As far as my knowledge is concerned, Leaders are not born but they are made and they are made just like anything else through hard work and determination. Even in SFI, a Leader can be successful only when his or her Team becomes successful otherwise no leader can claim success without his team mates’ success.

A leader should lead the way and become a role model for his/her own team mates not only with his words but also with his deeds. A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way and shows the way to his team members that is what I do believe and follow always. Even in SFI, before we preach others to take actions, the Team Leader should show them the way with all proper guidance.

In short, a leader is best when people barely know he exists, when his work is done, his aim fulfilled and they will say we did it ourselves and Innovation distinguishes between a leader and a follower.

Your photo is your identity and your true identity makes the things simpler and transparent.

Uploading a decent photo to your profile will make others able to recognize you in the system as a true person with a lively profile. Always try to upload a photo with a smile because your photo also speaks about your personality.

Always upload photos showing your face clearly visible to others and avoid far away photos because it will create confusion for others in identifying you.


While uploading a photo to your Profile, try to avoid an edited photo as it will create unnecessary suspicion among affiliates and to the SFI Management. Moreover, it is a sheer absurdness to upload the images of Film, Sports and other personalities to the profile instead of the true image of the concerned affiliate. It is also necessary to upload the individual photo of the affiliate rather than uploading a group photo.

After all, all the discomfort comes from suppressing your true identity.

Promoting a business should always be based on three major factors, i.e, Ethics, Logic and Statistics. It is not the question of how big your store is but how sacred you treat it as. Good business leaders create a vision, articulate the vision, passionately own the vision and relentlessly drive it to completion.

I also own an ECA but I never go for any expensive methods of advertising to give a momentum to my business. I always stick to the basics and use my Blog and Social Networking contacts and personnel connections to promote my business. While pricing, stick to core values and never allow any greed factors to overrule your conscience. Keep a fair percentage of profit but it should not burn others pockets unfairly.


Of course, I never indulge in any activities which can bully others in the business and also I do not believe in imitating others’ business models. Despite of that, I get enough business through my prevailing business promotion methods and I always encourage my downline to try these methods at their initial stages of growth in the system.

Moreover, connect with as many as other ECAs which can really give further boost to your business and I am sure, many will recommend your store to others if you have innumerable business connections through other ECAs.

Always do remember, the essence of a successful business is really quite simple. It is your ability to offer a product or service that people will pay for at a price sufficiently above your cost , thereby giving you profit that enables you to buy and to offer more products and services through fair means.

It’s a matter of Trust and Self Confidence. Actually, both are producing the same results but if you opt for the S-Builder Co-Op. Unit, the quantity will be limited but when you try to buy from your own upline member’s Co-Op. Unit, you can decide the quantum of sign ups you like to buy.

However, I don’t see any difference between the above two concepts and there won’t be any guarantee on performance from those Sign Ups. As a sponsor, it is for you to make them active with enough encouragement, motivation, assistance and proper guidance.

If you buy a unit of S-Builder Unit, you can expect a maximum of 3-5 sign ups every month on an average basis and seldom, you get PRMs too. But in case, if you trust your upline leader and buy their Sign Ups, you can do so but they won’t give you any assurance on their sign ups with regard to performance when they deliver them to you. For me, it would be a more costly affair than a S-Builder Unit.

Hence, I would recommend to stick with S-Builder Co-op. Unit since it is cost effective and also concentrate on enrolling on your own from your neighborhood and also friends in to your Team. After all, your personal acquaintance with new sign ups will be an added advantage for them to work actively and sincerely under you to make both highly successful in the system.

Yes. As an affiliate, we all do almost the same things every day to stay on in the system but SFI offers numerous other avenues to all to grow up further in the system and become successful.

It is always good to have a separate entity or identity in the system from others in terms of our activities and I do believe in that. As I said earlier, there are so many avenues in the system for a person to grow up and you may choose what is best and suitable for you to create a niche for yourself.

If you are asking about me and my own activities, I do believe and concentrate on team building and with a strong team; I can be successful more and stay afloat very strongly. My strong team is my strength and so with such big and successful team, I get, not only the success, fame and fortune but also the true identity for myself and satisfaction.

As far as I am concerned, how often doesn’t matter but how effectively which really matters. I always encourage my PSAs and CSAs to be in touch with me constantly, at least once in a week so that I can analyze their progress and also their knowledge about the system. However, I am always available to my downline and they can contact me at any point of time to sort out their doubts.

As a matter of fact, many people are sending just a weekly support message to their downline to collect free points but unless any worthy things involved in your messages or any recent developments in the system, then it is completely pointless. Not only that, as their sponsor, we should be always there to encourage and compliment them on their achievements irrespective of the time frame.

Moreover, Communication is a tool which can create positive wonders if you interact with your downline in a right manner. For me, communication is a skill that you can learn. It is like riding a bicycle or typing. If you are willing to work at it, you can rapidly improve of every part of your life.

I always believe that any tool that enhances communication has profound effects in terms of how people can learn from each other, and how they can achieve the kind of freedoms that they are interested in. Hence, I strongly recommend having at least a proper, positive and peaceful weekly communication and interaction with your PSAs and CSAs to achieve mutually beneficial best results.
