Deciding to ship product regionally and internationally plays a very important role in whether you will be a successful ECA or not. As you know, TripleClicks currently has 2,964,824 Members in 203 Countries with Members as per the latest statistics. This means that TripleClicks has a world wide reach and is not limited to any particular region or country.

Limiting shipping to your region would be like limiting yourself to the amount of profits you choose to make on TripleClicks. You don't need to limit shipping to your region while your business grows. That will even not make your business grow as you may wish for.

I would advise that you take your business to the maximum reach of TripleClicks members by opening up your shipping to both your region and internationally. That is the only way with which you can see a better profit in less time. And what more? Shipping your items to international affiliates or TripleClicks members wouldn't cost you anything more. What you simply need to do is to add the cost of the shipping to the final price of the product.

In conclusion, it doesn't matter if you are a new ECA or not. Don't stagnant your ECA by shipping only locally or regionally. Open up your business to the outside world by offering to ship internationally.

Pick The Price popularly called PTP is a contest in which the participants are required to correctly predict the final price of an auction or the closest to the final price if no exact picks are entered. Whenever an auction's final price is represented by more than one entry, the first entry received is deemed the winner.

Each win gives you a share of the daily Zackpot and a ''Hammer on the head'' gives you five shares of the daily Zackpot. For those who don't know, a ''Hammer on the head'' is the term used whenever a participant predicts the exact final price of an auction. One TCredits is deducted each time you enter for the contest and there are no win limits.


I have won the PTP almost a 100 times and i have won ''Hammer on the head'' numerous times too, though i have stopped playing for a while now. The strategy i use is simple. From studying the auctions i have come to know that most auctions are won below the $10 mark. With that at the back of my mind, i randomly pick any number from $0.05 to $5 for the cheap items like gift cards, Movies, TCredit Packs, S builder, CSAs etc and i pick between $10 to $38 for the expensive items like IPad and Electronics.


I rarely base my pick on previous won prices or history except when i find it difficult to make a guess. There are some particular days of the week when the auctions ''hots up'' and you see very high final prices. A look at the latest winners will assist you to know the trend of how prices have gone or would go.

Luck plays a very important role in the PTP and the amount of TCredits that you are willing to lose also matters. There are some times that you will go days or even weeks playing without a win, in the process losing hundreds of TCredits and there are days when you just have the right touch. But be comforted that even if you don't win, you get MRP, MRPs you can use to buy more TCredits.

Playing the PTP is one very good way to increase your loads of TCredits and also helps you know who the ''big dogs'' are and who to avoid especially when you want to play the auction yourself.

I advice that before you play the PTP, you purchase at least 100 TCredits pack with which you can start to build up on. I assure you, within a month and luck on your side, you should be able to accumulate close to 1,000 TCredit or more.

Generating PSAs, PRMs and ECAs are the live wire of your SFI business. Without them, your business would be dead. That is why it is very important that we advertise our business.

One of the ways to advertise is through the use of printed flyers. Using printed flyer is one very solid way of getting PSAs, PRMs and even ECAs. There are various ways we can use this medium to our advantage. They are highlighted below:

1. Handing them out to friends and family members and colleagues

2. Putting the flyers in every outgoing piece of mail you send out (like electric bills, water
bills, NetFlix/Blockbuster DVD returns, etc.).

3. Leaving them in your bill/tip each time you dine out at a restaurant.

4. By pretending to forget them at the airports when you travel

5. By leaving them at the bank desk( I have used this method and it works)

6. Leaving them on the sits of public buses and parks

7. You can place them on the notice boards at your local club with the permission of the admin.
Personally, i play Chess often at a club in my area. I have a big size flyer pasted on the
notice board and this has given me some PSAs in the past.

I can go on and on about the ways you can use these flyers as the list cannot be exhausted. You could come out with an ingenious idea of how to use them yourself. Just think of where you can get a lot of people exposed to your flyers.

When I saw your question, my mind quickly jumped to the many forum posts that I have read, coupled with some of the questions, friends and affiliates have asked me in the past. I am sure, that all the answers you will get from this question will boil down to personal opinion. Just maybe…


We have several activates here on SFI and TripleClicks which are carried out on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Some of the actions are but not limited to the following:


1. Earning by accumulating Versa Points - You get Versa Points instantly by completing
simple basic actions on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.


2. Generate Sales at TripleClicks.com – Here, each time someone you have told about
TripleClicks Or SFI buys something at TripleClicks.com, you earn 45% CV Direct
Commission


3. Income maximization by sponsoring and duplication. Here you earn income by leading
and teaching your team of active affiliates to grow.


Those are some of the activities that we affiliates are supposed to be doing. But you know what? Some affiliates place more emphasis on some of the activities than others. Hence your question ‘’…what is the most overrated activity and what is the most underrated activity’’.


Personally, the most overrated activity here on SFI is carrying out activity just to earn Versa Points. And the most underrated activity is team building (sponsoring and duplication), I will give reasons why.


One of the reasons why accumulating Versa Points is so overrated is because some of the daily, weekly and monthly actions are very easy to do with little or no stress. So what most affiliates especially the ‘’greenhorns’’ do is to get at least 1500VP to enable them to earn. I have repeatedly told affiliates who have that type of mindset, that SFI is not some ‘’Paid To Click’’ site where you click to get points. This is a real business and should be treated as such.


For instance, when I first came in here as a new affiliate, I had that same mindset, for the first two to three weeks. I am sure that more that 50 percent of the newbie’s have that same mindset and continue to do so.


Mostly, affiliates over look team building and duplication. This is one of the most UNDERRATED activity in SFI by affiliates. The KEY to creating a major income in SFI is by learning to lead and grow a TEAM of active SFI affiliates, because as a team leader, you'll turn on one of the most lucrative components of the SFI compensation plan called ‘’Versa Points matching’’. It would be surprising to know that some affiliates are yet to know this. Hence, they go about chasing Versa Points and badges!


To conclude, I will quote a section of SFI basics just to highlight my points above. ‘’Scoring Versa Points and generating sales at TripleClicks.com are a great way to start earning money with SFI, but if you want to a create a major monthly income stream, you must employ sponsoring and duplication.’’


And also,


‘’Anyone can get someone to sign up free as an affiliate, and even earn some 45% Direct Commissions via TripleClicks sales, but if you stop there, you'll be leaving the big bucks for someone else.’’


In essence, a balance needs to be made here. ‘’Sponsor and duplicate’’ by teaching your down-lines to be active and to be as successful as you. You do this by completing your daily/weekly/monthly actions. And also, generate Sales at TripleClicks.com which is the driving force of SFI.

I almost didn't want to answer this question but i have to, simply because i was in a similar situation some days ago with an ECA i have referred.

Back to your question "How do you help a new ECA you've referred to start faster, get his/her products listed, and stay active?"

You have done the most part of the job by referring an ECA which i think is the most difficult thing. So what do you now do after confirming that he has done all the proper registration? I will use my own experience as a guide to advise you here.

You have to guide him by encouraging him to read all about the ECA program of SFI. He/She should read the ''frequently asked questions'' of the program. Let him understand as much as possible what he/she stands to gain by quickly listing his/her product and remaining active. Luckily, you are an ECA yourself as i can see from your badge. In my case i had to download all the materials i could find on SFI concerning ECA including the Frequently Asked Questions, FAQ and i sent it to him. You can do the same thing in your own case too.

Another thing you could do to help him stay active after listing his product is to be his first customer. Buy any one of his products if you can afford to and let him see an income from his efforts. This will be a ''win win'' situation for you because you will be encouraging him as well as get your Versa Points for the product you bought from him! This is indeed an ingenious way to make him stay active.

After that, you can now help him to advertize his store by letting your down-lines know about your new ECA by way of stream post or just by mail. This might also encourage your other affiliates to register to become ECA's. I am sure that by the time he begins to make his first dollars by selling products, he will be and stay active.

Another way you can make him/her list his product faster and remain active is to let him see your own store as an ECA. Let him have a feel of what an E-Commerce Associate store looks like on TripleClicks. What i did in my situation was to give a link of my own ECA stores to my new ECA. He did ask me how much i have made so far and i gave him a range without being exact how much i make monthly.

I do hope that i have given a good answer to your question? I wish that your new ECA would list his product(s) and become active as quickly as possible with your guidance. Impossible is nothing!

1. SFI E-Card: These are electronic cards that you can send to friends and family

2. S-Builder: This is also an online marketing tool provided by SFI to affiliates.
Affiliates have to pay a nominal amount to purchase this tool.

3. Text Ads: Text ads is an online marketing tool which is also effective and can be
sent to friends, relatives and even people you do not know.

4. Banner Ads: This is a very popular online tool provided by SFI to its affiliates. It

I am currently using Blog writing as an alternative online marketing tool to drive/ redirect traffic to my gateways.

Blogging is one of the best tool you can ever use to drive traffic to your home business.

For instance, In offline life, what holds your attention more – a single advertisement in a newspaper for some product or someone actually speaking with you and recommending the product? Sure, the answer is the latter.

The personal touch always works. More than that, when you understand that other people are using the product too, you are more confident about using it yourself. This does not happen with the advertisement in the paper. But when someone speaks to you realistically about it, you are more inclined to go ahead with it. Now, this is exactly the difference between a website and a blog.

A website is static. It is almost an advertisement of the publisher and you are only reading what they have put up. However, in a blog, there is interaction. This interaction, most often, is between the publishers and the people who are using the product. In the world of multilevel marketing, such personal interaction can go an extremely long way.

Why is blog writing one of the best online marketing tools? These are some of the reasons;

1. It builds credibility

2. It builds a brand Identity

3. It helps you to explain your opportunity better

4. It helps you communicate

So far, I have been able to draw a sizable amount of traffic to my blog which in time would translate to more affiliates in my genealogy. We all know what EA means to our business and so, it is important that our downline become active and maintain this basic qualification of EA.

Personally, i think it is wrong to ask your downline to spend money to maintain EA. Rather, we should motivate them to maintain EA. I am sure you know that you can maintain EA monthly by other actions other than spending as captured in our VP ledger.

To motivate your downline to spend money monthly, you have to lead by example. You don't expect any of your downline to spend money when you don't spend yourself. There are ways your downline will know if you are spending money monthly. A simple look at your badge will tell anyone whether you spend money or not.

That is why our badges tell a lot of story about our seriousness with this business. In this regard, i have a personal experience almost 2 years ago. I recruited a PSA who incidentally happens to be my most active PSA to date. He was highly motivated when he saw my badges totaling more than 21 at that time. He was always talking about getting more badges which in turn made him develop so much interest in this business.

I have never asked my downlines to purchase anything verbally other than the method suggested by SFI corporate. For sure i will suggest if asked to, by any of my downline the way to go as regard spending....if asked to!

To conclude, i suggest you continue to do what is good for your SFI business like remaining an active EA while keeping a standing order, SO, if you have the means and continue to use TripleClicks as your store first and foremost. Your downlines will surely follow your lead sooner or later. Leading by example is the way to go if you want to motivate your downline to spend money monthly to maintain EA status without sounding greedy.
