The Affiliate Manager has been an excellent tool and I appreciate that SFI has given it to all affiliates to use to support down line PSA's.
The tool helps to keep me on track with sponsoring/co-sponsoring down line team members to the best that I can be for their support needs. This tool assists to keep track of activities performed by the PSA, what seems to be a gap or missing task and promotes direct line of communication.
A definite must "use" for anyone with down line team members. The power of communication and presence is critical to keep people motivated and to continually network with you as a sponsor. This provides connection that is required in order for business to grow.

How I can encourage my downline members to purchase from TripleClicks?

Focus on what is important to your downline members then you'll be able to model and encourage them to be buyers in their own store.
Any affiliate benefits from purchasing items as this will earn them VP's to be added to their monthly tally as well as receive MRP's which then can be used to purchase other things through the TripleClicks store.
If downline members state that there is nothing of personal interest to buy fro. The TripleClicks store, ask them to persue the product and have them refer that product maker to become part of the ECA program. This program will add benefits to the downline team member as future sales through an ECA will return benefits.
As a team leader it will also be value added and encouraging if
team you take the time to highlight a product in your Team newsletter every week.

SFI has great ways to communicate with your team, but am I missing out by not using outside resources too like email, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, etc.?

Communication is not a one method approach - as you have noted in your question. As stated in your question, there are many ways and so may cause affilaites to feel like there needs to be more than what is being used.
I would say that it is entirely up to you to use which method is a fit for your business model with SFI. If you are an avid blogger then you may wish to use a blog to communicate with your team regularly. If you are quick to respond to e-mails, Team Mail messages - then this will be the way you want to go.
It is important to consider what is a fit to what you are comfortable with and which mode (may be more than 1) that you have a routine in place that enables you to be an effective communicator with your team.
The answer is simply going to be based on what you are comfortable with and what you feel you are a master at doing. Do not try to use a method that is cumbersome and uncomfortable for you as this will be then harder for you to keep up then will not be effective for you to communicate with others.
Effective communication is what you are striving for so be sure to reflect on what you are comfortable with and what you know you can keep up as a regular routine to communicate with your team members.
The less stressed you are the better you will be with timely and effective communication tactics for you and your team.
Happy Connecting!

Are there other resources we can/should use, besides official SFI ones, to be successful in building our teams?

There are several other resources that affiliates can access that can supplement the training and resources that are listed with SFI.
The supplemental resources can be learned about through business webinars, on-line training seminars, in classroom content at local colleges or universities and even read about in business books that are available at the local library or other business reference centers.
As an affiliate it is important to review or learn about parts of this on-line business world that are new to you and it is advantageous to have an affiliate buddy through SFI that can help you through your learning curve.
With SFI you lead your business but at the same time it is important to consider what skills you currently have and what skills you do require in order to move you forward. As an example, is it a business booster for you to create an additional landing page or blog that will redirect sign-ups to your SFI recruitment program or direct them to become repeat customers through the TripleClicks store.
Everyone has some thing to learn and we all may not be on the same development speed.
The great thing about SFI is that we are not restricted to only SFI materials but are encouraged to develop our own business skills to become a better entrepreneur with SFI. This may mean looking for additional resources that are not listed with SFI but compliments the SFI business goal.

How do you maximize the benefits of being a Bronze Team Leader?

BTL status provides opportunity to leverage what resources you have with in your very own team. Your downline team members work hard too and when they earn VP's you are then able to participate in the VP matching program that SFI has designed. This is an excellent way to benefit from the SFI executive pool each month - can't go wrong with this.
SFI has created a program which benefits every affiliate.
Bronze status provides you CSA's as a compensation to your previous months efforts to achieve the status. CSA's are valuable and do help to build your business. T-credits are issued as another benefit to achieving or maintaining BTL status.
Bronze status may also be used as a way to give credibility to the SFI program when you are marketing, promoting or recruiting for your business.
As a way to show growth, the badges are an excellent visual for your own benefit too. It is good to knwo that BTL has been achieved and the next run on the ladder of growth is STL or higher - leverage

Should I prospect people to become affiliates only from my own country...or from everywhere?

Do both...
Local and international team members will have different perspective gives and will provide growth to your business.
Ultimately it is what you are interested in and what you're comfortable working with.
SFI is successful when the work is done in collaboration and consider the fact that whn you're asleep your team member in a different country and time zone is working to promote SFI thus you continue to benefit from growth while asleep as you do for them.

Should a person go for the rank of Team Leader if they don't yet have a team?

Absolutely - as a one word answer.
Team Leader is simply a category that SFI uses to identify how far along an affiliate is in their achievements.
TL status is a personal achievement based on an affiliate's determination, commitment and consistency.
Being a TL can simply be a way to show others that you're able to successfully lead self thus become a mentor to others no matter how you know them. SFI is built on collaboration and shared knowledge, it is not limited to having leading a team.
Lead self first and others will follow.

How do I encourage an affiliate to remain active when they feel they've been demoted?
, Aff ()

Affiliate since: 12/31/1969, Power Rank: 99999999
It will be of primary importance to acknowledge how the affiliate feels and have he or she identify what happened exactly to feel the "demoted feeling".
Once this has been idenfieifed, then it is now up to the team - you and the affiliate to learn from that experience and identify it as knowing "what not to do" and learn from it so that the same events do not happen again thus the affiliate will experience success and not feel failure again.
Negative feelings will leave affiliates feeling vulnerable and uncomfortable so it is not our place to minimize their feelings nor attempt to ignore the experience and carry on. The affiliate will need to be heard and if this is a weak skill set area for you then delegate to another team leader in your down line who can reach out to help the affiliate during this time of feeling demoted.
A plan is a way for the affiliate to prepare and anticipate what is going to happen next and not wish for nor hope for it to happen but "do" make it happen.
Activity means there is a plan or map to follow and at times we all make a wrong turn and find it leads to a dead end. This can be rectified as the events that lead up to the feeling of being demoted as all it requires is a little forward thinking and some sweat equity work.

Prepare and be ready to communicate with them immediately - as soon as you can, to share a simple tip or two that he or she can use once they have connected with SFI.
Just recall the first day that you joined SFI - what were the feelings you had, what were you hoping to achieve by joining SFI, and what information helped you to keep on with SFI.
Your simple answers to the questions above are simply the same comments that you can share with your new recruits in your intro Team Mail message to them. Personalize your response if you wish as the more you connect with your down line team members on an emotional level the more likely the affiliate will endeavour to be active with their SFI business for longer than 1 day.
Invite your recruits to connect with you via Skype - if this is how you wish to connect with them or offer them a tip that may be used immediately which can help him or her keep the motivation alive for SFI.
Lead your recruits well.
