The best form of support one can provide is actually not financial support. Financial support can actually work against you unless it's used in a manner where you are sure that your affiliate has gone all out and is truly in need of this type of support. If you buy their way to EA, they will not take it seriously unless they have truly gone all out. They will become a crutch that will inevitably break.

Financial support is always one of incentive or reward. However, you will be quite surprised how powerful motivation and inspirational support is to your downline, as well, and the key points here are:

*Be consistent in your approach:

Whether it is daily team emails with quotes of motivation or weekly inspiring communications of stories of other members on the team whom are successful and started in the same boat, consistently send them, communicate words of encouragement, state with authority that quitting not an option. These are powerful methods and people whom are serious will take you seriously.

*Persistent in your delivery - passion is a powerful trait. Persistence in motivational boosts to your downline is key to your success. You can't be half in and half out. You have to lead by example and authority. If you waver and they don't hear from you for weeks then you reappear, it's will not be is as affective as they will be less apt to believe you are sincere.

*Focused on key affiliates and areas to provide support. Your downline members are all unique. Communication is essential to supporting them. If you listen to them and and ask questions that bring out pain points and why they are here, many will be inspired by success of others and your efforts of success and if they see you are moving along and growing, they will duplicate your efforts and that does not have come across as financial support. Show them how to be a success on a shoe string budget. SFI members do this today and have been for years.

Financial support will become an option at some point for you if you are successful yourself. And if you can be successful starting with no money to the point where you can provide financial downline support, you have just created an inspiring story of your own that you can and should leverage to your team to show how they can do it if you can.

The simple answer should not surprise you.

The true serious affiliate does not need much convincing. If you have to tell someone something to convince them to ensure they are serious since they were not or did not seem like it to start, then guess what, they are not serious most likely.

The true serious affiiate is the one that you will likely do the least to find and actually inherit by osmosis it will seem and just works without you doing much of anything. Again, we are just talking about the true serious affiliate.

Unfortunately, we will have to go thorugh mainy not so serious affiliates and expend time and effort to find the serious ones.

This will sound crazy but my experience has been that my top long term true serious affiliates still with me today and have been for a while we're obtained by them coming to me not me seeking them. I have not had to prospect anyone at all and that is were strategy comes in. Why prospect when you can attract. Why expend energy and effort when they will come to you effortlessly.

This is likely the question that will better serve you as nobody likes to have to go prospect anyone if they can avoid it.

With that being said, everyone of my top affiliates came to me through my blog indirectly by clicking on a SFI banner. This is the secret. You want serious affiliates then provide quality content and they will eventually come to you and you will have only provided what you like do and what they are seeking. We call this highly converting leads or traffic.

It is the most effective form of lead building there is and also the least amount of effort if done effectively. I say blog as it worked for me as I blogged about startup home based business systems that earn you multiple incomes. The search engines picked that up and guess what your serious affliate is out there searching ends up on your blog by there own account and likes what they read and the sees a banner and they click the banner to end up at your gateway by their choice.

This is the key. Traffic server did not drop them there in hopes of a click they wanted to go there on their own accord. This is how you build an effective serious affilate pool and there is no prospecting other than providing quality content consistently.

Why be complex when you can be more effective doing less and simple.

This is a explosive question in my family.......

Depending on the cultural background of the person answering, as this is a global membership and many cultures are involved,
you will get many differing perspectives and opinions.

This is all good but it really comes down to each and every family and the uniqueness of each.
The right answer depends on your family culture and uniqueness.

With that said, I will give you my answer based off my family and my culture and my experience.
It goes like this. In the United States, many don't understand the idea of network marketing
Unlike other countries and depending on where in the United States one is from can further add to the
complexity of committing such an act.

To cut to the chase. If I were basing this question solely on my family, the answer would be:

No way would I begin to broach such a topic as I would be shunned for such an act. Don't get me wrong.
I love my family and we are close but network marketing has never gone well amongst my family,
I have seen it goes as bad as pissing everyone off to the point no one will talk to you and your friends
and family will abandon you if you pressure them to get in. I have been through this many times
over many ventures and learned a long time ago, that sometimes family is better left alone if unless
you want friction and tension and nobody talking to you, I wish I could be more positive but that is
my answer if it were me and my family.

With that said, if you are at a point where success has so blatantly taken you over and you are
just loaded with with money and fame and fortune from your efforts then sure why not get the
family involved because now you don't have to approach them. Actually, it will be quite the opposite,
you will be running for the hills as now everyone wants in as you are now popular amongst
friends and family. Why. You got money.

I hope I put this in a way that makes sense and I am not trying to be funny or sarcastic in any
way but rather honest and up front and say it is truly a family to family type question and no real
one correct global answer that will apply to all.

SFI leaders know goals are a necessity to achieve success and they know to achieve those goals to follow the rules success will get them to be successful. Good SFI leaders duplicate what works step by step. Any great leader know you have to act and success does not just occur. It is what we do today that shapes our future.

SFI leaders know they can not be successful on their own. They know to build a strong team and strong means get them engaged and train them to be or do what works to be a success in SFI. Leaders are not independent but interdependent as that is what makes SFI successful. You can't win alone. Obtain new ideas and opinions from their downline. Urge them to participate in all areas of SFI. Great leaders get their PSAs involved and show them how to be successful in all aspects of SFI.

SFI always look to improve areas that need modification and will benefit SFI as a whole. Whether it be suggestion to support or posts in the forum. They are always looking to provide ways to improve. They duplicate and refine duplication making what works work even better.

SFi leaders know to build strong relationships with their gen 1 PSAs or with their top producers and build trust and understanding. When you like the person you are working with, you feel freer to share ideas, discuss failure and find solutions. If your relationships are growing, so will your results. Its easy to value results, we all want to succeed. SFI leaders build relationships by communicating as much a possible with PSAs from the start whom are willing to learn and this is vital to all success.

We all know true leadership is founded on trust from their PSAs. If they don’t trust the the leader leading, they will not follow them no matter how great their plan is. To build trust, SFI leaders must maintain and exhibit values others can relate to and embody. Trust, values and strong relationships are traits of all great SFI leaders.

SFI Leaders do what they say and work with their team as that is necessary. We can't be successful without the affiliates who are below us. SFI leaders motivate, provide incentives and the and call out and recognize publicly affiliates who meet the criteria for the incentives and we reward our downline. This is vital.

By doing the above you make people want to come to you. You build attraction by helping others be successful as it's being sincere. Leadership is 10 % skills and 90% character. How you go about your skills is what makes you a great leaders and not just the skills alone.

The one thing that has made the difference for me succeeding with SFI.

Honestly, I can't say it was just one thing. It's has been/ is a compilation of many areas. If I had to pick one thing, though, it would be the " SFI system".

What do I mean by "SFI system"? The structure of SFI that it promotes to its affiliates to sell to others or the marketing of the system that sells.

The manner in which SFI markets and promotes to affiliates for training and growth so people learn to duplicate to others to build a business that will make residual income along with sales income is laid out in a manner that anyone can follow and make money if that put even the slightest effort. This would be what made the difference. It's well orchestrated and anyone can do it anywhere.

I.E.

One is sponsored into SFI and right from the start, the structure of training and how the entire learning curve is presented is remarkable not only because it's free, but, it's as close to a perfect world situation in a network marketing online business as one could possibly get. There is nothing, I mean nothing, on the Internet that even remotely compares to what SFI and TripleClicks offers its affiliates, it's members.

This is a fabulous opportunity for anyone is looking for a change and chance to earn income online and it can be done by anyone world wide.

You want your affiliates to be active in TripleClicks. Then, give them a reason to be there.
Offer them a incentive to try out what TripleClicks offers.

First of all. Whether you are a PSA or ECA, the goal is not to generate the quickest income.

The goal is to generate revenue of time that becomes profitable and residual. If one makes quick income by rushing into business may work but that usually later backfires as it's misses the boat.

Let's look at how each earn Income.

ECAs earn off a selling there products or services. But it's how the do it and service behind it. You can earn quick income as am ECA but will it sustain without a business plan and goals. You need setup and ECA with a plan in mind. Overtime, this will become lucrative if it's well planned out.

PSAs earn their income off commissions and their shares in the executive pool. This too again is not quick income. It requires, patience, persistence, focus, motivation, and discipline to build a business like this. And it takes TIME. However, that time is well worth the outcome down the line when you start building residual income off what is below you and there teams.

The question you should ask yourself is not which makes the money the fastest, but how you leverage both to make money and what are the strategies to implement them both to leverage each other to build a great business one two punch.

The easy answer to this is......

and those that stick with it for at least 6-8 months will see it for themselves that if they want to survive and be successful and
not take a zillion years, that they should reinvest profits into growth of their business.

This is common sense in any business. In order to grow your business, you should reinvest a percentage of its revenue back
into your business or you are doomed to fail.

For the diamonds you sponsor, you won't have to convince them as they are well aware of it.

For the affiliates that are sort of going along but barely making it, they know they need to invest to grow
but likely do not want to or don't really care enough so trying to convince them will only be a waste of efforts and not worth your time.

Stick to your PSA show promise and don't need convincing and find more of those as they are out there.

This question is not one that has one specific answer. Why?

Power tools are named Power tools for a reason. You should be using them all as core to your business success. They all work as designed and serve a specific purpose and they all provide tremendous value and power. Thus, "Power" tool. Each tool should be utilized in your core business to build your power ranks.

1. S builder. - very useful to get into the S-Builder co-ops
2. Key codes - a must for tracking your ads as it provides unique codes to add to your gateway links
3. Hit tracking - a must for see how well your ads did that would not be possible without using key codes.
4. Co-op manager- needed to organize your co-ops and manage them
5. PSA mailer - very useful and should be used weekly to communicate with you team
6. CSA Mailer - same as PSA mailer but for CSA and just as useful
7. Reassignment manager - one of many genealogy tabs that is required to re-assign affiliates and very need strategic purpose
8. Affiliate Manager - genealogy tab that focus on managing your downline and a must use and needed tool
9. Genealogy - very needed useful and powerful tool that should be used and is the page for several of the tabs mentioned. Parent tool of sorts.
10. Gift certificate manager - another genealogy tab and widely used for gifting both new and awarded for good work affiliates.

As you can see, all of these are very necessary tools that interact with one another and all are effective if used in that manner and all should be used to build your power rank in SFI. I can truly say that every one of the ten tools listed are my favorite because they all work best for each purpose they were meant to be used for.
