??First. I will assume you are referring to the 125 TCredits standing order.
??This is without a doubt the most effective standing order available.
??It opens doors to many other possibilities that would be closed otherwise. This is capital worth investing monthly.

By setting up this SO monthly, at the beginning of the month, you immediately get 1500 sales VP. That, at day one of every month, gives you EA2. However, what is key and vital about this standing order is it is just the first step in many to reach team leader utilizing nothing more than your SO purchase if all prevails but at the very most you might incur a cost of few dollars if that.

Here is why. You earn 1500 sales VP with your SO. Your goal is set for Bronze Team Leader. That requires 3000 VP of which 2000 can be sales VP and the other 1000 has to be action VP or VP from items on your to do list. Before I get into how to best use the 125 TCredit, one has to first understand what options they have to earn action VP.

To be successful at implementing mission "SO 125 Bronze Team Leader"', you have to max out the following action VP. You accomplish this by doing the following:

??Login daily and perform the 11 daily todos. 11x30=330
??Perform you weekly to do actions. 38x4=152
??Perform monthly to do actions. 15 + 100 standing order = 115 VP

??Add these items up. 330+152+115=597.
??You now have 1500 sales VP and 597 action VP for 2007 VP.
??You only need 993 VP of which 500 can be sales and you have not touched the 125 Tcredits yet.

Here comes the fun part. First, we can all use good luck and extra credit action VP. To earn that, at no cost, be sure to do 30 askSC questions each day prior to entering daily grand so you get 5 entries daily to win. Your chances of winning 200VP or more likely 50 VP award is high at least one day that month. Always enter t-time to win Tcredits as tcredits earns you VP too as you will see shortly.

So, now, how you can use the 125 TCredits to earn the 993 action VP.

First, you need to research how to successfully win at the price bender auctions. I will not explain here how as that can be researched separately but be sure to know the technique when to enter to win with best odds of success. You want to only enter double MRP auctions. Do not bid on anything but this as you earn 10 MRP per bid which is key to this plan.

Find and enter 300 TCredit auctions with DP only and start bidding. These auctions are easy to win if you enter at the right times and follow the guidelines to winning auctions. When you win, this is the only cost you incur if you win this auction but the cost will be minimal if done correctly. Meaning less than $5 and as low as $.10. Daily, the 300 TCredit auctions with DP are won at low cost.

Forget the cost at this time. Enter and bid till you either spend all Tcredits or win.

If you spend all and don't win you have 403 -125 action VP left to earn or 278 action VP left and 500 sales VP or 778 VP left to earn. Now with the 125 TCredit bids you have earned double MRP of 1250.

1250 MRP can be exchanged for VP by purchasing more Tcredits using the MRP earned as payment. Conversion is 1250/126=9.92. You want 1260 MRP. That means you need one TCredit more. If you don't have one or given one you can win it easily through the month in many of ways I won't get into. Bid the extra TCredit so you have have 1260/126 so you can purchase 10 Tcredits.

Now you have 777 VP left to earn. Go buy 5 quantity of the 1 TCredit using your 1260 VP to pay. You will receive 102 sales VP for every TCredit for 510 VP. This is the the extra 500 sales VP allowed to apply to bronze team leader for the 2000 Max. Subtract that from 777 and you need only 277 action VP. This should have not cost you anything further. In order to earn this 277 if you do not win any auction or any daily grand, asksc questions, etc you can do so buy doing the following:

??Purchase one set of 30 gift cards.

This allows you to give them out by month end and you earn 10 action VP per card. Give out 27 and you now have hit 3000 VP plus. The other option is to use the 125 Tcredits and soley focus on winning a double MRP gift card auction. Then you only pay for the auction price instead of regular and get the action VP and the MRP still . Your cost is less than $10.

This is what should occur if you do all the research on winning the 300 TCredit action though. By winning a 300 TCredit auction which is easy if done correctly. You have 300 additional credits to bid and all 300 are are added to your action total. Assuming you bid all 425 you have :

??1500 sales
??425 + 597 action or 1022 action for 2522 total.

All that is left is 478 sales VP. This is a cinch by converting your 4250 MRP to VP or 4250/126 giving you 33 Tcredits. You only need to purchase 5 to give you 510 sales VP. The rest save for next month.

As you can see, the only cost would be the auction win which can be very little if bid at the proper time using proper tips to win.

Most likely, throughout the course of month, you will or can earn action VP through asksc questions or incentives or daily grand or even w3. This plan assumes you don't get anything from that and use only the so TCredit. You can only drive you cost down by doing all added tasks to get the highest chance of winning action VP.

Option a or b still only adds little cost if any to attain team leader.

This is a great question and one I wish SFI had an internal solution for within the the SFI site.

However, for now, you can use many great utilities to host webinars that support:

screen-share,
whiteboard
Vo-ip
Video
Granular control of attendees

There are two utilities that are easy to use and easy for attendees to attend that work well for training small to medium size groups. You can setup as the on fly webinars or scheduled and can add ad hoc attendees during a webinar. Both utilities support iPad and iPhone devices as well. Both services have a nominal fee per month that is actually quite reasonable. Personally, I have used and still do both of these services. I actually host webinars from my iPad with full video and sound.

The two services are:

Webex
Zoom

Both support droid and iOS as well as standard desktop. You can access the applications at zoom.com and webex.com

Citrix also had a great webinar utility. There are many hosted solutions out there where you use virtual meeting rooms as well. You can perform a search to find them. Personally, I prefer the two I recommended above.

Now that you have the utility, you need to know how you may apply it to SFI.

The easiest way is to promote webinars along with your other marketing efforts. A good way to get offsite sign ups is to advertise your training on your website by offering free work at home seminars and then conclude it with the SFI information to your gateway or links to direct sign up.

You can and should leverage internal PSA s to train your downline via team email, newsletter etc. People can easily learn more about SFI via a live webinar then reading about it. It is great way to promote team meetings and generate motivation within the team with powerful webinar topics hosted weekly touching on areas where PSA s have the most questions.

What to sell on TripleClicks shouldn't be gauged by whether the item is:

"Cheap" Implies poor quality to some
"Expensive" implies its more than it should be to some

What you sell on TripleClicks should provide a perceived value or benefit to customers that spurs demand. The old economics of supply and demand. Sell what people want and the cost or value should become second. If you store has items, whether premium price or affordable or economically viable, that people find value in they will purchase regardless and likely return no matter what the price is.

Cost is one factor in selling. Service and quality are to me more important and of course need or demand. So, when you decide what to list or sell, factor in cost, value, demand, and quality and do some research on what sells and cost will no longer be the you main factor in your decision.

Do you NEED to have a website or blog. No you do not need to have one. However, it can only better your cause and not hurt you to get one at some time In the near future.

If you are new to SFI or Internet marketing, I would say forgo the website or blog for now and leverage your gateways instead. I would still,
however, recommend you leverage a domain name and use domain forwarding to direct people to your gateway pages and not use your affiliate links.

Although, you don't leverage a website or blog from day one by doing the domain and forward, you are at least acquiring a domain name that meets your cause in a future blog or website, meaning you can start building a brand and connect it to your gateways directly for the time being. This way you are not overwhelmed by the whole blog and website dilemma but you are still operating like you do have one with a
Domain names which suits it.

At the some point, you will for sure want a blog, or website, but blog is far more newbie centric then a website and easier to support and easier to build. The reason for this is that it is far more valuable to send quality to your gateways. Then just quantity.

By hosting a content enriched blog related to a niche or topic that supports SFI vision directory or indirectly, you can build a fan base from your content and blog and grow you traffic. Then have SFI advertising links with your key code embedded in Banners all around. This will generate traffic to your gateways pages indirectly.

This is what you want because the buyer has the control and is wanting to click to your SFi site based of the interests or whatever reason and likely will buy which is what we call now targeted traffic and with that comes higher conversions. This is far superior then trying to send traffic to gateways without building rapport them first.

In the begin while you get your feet wet, just get the domain you want to use in your future Blog and then set it to forward your gateway page or better use SFI gateway manager.

Then, once you feel you are ready and armed to support your own site, then just convert your brand domain to your site directly and remove the forward and continue to now increasingly meet the benefits of targeted already hungry buyer traffic.

This over time will become your lead source which is vital to your SFI success.

The most overrated activity are the S-builder Co-ops.

They are great for points but not good for immediate action of generating affiliates. It takes some time to get results from these co-ops. When starting out, time is against you if you want a fast start. In the long run the co-ops are a good activity but I think extremely overrated in the short run.

I think the most underrated activity is looking for similar results that the co-op is supposed to provide and that is looking for deals by ECAs who can provide affiliates for a price literally over night and range anywhere from 10 to 100s and the pricing is fantastic, When you go into TripleClicks and deals you will see these great opportunities to obtain quality affiliates for a decent price and obtain the result in 24 hours and not 5 weeks.

I highly recommend everyone looking for new affiliates take a look at these ECAs as they are very high rated and delivery quality affiliate leads. Option 1: setup your coop and you add them to it at your cost at first as a gesture of appreciation and give each a few shares. This is a good motivational method.

Option 2: can be in place or appending to option 1 or even in parallel. This option is before purchasing a coop share or putting any investment to it,ping you down line and request if the they want to be a part of it let you know and give them the cost per share. Tell them to send you the money to Paypal and you will add that to the pool and then they no have a investment in it to participate.

You might find you receive a lot of takers. If this is the case, you can lower the pool cost with the higher coop purchases.

This is a really good question. It really depends on:

1. Who your audience is.
2. What your are communicating.
3. Why you are communicating it.
4. Median you are using to communicate with.

IE.

A. If your audience is your entire genealogy and you are communicating your newsletter to provide value using the genealogy mailer, then weekly or monthly is more than appropriate. Weekly vs monthly depends on the level of value of the content provided. You set the tone for that in the beginning.

B. If you are communicating to your all CSAs as a whole using the CSA mailer, then monthly or weekly is sufficient and anything more is too much as you are not their sponsor and do not want to flood them with too much information. Furthermore, be sure what you are communicating is valuable for them and useful. This will lead you to whether monthly is better duration between mailers.

C. If you are communicating to your all PSAs as a whole using the PSA mailer, then weekly is appropriate and you should be communicating consistently and providing them with useful duplicatable content. Anything more than weekly when sending as a group is too much information and you may overload them and turn them off.

D. If you are communicating via team mail to your generation 1 down line as a group or an individual with your downline on generation 1, daily communication is advantageous and recommended. Your relationship with your generation 1 front line should be at a level where daily communication is expected. If you are not their yet, start with weekly and work your way to daily.

E. If you are communicating with your top affiliates, then multiple communications daily are not unheard of. It is never too much as long as they are prompting the communication and the questions are warranted to help achieve a common goal beneficial to you and them.

F. Lastly, if you are using stream posts, you can use your best judgment, but typically one post every other day of something valuable is appropriate and you should be dong this anyway. Communication in SFI should be seen as expected from your downline and not excessive. In my mind, if they want to or expect to see your communications, you have got their attention, if they see you as an annoyance, you need to change your approach.

If you have affiliates where you have offered support and encouragement regularly and they don't do anything, then you have done all you can do for them. Do not waste your time on those types of affiliates. Period.

Your time is valuable and can be better spent on recruiting for new affiliates that truly value the offer of great support from willing sponsor's. Meaning you. There is never more satisfaction then knowing you dedicated support, your money, and your time is truly appreciated by affiliates who show their appreciation by actually doing what you recommend and do it the way you recommend consistently.

The latter is what you should be focusing on and your efforts should be dedicated like your life depends on it. If you focus on sidelines who never take action, you will not make it far in SFI or actually any business online or off.

Help those who want to be helped and do not waste time on people who are not willing to change their life for the better. You can't change ones life if they keep reliving so the same chapters over and over.

Keep bettering yourself by taking your own actions and seeking what will make you better and that is helping others who will help you in the end.

I would be very hard pressed to link Adwords directly to your gateway pages as that is likely against Google policy as unfortunate as it sounds.

I would recommend using a blog or third party site to send you google Adwords traffic too that drives value for people and on that site setup your SFI gateways. You,might want to use Adwords to promote a free product which is downloaded from you blog site and in that product brand in you SFI embedded links to your gateway pages.

This works quite well.
