This is very timely question. I am glad you asked.

The nice thing about the SFI system is you do not need to manage your whole downline and, if you are you are, you actually are not duplicating what the successful leaders are doing. For me, for example, there is no way I could manage 12000 people effectively. The nice thing about it is I don't have too nor would I want to.

Remember the basic SFI model.

*Become and remain an EA2 or Team Leader.
*Find 3-5 PSAs and train them to become EA2s and / or team leaders
*Then train them to do the same

It is really that simple. I don't mean simple by duration, I mean simple by process. The time it takes to build up that team is really up to you. By team, I mean your front line 3 or 5 PSA. It is this front line 3 or 5 PSA that you should devote your full attention to at first. This is your magic line so to speak. What I mean is this is where all the magic begins.

The beauty of the system and why you don't need to manage your entire line is you don't need to as you will leverage your line to that for you and your front line's front line and their front line front line front line etc

This is where we get the term leveraged income. Right now you are being leveraged by your sponsor and more so by your UPLINE sponsor 's sponsor and so on. The beauty of leveraged income is bigger and wider and deeper your down line goes, the less you upstream need to work as you now leverage the work of others in your downline like you are today by your upline and you not only earn leverage income but residual income. Income that comes month after month forever.

Now that you know why you don't need to manage your entire downline and just focus on your first generation line, we can focus on the importance of what personalized attention you do néed to give and to whom. Your goal remember is to build a solid team of 5 PSA. This takes time and is sped up or slowed down by you and your time and captial invested. I will assume that you know how to find PSA and focus on what you should do with the ones you do find.

Quite simple put, treat your front line 5 like you need them to live. Without them you will die. They are your air so to speak. Devote your time and attention on finding 5 solid PSAs and then train them well to each build their team of 5.

By doing this, you can better manage and focus on small group and manage it effectively too and for the long term. If you try to support everyone and everything, you will become overwhelmed and most likely burn out or quit when you find out that your work is going for not because you are stretch way too thin. Sound familiar?

Getting those solid front five will take time. Some can do that in months some years but in the end it's the quality of those front five that will drive the effectiveness of your entire line. Therefore, I highly recommend that you put in considerable effort up front to build a high quality, highly effective front line and then incentive-vise and motivate them until they become self guiding and repeat or duplicate what you are doing.

This is where duplication is key, if you want your front line to be highly effecive like you, you better be sure that you are the leader you want them to be and doing what you are asking of them and show proof.

*Earn every badge you can.
*Become a force In the forum
*Bring in constant leads
*Offer reassignments and coops to your line
*Aim high and think big
*Be number one in everything where you can

This will make your job of building much easier as people begin to come to you like clockwork rather than you having to find them. It's all about strategy and efficiency and then taking that efficient, strategic plan to action effectively.

This is how you mange a large down line effectively and efficiently and will pay off down the line, no pun intended in major ways. Success takes hard work but it also rewards you in major ways. SFI is simple by process. Where it gets hard is staying motivated, persistent, consistent and effective when you go through times where you feel you are not getting very far.

If you keep things small and simple that will take you farther and greater then trying to do it all yourself. Leverage others and duplicate what works and you will hit your mark but try to get to creative and complex and deviate to far and you may get nowhere.

This is a good question.

There is no one correct answer. The amount one puts in to their business the quicker one might get out. Although in SFI you can start for FREE and make money, albeit it will take a much longer duration usually, if you plan on getting a ROI that is more in the short term, it is not FREE. You have to treat SFI like any other business. You need to invest something and reinvest earnings over time to grow a good sound business.

One can earn a good income in SFI in a very short time frame if you are willing to put in both the time and some initial investment. The investments that will help you build you business are listed below and depending on how much you invest into each, the more you get out. Some are fixed in nature and just repeat monthly and some are sky is the limit.

These are the investments that personally I have been using to build my business in a short period of time:

Standing order - this is a must to help give you time to focus on building you business not worrying about get VP points every month to build rank. This usually costs around $29-$34 USD to get the products with the 1500 VP. This is what you want because 1500-2000 sales points can be allocated to building your ranks to BTL to PTL. Two TripleClicks products will take care of this every month for you:

125 VP Purchase - standing order only
IAHBE - monthly membership

You just need one or the other but both are good to have.

Transfer purchases in TripleClicks - this is transferring your purchases from where you would normally purchase items to purchase them through TripleClicks to get discounts and commission both on your own purchase and affiliate referrals. All of the above are not required but if you really want to fast track your business and affiliate success once you understand the SFI model, first and foremost, you should invest in most our all at your pace to truly have all the resources working in your favor.

Interesting question!

You want to respond favorably and with ultimate conviction that you love the system. When someone has truly bought into the SFI system and is 100% all in to its success, that in itself will help frame your response in such a manner that you really cant go wrong with what you say.

However, if you yourself are teetering or unsure about SFI and try to answer someone whom is asking about SFI for the same reasons perhaps, you will likely justify inadvertently their fears about SFI.

Before responding, think about your perception and feelings and adjust according, then respond to the inquiry. This is no different then selling, treat it like a sale.

Now the response should be short, sweet, and drive a home benefits that will close the deal.

I.E.

SFI offers a powerful, world wide successful Internet marketing system where one does not have to spend money, if they do not want to or not able to, in order to benefit greatly over time and still build a residual income will stay with them for the rest of your life.

Target advertising is all about knowing your audience, WELL, in which you intend to target. If you put 5 of the top marketers in the same room and you could have one thing that they could not that if you had it you would win over them every time, what would that one thing be?

Simple, a crowd of hungry buyers.

If you find that crowd of hungry buyers that coincides with the benefits of the SFI opportunity in which you are advertising, your conversions will shoot through the roof.

The question then remains how to find them and which method to use to promote your offering. There are really only a few ways to do this successfully. One, pay someone who is a professional and does this for a living like a ad agency but will cost you a pretty penny or do it yourself or even forgo it and use a SFI co-op.

In order to target a niche system to the right groups requires, research, research research. The one more you research and analyze who exactly your audience is, what makes them tick, the way they live, the demographics the better you can align the benefits of SFI to those groups of individuals where the demographics would be those hungry buyers.

These groups could be magazine subscribers for specific areas, online and offline groups where you can obtain leads, Facebook groups, Internet forums etc.

Once you know who they are and where you can find them, then you can determine whether a classified ad or craigslist ad or Google Ad words or Facebook PPC etc or a combo of several methods would be the best approach to advertise the opportunity to them.

You will have FAR FAR higher conversions when you target to the right 1000 people then you will if you blast your ad to millions. Yes, a targeted well researched 1000 users pool will convert higher than blasting out an add to millions in hopes to converting on percentages. It happens all the time on the Internet. More does not mean better conversions.

Follow the SFI rules of success and STICK TO SFI basics and you are rewarded VP that make up both increasing rank and income over a period of time. Only you determine the length of duration in which you build both rank and income or total VP.

Further defined,

--> VP is broken down into sales VP when performing to tasks that earn commissions or income specifically.
--> VP is also broken down in action VP when actions are tied to tasks that build up your PSA downline or team. Specifically your PSAs and generation 1.

Together when you increase both your Sales and Action VP, weighted towards a max fixed sales VP and combined with increasing number of actions VP determine your overall Rank which determine your total worth or income.

For this reason is why everything in SFI is tied to VersaPoints. Your focus should not be only on increasing VP, per say, even though the more VP you earn the more income you earn. The reason being is main objective of VP is to determine your rank. Rank is determined by the SFI Basics of

Great question. There is a real simple answer too.

First things first. We need to get some assumptions out of the way as the question does not clearly do that for us.

In answering this question:

***First I will assume that you are financially capable of providing this support.
***Second, the person whom is financially challenged but a hard working PSA/CSA that you so wish to support is working smart too and not just hard working.

The first assumption is straight forward, if you are capable financially and willing, you have four fantastic resources to use:

1. TripleClicks gift certificates in denominations from up to 100 or higher
2. TripleClicks TCredits which can be transferred up to 100 total before having to request a limit increase
3. Free Affiliate coop shares that you can offer them
4 Affiliate Reassignments from you to them

All four of the above are viable options that all can support well a PSA/CSA whom is financially challenged. This leads to my second assumption and that is this PSA-CSA is not just hard working but working smart too. Meaning they are exhausting every single little avenue to get VP and they are truly now without any further means to get to say EA2 or BTL again without assistance because they are not yet sustainable on their own quite yet.

If these two assumptions, you being financially capable and the PSA/CSA exhausting all avenues and is strapped for money, then the four options above are the best resources at your disposal and you should be using them if it makes sense as it will pay off on the long run.

Before answering this question, we need to further define or quantify "earning quickly".

That may be perceived very differently from individual to individual. Therefore, I will assume for this question that you want to know the strategy that will earn you money tomorrow or specifically by the next possible payout.

SFI is not a get rich scheme overall. You will hear this all the time. However, if you have the knowledge and skills of Internet marketing , advertising, and e-commerce, to the contrary of what you hear, you CAN earn very quickly in the following strategy. I will for the sake of time focus on what I feel is the quickest, most effective strategy based off my quantification of quickly above and the assumption of knowledge and skill coming in.

The strategy is TripleClicks Sales of other member or retailers products or more specifically TC Direct products or auction credits.

This is where your expertise in PAID niche marketing and advertising come into play. Let's use PriceBender auctions and TCredits as the sole product. If you know how to tap into the market of auction goers or people addicted to penny auctions and further you can produce affected PAID advertising copyright to convert them to purchasing TCredit packs, you have effectively built yourself a loaded oil well of income.

This can conceivable occur in less then 30 days and in large amounts depending on your knowledge and skill. For every personally referred member that you convert from sales of TCredit packs you earn for life of that customer direct commissions of 45%.. Penny auction customers are REPEAT customers. Many are very addictive to auctions and buy extensive amounts of auction credits.

Great question!

One of the most important tasks of being an effective leader is building trust amongst you team.

A lack of trust will allow fear to become a primary motivationing factor. Your team will fear your opinions. Many will fear your decisions and recommendations. Worst of all, they will fear failure and they will likely fear you.

Fear will ultimately cripple your team.

Trust is trait that must be earned. It is something we are all told to give away cautiously and to remove expeditiously, if needed.

As a team leader, though, you can instill and respect trust with your team by doing the following:

1. Expose yourself. Open up your inner self to others. Not haphazardly, but rather in a such a manner that demonstrates honesty and humility. Your team needs to know that you are just like them. Work with your workers. Always admit your own failures. If you put up a wall around yourself, your team will too.

2. Take the hit. When something bad occurs, we are all fast to point the finger. As team leader you need to accept the responsibility for both the good and the bad, sometimes even if it's not your fault. The team will see you are willing to take one for "the team".

3. Praise your team members. As much as you can, when appropriate, make sure you praise your team members openly and in the forums. Be sure to commend their efforts and results. Never try to take sole credit for something good that the team did.

4. Remove the micro manager. Allow for freedom to explore new ideas and to be creative. If people feel that you are micro-managing them, they will stop trusting you. Leave space for failure and the opportunity to learn from failure. That leads to success.

5. Accept productive confrontation. Arguing is never good, but neither is falsely agreeing.. When there is a clash of opinion, promote collaboration. Look for solutions with the notion to solve problems.

6. Look for value in each individual person. Everyone has weaknesses, but all also have strengths. Everyone brings something different to the table. Find what is unique in each of your PSAs or CSAs and use that core strength for the good of the team.

When you build and earn trust with your team:

-->Team Leaders will be respected.

There are two perspectives here. I will go over both.

Perspective I:

There is no reason to have to convince your downline to have a standing order. If you have to convince one to having a standing order then they are either:

*not ready to make the commitment
*financially challenged
*do not understand its significance

A standing order is not a necessity and if you have to go out of your way and convince them to the point you feel are pressuring them, then that conversation should of never taken place.

Perspective II:

Here is a differing perspective though. It's all in the approach. For my downline, I take the stance that if you have a standing order that generates 1500 Sales VP and you do it at the 1st of the month and you can afford it , then by getting that standing order you just took all the time and energy that you would of wasted trying to get to EA status for as many days as it would of taken you to get it without one and given up back to yourself. That is significant.

If you get EA status done on day 1, that leaves you the rest of the whole entire month to now focus your efforts on building your business. Helping your downline grow, get new affiliates, learning, teaching, duplicating, Etc,

My point being you have removed the stress one has to deal with sweating it out the entire month trying to get EA when if they just got Ea from a SO on day one, all the wasted energy can be spent more productively on efforts that are fun and less stressful and really lay into the framework which will truly grow you business in a very positive and successful manner.

So now you taken what you thought was a pressuring approach to get a standing order and spun it in such a manner that it takes pressure away by getting the standing order and not pressing pressure upon someone else.

They say content is king. It all comes down to delivery of what you are trying accomplish with your affiliate so they can be enlightened rather than feel pressured or coerced.
