly. One example was when I was invited to a Christmas social event and the conversation lead into the use of Gluten Free food items and how expensive they can be in the stores. I took this as an opportunity to share what an ECA has available through our TripleClicks store for Gluten Free food items and showed through the use of my android phone how to access the on-line store to do a cost comparison and that membership to the on-line store is free. This lead to the enrolment of 2 more TripleClicks store members.
There are many ways to approach family and friends about SFI. Gratefully there is not just one way but multiple ways that we can communicate what SFI has to offer to everyone. I encourage you to take the time to find out what family members and friends are really interested in on a personal and professional level as SFI has something to offer to everyone. This is the power of SFI - it has something for everyone.

Ask SC is a great tool for all affiliates. This communication tool helps us to share ideas and strategies to develop our own SFI business model of service.
The privledge to read and post on Ask SC, in my opinion, helps to save time to devote to down-line team members, up-line team members and to promising prospects. Time is saved by the sharing and the use of successful strategies shared through Ask SC.
Ask SC is excellent for time management help - time saver for affiliates so that we can use our time wisely to put into practice the efforts that do work as well as change our practices that do not work because of what other fellow affiliates share about what practices have worked and not worked.

My immediate response to this question is , "Honesty is the best policy."
As you distribute your own knowledge about SFI it is important that the information is clear and represents a true reflection of what SFI means to you. Sharing your knowledge about how SFI helps to meet your personal and professional goals will stir up interest in people that they will want to follow through and join SFI.
Clear communication about how SFI improves your life and improves your own understanding about skills related to entrepreneurship will become invaluable gems for prospects.
How to share your knowledge about SFI can happen in many different ways: use a personal blog, Twitter, flyers, on-line advertisements, e-mail lists, people that give you service, Face-book, and even marketing tools provided through SFI.

What is the best way of encouraging affiliates who have become dormant to become active again?

I love this question as this is an on-going challenge to anyone who has a down-line.
I have found, albeit I have only been with the SFI family now for less than a year, that it is important to focus leadership efforts on creating and understanding how SFI can become part of the individual's meaningful experience.
Meaningful ownership is critical to identify with each down-line member. Everyone has a passion for something - the passion that we as humans possess can be used to self-motivate for affiliates to find their reason to carry on with the SFI business. Some are passionate about improved quality of life, others are passionate about supporting family members and extended family members during economic difficulties in their country, and others simply may want to find a way to improve their local community such as but not limited to sponsoring children to go to camps because their families can not afford to give them that.
The affiliates who are part of your down-line simply mirror what is happening with the leadership of their team. So when someone is starting to slow down/become dormant in activity it is critical to reach out to the individual as a 1 - 1 and discuss what is important. SFI is an opportunity that only works when there is value added service to not only the owner but to those that are part of their circle of influence.
On a regular basis, I send messages to members - directly, to inquire what the opportunity of SFI means to them so that I can tailor fit my leadership support to that meaningfulness that feeds their passion.
Passion for a human is the same as gasoline for a car - you go further when your tank is full.

If you had to start over with SFI, having the knowledge and tools you have now that you didn't have before, what would you do differently?

Awesome question...
Definitely would have started with IHABE membership sooner than when I started my SFI work as the information provided through IHABE is invaluable for any business owner.
I would definitely would activate my W3 membership immediately upon receiving my kit. When I got my kit, I kept telling myself that I will do it later but the later turned into weeks and the time lost due to my procrastination will never be returned. Owning SFI is definitely successful when actions are done in a timely manner.
The last item I can think of that I would do differently is setting up a team co-op sooner. At first I was hesitant to do so as I did not see the value in one. Now, after realizing that hosting a co-op is a value added service to the down-line membership, I see the benefits for not only the team but for self as I am a member of the team.

My response to someone when I am asked about the business I am involved with will vary dependent on who asks the question.
If I am asked the question by a fellow business person, I will respond as follows, "I am involved with a business that services more than 1.5 million members around the world which has products and services aviailable for them to purchase."
If I am asked the question by a friend or family member, I will respond as follows, "I have just started a new business venture with Strong Futures International (SFI) which enables me to earn an income; meanwhile, giving me back the time to spend with my family at home."
If I am asked the question by a prospect, I will respond with, "Being an affiliate business owner with Strong Futures International, SFI, has given me the opportunity to acheive all my dreams; this business is not exclusive anyone can join.
I have found that having answers which are varied ensures that I come across as being authentic to those with whom I speak withand the varied examples above have also lead to futher dialouge about SFI which develops into a networking opportunity.

Share through reciprocating marketing banners with other on-line companies that provide service for computers, tablets and even mobile phones.
This product is an excellent product that supports the safety and security of digital identity of any user of the internet.
I think sharing this product with small businesses that can not afford other services would appreciate this investment to protect not only themselves but the customers served. When a company can show it's customers that efforts are in place to protect identity of anyone this will increase their customer base - as everyone will be at ease to make on-line purchases or even in-store purchases by using credit cards or debit cards.
Share this product at a local market by having flyers available for people to pick-up with a FAQ sheet included. Share with others the priceless benefits of keeping personal information safe.
Share a life experience that could have been thwarted if you had this product at that specific time.
Connect with bloggers and even vloggers about the benefit of this product to keep their on-line presence safe and their fans too. Having this security feature identified on a blog site will promote more fans signing up for RSS feeds and blog posting updates. More fans means more opportunities.

Is it worthwhile to create individual, personalized welcome letters to new PSAs using information from their Affiliate Profile?

It is most certainly worthwhile to create individualized welcome letters to new PSA's by incorporating information from their profile.
Profile matching is a great for two reasons:
1. You as a sponsor/team leader will come to know who the affiliate is and their reason/s for joining SFI. You will become a better sponsor/team leader because you will have clearer understanding who the affiliate is and what their goals are;
2. The affiliate who reads the personalised letter will feel that you are sincere about their success as a business owner. Joining SFI is a big decision so the more that the affiliate feels welcome to the team the more likely he/she will want to pursue SFI in the long term.
