Hello there,

It is really good and makes a lot of sense to chat online with your PSAs especially when you have a responsive PSA who is interested in his/her business.

So, when you get the opportunity to chat, make the most use of it to discuss in general SFI and TripleClicks matters except when the PSA concerned, has specific things about the business to chat about.

When chatting, show that you are interested in the growth of his/her business. Definitely, there are some topics that you should not talk about especially the topics that will make you sound selfish and pushy. Personally, i wouldn't chat about setting up a Standing Order for instance. If the PSA asks about it then fine, i can talk about it and point him/her to the right direction.

There are various ways you can initiate an online chat with your PSAs like using the SFIMG. You can always include your Skype, Facebook, Yahoo messenger and other chat services in your weekly team mail and ask that you be contacted when in need of your assistance.

I have seen similar question pop up in the forum here. I will in my attempt to answer this question, state why more people do not work towards advancing in SFI and also state some actions that could be taken to stem this ugly tide.

Why don't more people work towards advancing in SFI?

a.Most affiliates join with the intention of making quick money. We all know that
SFI is not a “get rich quick scheme’’. It requires a lot of work, just like any
other business which SFI really is. I do not blame most of the people in this
group. Some of the texts in our adverts do suggest that they can make money real
quick!

b.Some affiliates give the excuse of having no money to invest.

c.I have heard some say that they do not have the need time to put into this business.

d.What about the excuse of getting overwhelmed? I have seen quite a few
chickening out because of being overwhelmed.

e.Most people lack the patience all business needs to succeed.

I can go on and on with reasons why more people does not work towards advancing in SFI. Now, I will try to add another dimension to the question “which is what can be done to stem this ugly attitude?’’

a.We have to let them know from the start that there is some work to be done in other
to be successful here. This should reflect in our text ads as well. Agreed that
SFI has put in place text ads to advertise your gateways but we should as
affiliates use them as templates. Modify them so that it won’t be like anybody can
start making good money within a few hours, for instance.

b.No money to invest shouldn’t be an excuse…we actually do not need to invest any
money to be successful here. This is what most affiliates especially the newbie’s
do not know. I speak from experience here. I made the most money when I was not
even an EA. For good three months I was AFF, I made the most money! What do you do
when you lack the money to invest here? You put in a little bit more hard work.

c.With just a few hours on the internet, we could be successful with SFI. Let all
your affiliate know that they just need one hour a day or more if they can afford
to.

d.The most flimsy excuse is getting overwhelmed. It is very easy to get overwhelmed
when you lack the patience to do things the way they should be done. It is clearly
stated initially to read one Launch Pad lesion a day. But what do you see most
newbie’s do? They read all 30 lesions in one day! We all should learn the act of
being patient, follow steps that successful people here have taken and before long
you will begin to stare success in the face.

We can write a whole book on this question if we want to but I just have to summarily point out some very important reasons why people do not want to advance and steps that we can take to counter it.

I beg to disagree on those who say that this question is irrelevant, like someone suggested in the forum some days ago. There is a saying that ''Only the wearer knows where the shoe pinches''

Yes, it is true that SFI is a global business and that all you need is just a computer and an internet connection. It is not a secret that people like myself who live in Africa and other third world countries faces tougher challenges. Challenges that you will not appreciate, if you have never been to some of the countries in Africa in particular and most of the third world countries in general.

I will prefer not to dwell on the problems affiliates in Africa face for fear of sounding too boring but will rather dwell on how an affiliate from Africa can overcome the present challenges to becoming successful in SFI.

1. First, you have to have the mindset that SFI is a business and it is for the long term.

2. Get familiar with all the tools and resources that SFI has to offer. If you have to be a
football coach you will have to know how to play the game.

3. Learn to use the internet as much as you can as this will help in building your SFI
business. This is important if you consider the high level of illiteracy in Africa.

4. Make friends with successful African affiliates and those near you using the A2A tool.

5. You should consider opening an ECA. There are lots of items that people need here which
you can tap into. Much of my gains have come from my ECA. Note that you will have to
deliver in other to continue to be in business as an ECA.

6. Try to get your Payoneer master card as quickly as possible. This you can do by enrolling
affiliates using the SFIPPA program most especially. You can use other gateways as well
but enrolling through the SFIPPA made it faster for me to accumulate my initial $20 which
i used to apply for my Payoneer master card.

7. While waiting for your Payoneer master card, you can make use of the recently introduced
Local Pay by SFI. Local Pay though expensive has made life a little easier for affiliates
from Africa.

8. Learn how to use Pricebenders auction to quicken your SFI business. By winning PSAs, CSAs
and S-Builder CooP and other items, you can become successful quicker.

9. You have to duplicate and increase your downlines. Coupled with duplication, you have to
learn to be an awesome sponsor. This you can do with several tools found here on SFI

10. Off course you have to log in to your SFI homepage everyday, i won't overemphasize that.
For the almost one year i have been here, i have never failed to log in to my homepage.
You too can do that if you are committed.

11. SFI has provided all the tools that you will need to be successful. All that is needed of
you is to read them. You won't be successful with SFI, if you do not love to read. So
read, read and read!

12. When you log in everyday without fail to your homepage, do not forget to visit the forum.
That is one place where i have gotten the most answers to my questions.

I can go on and on. In the long run, it does not matter if you live in Africa or not. I know we have a lot of challenges but if you can just look beyond those challenges and be committed to SFI, i bet that you will be successful.

I wish you luck in your SFI business but know that luck comes to those who are well prepared for it.

As we all know, PSAs and CSAs inactivity is a problem we all battle with on a daily basis in SFI. It is comforting to know that it is not only an SFI problem but of any internet business in general. Again, we are excited when we get PSAs and CSAs who are serious about building their SFI business.

At the time of sign up of a PSA or when a CSA is assigned, we are not able to tell those who would be getting serious about building their business but there are signs that can give you an indication of the seriousness of either your PSAs and CSAs as listed below.

1. FAST TRACK ~ When an affiliate makes Fast Track

2. Daily Versa Point Streak ~ Serious PSAs and CSAs log in every day to do daily tasks

3. Standing Order ~ You know a PSA/CSA is serious when they get a SO.

4. E365 Challenge ~ Serious PSAs and CSAs are always eager to qualify to the finals of the E365 challenge and possibly win it

5. Contact ~ The affiliates who are ready to build are in synch with their sponsor and co sponsor, they make contact and ask questions

6. Follow your footsteps ~ Those who want to build their SFI business will want to follow your steps. That is why it is important to lead by example

7. Wave 3 program ~ They join the Wave 3 program without you prompting them.

8. Top Author votes ~ They give their own answers to ASK SC questions

9. Forum ~ They always visit the forum and try to assist others by answering the forum questions

10. Promote and Sponsor ~ They start team building as quickly as possible by promoting both SFI and TripleClicks

Though, this list is not exhaustive, it could give you an indication of those PSAs and CSAs who are serious about building a viable SFI business. All you need to do is, see the signs and continue to encourage them while you lead by example.

In other to answer your questions, i will like to list all the Power Tools as provided by SFI under the POWER TOOLS tab found on the SFI homepage. You can use this link to explore it: http://www.sfimg.com/PowerTools

The power tools are: S-Builder Co-op, Key codes, Hit Tracking, Co-op Manager, PSA Mailer, CSA Mailer, Reassignment Manager, Affiliate Manager, Genealogy, Gift Certificate Manager.

Let me emphasis that all the Power Tools are important to your growth and success as an affiliate, as such, i make use of them all.

Of all the SFI's Power Tools as listed above, the ones that has worked best for me are; The Hit Tracking, the PSAs/CSAs Mailer,and the Gift Certificate Manager.

I will tell you why...

1. Hit Tracking Tool - I, like most affiliates here do a lot of advertisement in several
places. With the Hit Tracking tool in addition to the key code tool, i am able to tell
which of the various advert sources and gateways work best for me. I have found this tool
to be a very valuable tool in running my SFI ads campaign.

2. PSAs/CSAs Mailer - Apart from advertising, the PSAs/CSAs Mailer is one of the most
valuable tools found on SFI. SFI management strongly recommend that you greet and welcome
your PSAs and CSAs. This tool is used to quickly send newsletters, training, tips and other
messages to your PSAs and CSAs. Messages are sent to both PSAs/CSAs registered emails and
''Team Mails'' respectively. I use this tool to effectively to that. One more thing why i
love this tool is that, you are given 30 Versa Points just by using it weekly.

3. Gift Certificate Manager - I have to admit that, this is one tool i recently started
using. I highly recommend it for you too. You see, Gift Certificates is a wonderful tool
for leaders who want to encourage their team members to get active with SFI and is a great
way to grow your business. I discovered the power of using this tool when i sent a gift
certificate to one of my PSA when she made EA. Since then, i have learn to send all my
PRMs Gift Certificates upon sign up even though most of the do not utilize my gift.

These are the Power Tools that have worked best for me with reasons as stated above. Like i earlier mentioned, i make use of all the Power Tools as provided by SFI. All serious affiliates should learn to make use of the Power Tools to grow their business. With time, you should be able to tell which among the valuable tools work best for you.

We all have our different reasons why we joined SFI. As diverse as our various reasons for joining may be, it all boils down to the same fact which is to earn an extra income online!

I don't know how many opportunities similar to SFI that you have seen but believe me, i have seen a lot and there is something different about SFI. I do not want to bore you with my personal experiences but let me just state that i have joined and tried out a lot of opportunities before i finally settled for SFI as my sole online business.

What do investors look at when they want to buy into a company?

1. They look at the number of years of existence of the company

2. They look at the stability of the company

3. They look at the good will of the company

4. They look at the rate of returns of investment,(ROI)

They look at a whole lot of other things which space and time cannot allow to state here. SFI has all the above qualities and more.

SFI has the qualities of a successful company. What got me stuck here was the number of years they have been in business and the stability. No one wants to plant where he cannot reap. Take a look at the compensation plan and the benefit chart and you will get a feel of what i am saying. It is second to none.

Similar to some other persons story you might have heard, i have lost money to other similar opportunities that offered me even more than what i get here. Don't be deceived by those juicy ads you see online. Good thing is that you have joined SFI, get settled quickly and start to build.

The concept here is truly simple. Follow it and teach your downlines to follow it and within a short time,you will see duplication in effect.

ECA is an acronym for E-Commerce Associate. The ECA is a program operated by SFI/TipleClicks that allows commercial sellers to market their products at TripleClicks alongside existing TripleClicks products and also from their own, separate TripleClicks "TConnect" website.

The last time I checked, TripleClicks has 3,577 ECAs with 142 countries with ECAs, with 78,739 products listed! This is such a remarkable achievement if I may say. From your question, you obviously operate an ECA just like I do.

Presently, TripleClicks has 1,640,985 members with some to follow since affiliates are generated by the thousands on a daily basis. You can imagine the amount of sales you will generate as an ECA if all of these 1,640,985 members get to promote your product and services to the outside world via the power of the Internet or some other available means. There are ways which are within your powers that you can use to get some or all of these members to promote your product and services.

Some of the ways to get SFI affiliates to promote your product and services are:

1. List for sale only unique product and services: Make sure to list for sale only unique products that will meet the need of a wider audience. Go for popular consumable products that people will need to buy "week in, week out out" Examples of such products could be packaged groceries to meet the need of households.

2. Pricing of product and services: when you list products, you should pay particular attention to the price. Remember that there must be competition out there and the only way you could be ahead of your competitors is to make your price lower than that of the competitor. Do not make your price too low in other not to run at a loss but make it in such a way as to make even if it is a small profit margin.

3. Listing of SFI exclusive only product and services: Try as much as possible to list products that are SFI exclusives. There are so many ECAs out there selling almost or identical products and services. If you could list products that can be found only in your ECA, I think it will surely attract more SFI affiliates to market such products and services.

4. Make your product and services known to affiliates: with the over 78,739 products and services available on TripleClicks, how do you think that your own will stand out? In Order words, how would you make your products to be popular? Simple...Get them listed on " Hot Deals". By listing it on hot deals, your product will be shown more to SFI affiliates than does not on hot deals.

5. Connect to other ECAs and TripleClicks members: Try connecting to TripleClicks members, this will make your ECA and it's product to be known to SFI affiliates...if SFI affiliates do not know your product exist how can they promote it? The connect tool is available on the TConnect page of all SFI and TripleClicks members page.

These are some of the ways that you can use to get SFI affiliates to promote your product and services. With over one million TripleClicks members, having and operating an ECA is one very profitable aspect of SFI and I encourage more SFI affiliates to consider opening an ECA. SFI always intimate new affiliates about Fast Track and how to go about making Fast Track. You know the affiliates who are serious at the start of their SFI business when they make FAST TRACK.

It is also your responsibility as a sponsor to let your affiliates know about the Fast Track 2.0 in your welcome letters and SFI corporate recommends that as well. I have always mentioned that in my welcome letters even before the new Fast Track 2.0 came to being. Hence, I will say for sure, do promote the Fast Track 2.0 in your welcome letters. Below, is an example of the wordings I use in my welcome letters. You can make changes by adding some other words of yours to it.

Hi,

It is always good to plan your vacation as it pertains to your SFI business. In that guise, I will always suggest you put your vacation mode button on especially when you are traveling to a location where you suspect that internet availability is going to be a problem. And also put in a stream post alerting your team members of your unavailability during your vacation period.

You don't need to bother yourself too much because of your vacation. All you need to do is put in place certain things that will maintain your position like placing your Standing Order. The SO becomes important so that you don't lose your benefits and will also put your business on auto. While you are away, your team or downline who depends on you won't suffer because the site itself is self explanatory.

Personally, I teach my downlines how to get the information they sort by pointing them to the "search bar". With the use of the search bar, you can find answers to any question or query. Moreover, there is the forum in place to assist. That is why I said earlier that you don't need to bother much because of internet availability during your vacation period.

To conclude, you need to put your Standing Order in place, put on your vacation mode and direct your downlines with the use of stream post or team mail about your likely unavailability and ways with which they can find help using the search bar at the right hand side of the SFI homage or the forum.
