Here is another question where one is allowing need and greed to be the main factor in the decision making process.

My friend, determination is one thing, and just working the business to make money and more of it is another. You will soon run out of gas, and you will join the crowd of naysayers and become inactive. Will you blame yourself, SFI, or the people you enrolled on your team.

Just by the question you asked you are seriously considering getting rich, but I do caution you. Our expectations must remain within the context of reality. Think about it this way. If you were at a party enjoying yourself, would you be there worried about those who could not enjoy themselves as well as you?

Working this business is much the same. You must go places where there are more people who need to earn more income, not those who already have it made. They will ignore you. You can't solve their problem.

On the other hand, if you are thinking only of selling product, you will need to invest cash yourself to really become successful.

If you do not have it to invest slow down!

Ask yourself; "How can I invest my own earnings and income to attract enough people to this business and remain profitable?"

Not making enough with SFI? Go out and find some part time work, odd jobs, volunteer where there are people who are willing to support what you do.

To only seek out the rich is like beating a dead horse. Indication of someone who has lost patience, and is facing frustration is present here.

Go back to the "Basics", read and listen to the "Rules of Success", watch more training videos, or just let the training videos play in the background while you are online you will be amazed at how much you have been missing.

Beware, do not chase this dream. You soon will bottom out, and discouragement will set in. You will become another inactive Affiliate.

I see nothing wrong with offering incentives from our TriplClicks store to motivate more Affiliates to build stronger teams if we can afford to do it.

There may be a drawback though. This will cause some to be inactive. We live in a society where many expect us to do extra things for them to get them moving, or even when it is in their best interest, some think they deserve more, or are entitled.

Those with lesser skills or confidence may not compete.

Getting in the practice of rewarding others should be well thought out, and inclusive. These offers should be made simple, but also have added value for those recipients. In this case it could become very expensive for some depending on what is offered as the reward.

In saying these things, it is suggested we stick to what is provided, and SFI does a very well performance when it comes to awards and reward incentives to motivate us. This is an all inclusive method giving each of us the same opportunity given individual qualifications and skills.

It would not be fair practice to make these offers to only one or two unless they fit the same categories in many situations. We see these at our Genealogy Center. We also have our Leadership blog where we can offer reward/incentives for particular recognition.

I would be very careful making any promise or offer outside of the parameters set here within the structure of SFI and TripleClicks stores.

There is no reason to step outside the box here.

I really like this one!

From my own experiences one is no more valuable than the other. You can lead a horse to water, but this does not mean the horse will like the way it tastes, or it may not be the temperature fitting for its stomach.

You see, whether you purchase, or advertise, it is still a PSA Affiliate when the person follows through and joins. There is no guarantee either will be productive, and in each case there may be something about the business requirements that certain people just are not comfortable doing.

With these things in mind, in each case there just may be one activity there is which will turn them away, or cause them to doubt.

I would say it would be much a slower process to advertise, but we have a better chance building up relationships while advertising, as in the case of purchasing PSA's we have to be right there on the spot as soon as that person joins to send an ecard, and or email. This will not guarantee the person will be serious.

In the case of advertising, we have the advantage of making our point clearly before a person joins, this is not a quick fix opportunity. Most do feel that all they need is a website, and they will make an income from any business online, and when they find out how much of the day will pass by them, they feel the business is causing them to loose out on other areas of interest.

There are many factors to consider as to why people decide SFI is not a business opportunity they desire. This can happen in both situations whether Purchased or advertised to gain.

Investment can be in time and also money.

In this respect it is best to invest more time in learning the SFI business concept first which is quite simple even though we are overwhelmed with so many options.

Our focus being "Team Building", it would be best approached by inserting our goals orientation toward these ends. If we do just this one thing we will qualify for EA each and every month, because this system is set up in a way for us to achieve.

We all collect the same points and credits, which is just like cash, and can be accumulated the same as cash. Most of these earnings invested back into the SFI business will in turn result in more points and credits.

What is noticed here is by investing in a Standing Order, or more will also aid in achieving EA qualification and EA2 as well. It is possible to stay afloat with just a couple of low cost purchases from TripleClicks.

Some of us have accumulated enough points to do this without out of pocket expenses, so in this case again It is better to invest more time in learning how to earn more, and build our teams than to fret over how to become EA qualifiers.

As my own initiative establishing a Wishlist is the best way to forecast our investments. Once we do this we can see well in advance what we can afford from month to month, giving us direction and set goal projections annually instead of just randomly selecting products we like.

This is especially important the first few years for investment purposes. What I mean by this is we have an issue to deal with here which we all have experienced, and yet experience today, and this in inactivity. Our goal to build stronger teams will demand investment in traffic to our Gateway URLs. We need visitors, and plenty of them!

How we find these options are up to us, but with the TripleClicks search method we can go there and seek out these ECA vendor merchant companies and persons who provide more traffic sources for us there. Here is another reason why investment in time and and action is more important, and will also guarantee EA and EA2 qualification each month.

This simple formula has kept me from having to explain this to my own team members: Action = Points, Points = Credits, Credits = Cash!

All is necessary now is to take action everyday with our focus on building stronger teams, and we all will qualify as EAs and EA2s each and every month annually.

Depending on the point value MRP Credits can be invested back into the SFI business through using these for purchases at our TripleClicks store. To get the best use go to the Tripleclicks store and click on products. The best value will be determined on how many points have been accumulated. I generally select TCredts from the product list on the left menu.

This accumulated value can be invested back by purchase of product or TCredits. from my own experiences these can also be used to make other product purchases, but by investing in more traffic or site visits would be suggested along with TCredits if focus is on team building.

My reason for selection of the two is for team building support.

These credits can also be used to gain more TC and MRP credits, and have also help gain enough points to hold my rank as a team leader in the past.

I have shared this process given me from my own Sponsor after finding out toward the end of the month my point value was to low to advance my rank as a team leader.

This is a great question.

From my own experience both are very much important. Preferring the SFI Group Mailers it has also been necessary to connect directly via an Affiliates email address because of technical issues.

If you have already set up Microsoft Word properly, this can also be resourceful. I have found this to become an issue from time to time and had to send email from my own email account.

If the provisions for SFI are functioning properly use them as a preference. If you are reaching out casually to an Affiliate other than SFI business, it is advised to go directly to their personal email address. Just do not use the privilege to promote other links to your Affiliates unless they are strictly SFI or TripleClicks related.

I find it more convenient to use my own personal email address for conversations that are casual and also if an Affiliate communication is private in some situations. Mostly use my personal email address when communicating with those outside my immediate team, but please do not ever promote anything other than SFI or TripleClicks when practicing this privilege. It is not worth having your account suspended.

Social media sites such as Linkedin offers various options, and each of these options require us to learn how to utilize these various tools to help promote the SFI business, and TripleClicks as well.

What we must do in most cases is to either upgrade, or pay if we want to gain the full advantage for marketing products and services online.

Most of of are aware of Twitter, Facebook, Google, and are using these advantages to market this business, but there are so many other forms of social media sites that cater to specific categories, such as sports, music, art, video arts, and digital radio.

This will help give us some idea here we have several options available online where we can interface each of the by the sharing of information on and from these platforms.

We can call this; "ricochet" marketing. It is just like it sounds. What I find very convenient is many of the main, or most popular social media sites are interlinked in such a way where we can share the same post simultaneously on several social media sites with one click actions.

As was mentioned above, other platforms will require payment, or upgrade.

I would suggest we upgrade as we can afford in the most popular of the social media platforms as this will certainly enhance the convenience of these options tremendously. It is not a requirement, and we can gain a few signups, but the most important factor in the use of social media sites to promote SFI and Tripleclicks is how we learn to relax, be patient, and take the time to build relationships however we decide to use them.

There is not enough space to list the various options, as so many differ from the other, but one fact will never change; if we do not take the time to build relationships,there is not much use to collect contact information, and take pop shots at our audience on an individual basis.

In other words do not just be a link thrower. This will turn off an individual when we practice this form of marketing online. Find out something about the person, share something about yourself, and interests, but we should never throw our links at our audience when meeting one on one in the initial stages of contact.

This will be most important information to remember when using social media sites to advertise this SFI business.

"Should I advise new PSAs to slow down and not qualify as Team Leaders so quickly?"

It is great to have an Affiliate who takes on the initiative without motivation. Even if that new person is not good at duplication, the system will hold them in perspective and keep them focused. My own Sponsor gave me just a few words that helped me more than anything I could have asked from her, the best part about it is I never had to ask.

What was shared was to focus. Focus on one thing only is what was suggested. This is building stronger teams. If we focus on building stronger teams our actions will represent this.

These are the most powerful of anything she shared with me, because my target was recognized and this positioned me with thought. I began to think about the complete picture, and asked myself; "How do I build stronger teams?"

Thinking more about the SFI/Tripleclicks concept. What is the position of SFI in regards to TripleClicks?

Since SFI is the marketing arm behind TriplecClicks, it only makes more sense to me to purchase from TripleClicks those products that will support stronger team building.

This changed my desire for products that I liked or wanted to products necessary to help me achieve this goal. After thinking this over, I began to use the TripleClicks search option and searched only for products that represented my goals for building stronger teams.

I spent several days just doing this until I had developed a wishlist filled with more products that created more traffic to my URLs. I then created a budget for making these purchases so that I now realize how much I need to invest back into the business, and how much I could really afford.

Once I began to follow this strategy I recognize points and credit accumulations well beyond my expectations, even though at the time I did not realize how to re-invest these points and credits back into the business being only 2 months into the business.

Going to my Sponsor and finding that I had enough points and credits to re-qualify banked up even though the alert stated I was in the red if I did not qualify within 2 days was another value added plus.

I then shared what she gave me with my own Team Members, and watched them climb on the "Movers" listing.

This taught me duplication, and investment at the same time.

By sharing the information given me I noticed the ripple effect invested in my own team.

So in saying all of this, no, I do not think it is wise to slow a self motivated person down who is leading and taking initiative on their own. This could possibly lead to discouragement and cause them to lose interest.

I think it is wiser to step back and watch. See what they are doing, and allow them to explore. Just be there for them when the have questions, monitor their Ledgers and offer suggestions when we see we can help.

There just may be something they do we need to duplicate ourselves.

"How do you manage your team with many cultures and timezones to navigate?"

This is not so serious. There are many ways to overcome these barriers. Google Translator is one of the most effective means to achieve desired communication with those team members assigned from abroad. We do have to understand some cultures will celebrate at times when other don't. Timezones are really not a problem either as we have access to help online.

I think the most important consideration is to recognized trade and currency rates when products must be shipped from countries abroad. In these instances we can connect with our ECA's and request this information from them. Example: "We are not responsible for customs delays and if you are ordering for WGF Enterprises, Inc. check the customs regulation for yourself. Inform us of any restrictions to your country."

Here I see would be the hugest barrier for managing teams with Affiliates from diverse regions. There would be many requests for help from their Sponsors in this case. Myself, I have had a member request my assistance for creating a standing order through PayPal. This person was not understanding how SFI or PayPal played a role in this purchase. I was asked to help the process, but first wanted more information from the team member.

In the end we must know more regarding trends, policy, and regulations when dealing with diverse nations. Culture too is also very important as certain holidays are not traditional worldwide. Terms may not be as well perceived or be acceptable in certain regions, and phrases may also be unacceptable and recognized as taboo.

These categories would be considered a larger influence toward barriers.
