Support for your downline members is a critical function of being an affiliate.

The support to help them advance is a big part of a leader's role and simply would be good to consider the following:

Ask your Movers what he or she wants to achieve and be there to provide leads to where he or she may find information or motivation in support of their journey to achieve

Model, model, model - not only what you say impacts your Movers but what you do as well - be sure that you are talking with Movers about what you are doing to move up to the next level so that your efforts may be duplicated or inspire others to continue

Take time to review the activities that have been performed by the Mover and see if there is a strategy that has not been used or even considered. Human behavior usually has us perform the same tasks day to day, week to week, month to month and sometimes an addition-inclusion of a new strategy and when there is a "push" to do 1 thing different - this may be the one thing to make movement to the next level

It is important to support the Mover at the level where he or she is at and not to pressure them to feel guilty into growth but to work the SFI business as if to grow into it.

My focus was initially on purchasing several PSA's and CSA's - thinking this would cause expotneital growth.

For me this strategy was too narrow as once people were signed up there were few who were go-getters and others who simply signed up but never visited their account again.

Now I have been focusing on the following - "working part time on my fortune". This takes the stress off me to be serious with my SFI work but enables me to love the work I do as I now have a perspective that what I do today prepares my tomorrow.

My goal is to have an excellent cash flow when I am in my retirement years and anticipate that retirement years will be from my office job and will then be a full time on-line entrepreneur with SFI. This is a brilliant plan - for me anyways.

This means that I am now focused on meaningful relationships with down line members and ECA members. I am focused on the emotional satisfaction that SFI is able to offer to anyone I meet.

I focus on earning as much as I can each month by diversifying my income streams.

Using video is a great way to promote and market SFI to others.

You may want to check out how other affiliates are using this mode of promotion and consider where it may be successful and where there may be challenges.

Video marketing is no different than the ads that are used to promote products or services when waiting for a YouTube video to load - this may be a spot that you can capitalize on to promote your video.

Videos are excellent to engage your audience with whom you are speaking with about SFI. The video will be a scripted presentation with use of visuals which can be timed thus would be excellent to share with others to start soliciting interest.

The use of video will give not only audio but also a visual representation of the Story that you want to portray to audience members. The power of Story is how Steve Jobs introuduced the IPhone to Apple staff to get them fired up to participate in the marketing of the device - which now is a popular mobile device around the world.

I suggest that you review through the internet what videos are successful in promoting and grabbing the attention of people.

Be sure to review what other affiliates are doing for video marketing ideas and how he or she uses the video to promote SFI products, services and opportunities.

You create a video and embed it in your blog or email campaign to add the visual/audio component of your marketing message.

I find this question a good one as I can easily provide what I do when I spend my T-credits and yet how I use them may not necessarily be what you need to do.

I suggest that you use your spending of T-credits as a strategy to add to your business plan to enhance and grow your SFI business. Review your goals for the month and see where spending T-Credits may help you achieve your goals faster and easily.

Mother's Day is a great day to design marketing plans for or even promotional.

The focus of your promotion is to consider the types of mothers you want to benefit from SFI.

There is a difference between new mothers and experienced mothers.

New mothers may need more product focus on things that are family focused such as for the new born babies or what she will need to be a successful parent.

Experienced mothers may be focused on self-care and renewal so be sure to focus on products that are a match to that preference.

You may want to consider pre-searching products and do a quick survey with mothers you know and ask what she would purchase or not purchase and find out why. Their story can then be used to move others to make purchases.

Our TripleClicks store has a variety of products and do not forget to consider that there are stay at home mom's who would like to have a second income to help with budget needs too so why not offer her the opportunity to either become an affiliate or sell products or service that she may be able to promote too.

Great resources for materials or even re-directing down line members to read good articles is using what has been posted on ASK SC by top authors, Tips tab, Forum tab, Ask Gery - under the Training tab and even items that are posted in the Launch lessons that are available to all affiliates.

The important thing to remember as an affiliaite with SFI, there is no expectation to be a well written affiliate but it is important to be resourceful. As a resourceful affiliate - Team Leader, it is then important to be creative and not fee blocked by your own limitations. Limitations are simply opportunities.

In your posts or Team Mail simply copy the URL addresses for any post that you have found of interest and paste the link into your Team Mail so as to encourage your down line members to read the same information that will help with growth, recruitment, and sales.

Limitations on your behalf do not necessarily mean a limitation for you as a leader.

Considering that the business trait of Growth is important to every affiliate, it would be important to take a moment to define what growth means to your SFI business.

GROWTH - is a diverse meaning concept so take a moment to write down what you define as growth, what you see as determinates of growth, what you use to measure to actually verify your growth.

From this definition of GROWTH, you then use that as your end goal and then move backwards from that to create your business plan which will then ensure that you use and develop habits that ensure that your SFI business does continually grow.

GROWTH for some affiliates may be defined by the number of active PSA's or CSA's that are present in their down line membership...

GROWTH for some affiliates may be defined by the on-line traffic that he or she is able to attract to move products through the TripleClicks on-line store...

When there is confusion - it is time to stop the roller coaster ride and start at the beginning of the line again...

The above statement was told to me by a math teacher when I was in grade school and it stuck with me ever since.

When there is confusion - it is recognized as confusion, then it is the most responsible thing to do is to start at the beginning of the question or task again.

So in math, the teacher would then remind us that we have the skills and let's work on the question in phases or systematically to over come the confusion to guide our thought to being successful problem solvers.

Take a moment to lead your down-line team mates though the problem from the beginning. Starting at the beginning again is always a benefit as now you and the down-line team member will know what did not work so you will not make the mistake again or guide your business with the incorrect information,.

Begin with the question or task at the top of your list to achieve - such as the last run on top of the ladder.....this last run on the ladder is the place where you will want to end up after starting at the beginning.

Take each step through the process by explaining "why" do it at that movement so that down line members understand the reason for such choice tasks.

Confusion is not meaning that someone is not understanding it simply means that someone got lost on their way and need some one to guide them on their road map to success. It is important to not project your map or ways of doing things on to others but you simply may want to share choices with your down line members.

Duplication can be done but it will be done with their personality involved too and comfort of skills required to perform tasks. Be mindful that duplication is going to be a customization of strategies to assist the affiliate to reach their top run.

Break down each task or strategy into smaller parts - such as the famous quote, " how do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time."

You may want to ask your down line members what he or she is experiencing barriers with and then turn those difficulties into opportunities by sharing or coaching them through the use of Skype meetings or even posted YouTube videos that are only accessed by a link you offer to them. You may want to highlight the work of other affiliates each week who seem to be having success in the topic area of concern expressed by others so that down line members not only receive your way of business approaches but may find the duplication of another down line team member (peer to peer) being a better fit.

Send out a message to call on all down line members to put forward topics of interest or challenging experiences so that you may provide meaningful and helpful information that is a profile fit to your team - duplication only can happen when the business steps are clear and understood. Mutual understanding is the key thus communication is the way to start the process of growth through duplication.

I do not know if the following will assist but here it goes...

When I answer the phone and the telemarketer on the other end starts reading robotically from his/her script, the urge to say 'no thanks' and hang up the phone is almost irresistible. Few things will turn me off faster than hearing a salesperson recite from a phone script. But that doesn't mean that using a script cant not be an effective tool for you to use to promote SFI to others by way of the phone.

\I believe phone scripts fail to reach me as a prospect because they are written like sales literature. Those smooth, polished, convincing phrases work in a brochure or even an email, but spoken out loud they will stilted and artificial – or worse, slick and 'sales-y.' Phone scripts should sound like you do when you talk casually.

So in response to your own question, I think you may want to consider your personal experience of what worked and did not work and ask others too. Duplicate the strategies that you have heard from a phone recruitment done towards you or others that seem to be successful and feels naturally occurring to draw your listener towards you and not away - like hanging up.

I would suggest keeping a pen handy when you call so that you can jot down any new objections you encounter along with your response. So you may then review the response at a later time to prepare a script or comment to respond better for the next time.

Phone scripts will get stale eventually so like new marketing roll-outs you'll want to come up with new and more effective ways to grab the listener's interest. Or a colleague might lend you her calling script, with some powerful language that you want to use yourself - the power of duplication at it's best.. Be sure that you'll modify your benefits phrases to match the new product details that roll out of our TripleClicks store or from SFI. The best way to decide which changes to keep and which to discard is to try them out. When you have a significant change you're considering for your script, use the new wording on 25 calls... then switch to the old script and make 25 more calls. If the new version gets you more results than the old version during this test, you should keep the change.
