Teach them!
Teach them why SFI is better than other programs,
Teach them how they can succeed in SFI.
Offer them something for doing the dailies, such as an ebook or a reassigned PSA.
Check their TODO list and see if there is some area they are lacking. Then teach them the importance of that part of the ToDo list.
Teach them by cultivating them, becoming a friend, letting them know more about you.Sending them helps such as gift certificates, Tcredits, ebooks, Co-op membership

If persons I sponsor advance in SFI faster than I do, should I continue to try to train and support them?

Training and supporting them are two different things. You should continue supporting, and except support from your downline member. Send them training where you think it might help them, and ask them to train you on what is working for them. This is collaboration.

Collaboration means that you two are working together for the good of both of you as partners instead of sponsor and downline. Both of you have the same goals in SFI, and just become one of you is progressing faster than the

SFI is a great company with lots of potential and it is up to us to build on what the company has to offer.

Build teams by:

1. Duplicating through advertising and emails.

2. Developing ECA's from letting people in your town know that they have great potential by placing their store on TripleClicks.

3. Encourage purchasing what you need from SFI where ever possible. The perks often make up for the extra cost of shipping. Encourage everyone to look to the

If I set up a co-op, how do I get my downline to participate in it?

The best way to use a coop is as an incentive to get your downline active. Design a monthly contest where you offer shares to those who complete their EA designation or whatever you are trying to promote for the month. Then put the winner in for that month. You can remove them the next month if you want.

Offer shares for a percentage of the cost if you want, but I've found it hard to get participation when I charge, but I do get more activity when I offer it as a contest.

Being an ECA or referring an ECA, which will be more beneficial to an affiliate?

The question isn't which is more beneficial, the benefits of having both are the best way to go. Limiting yourself to one or the other is wasting a great resource.

1. You need to do both for maximum profit and VP's.
2. Referring ECA's is permanent - they are your ECA for life. Two or three good ECA's can make you more money than any other action in SFI. Plus the 100 VP you get for each ECA each month.
3. Setting up your own ECA provides you with experience to help others become

How do you work with and motivate an affiliate who has very limited internet access?

If the individual has offline means of working the system, such as building a group in the home area, the individual could work that way and build a group up enough to improve the internet access. This works if the individual had the income to purchase an SO every month. That way they would not have to be working the daily items to get the VP needed to work offline with the home town members.

If you already have your five future PTLs identified (per THE PLAN), should you keep developing more first-level stars?

Yes, you always need new people in your first tier. You never know when something is going to happen that one of your planned PTL's don't progress as expected or have to leave the program for a sabbatical, or opt out.

It is also important to continue to encourage your other members because you may have missed a good one and didn't target them to be a PTL, and hence gave them less encouragement or validation.

I want to recruit only SERIOUS affiliates. What should I tell prospects about SFI to ensure this?

There has been a debate raging for some time about how to get serious participants to any type of business. The debate is about whether people respond more seriously when they put in money, or when it is free, Of course when you advertise free more people will join simply out of curiosity. Charging something to join has more committed members because they have a financial interest in the success. Even charging large sums of money attracts some people. Especially those who believe you need to spend

Which is better depends on your motivation for setting up a new business. Your answer to why you want the business and how it will fit into the rest of your plans will let you know which is better. Study the differences and see which will be best for you. Here are some comparisons.

Investment Risk:
Traditional businesses require a lot of upfront investment in time, money and energy.
There are taxes, fees, and other start up expenses that can eat up a lot of money, time and energy.

As an ECA, what is the best way to use a dropshipper for your ECA Products?

Using a drop shipper can be very expensive. It is best to pick items from the more famous and well used websites that ship for free. List them on your site, marking up as needed, and when they are ordered, go to the site where you found the item and order it shipped to your customer and billed to you. The customer orders and pays for it on TC. You could put in the description that the item will be shipped by another company so that they will know when it arrives that it was their item ordered through
