Send Welcome card/mail as soon as they become an SFI member. Tell them that you are there to support them in the SFI business.

Send Motivation mails to keep them on track.

Make sure that your PSAs are not bored or irritated by the frequent mailers and e-cards you are sending.

Send "Tips" card to help them flourish in their business. That is why we have PSA/CSA/Team mailing systems in place. Make sure you communicate with them - sometimes, for your best members, send a personal note of appreciation.

Let your PSAs know that you care for them, by keeping tab on the works they are doing (through Geneology). Appreciate your PSAs for a nice thing they have done in a week. Give them 'Tips' on what they can do better.

Preach what you do. If you ask your PSAs to do what you are practicing, they will have confidence in you and follow your way...and you are almost there in the duplication process!

Follow up with your affiliates to know what they are doing to build their downline. If you have an S-Builder co-op set up for your team, ask them if they are interested to be part of it. Same for PSAs-to-Go!

Ask them to become active participants - to generate Personally Referred Members for TripleClicks, E-Commerce Associates, SFIPPA, W3 and Pricebender members.

All said and done, only a few of your PSAs would effectively grow their downline (and duplicate some of them). Don't get discouraged by that. Those few who are doing it effectively can make a few more effective duplicants, and that is how the business grows!

Duplication goes hand in hand with the level of relationship within your team. Have you build trust within your team? One of the most important parts of duplication is the strong and solid foundation within a team. If you as Team Leader has close relationship with your sponsor, co-sponsor or uplines, you’ll most likely to pass on what you have learned from them.

Unfortunately, it is a common occurrence in SFI that new affiliates upon joining will receive a welcome message from their sponsor/co-sponsor once or none at all and will never hear from them again. It doesn’t have to be this way.

What can you do as a Team Leader to bring into action the process of duplication?

- Lead by example. Are you logging in daily and performing your To-Do List? Your EA Streak and Daily VersaPoints Streak will be seen by your team and newly sponsored affiliates.

- Are you consistently communicating with your downlines, sending encouragement and support messages? Find out their feedback from your Scoreboard by reading the monthly Sponsor/Co-Sponsor Rating. What kind of signal are you sending to them? Be sensitive to their needs.

- Are you visible or very much active in SFI Forum and Ask SC? This will create your brand name and you’re also helping in making SFI a well rounded and highly recommended online home-based business opportunity through your contributions.

- Are you consistently updating your knowledge base, so that you can offer and share your know how to help them, especially in building their teams?

Well put what I would do to ensure and assure that duplication can possibly happens to my PSAs are as follow:

And remember The fact that you don't need to sponsor tons of affiliates to be successful. Rather, you simply need to sponsor a handful of good people who DUPLICATE what you do.

The best you can honestly do is to show those you sponsor that you are truly invested in seeing them succeed, as opposed to spending money to boost your commissions. While the latter is profitable in the short-term, walking them through every possible opportunity to succeed is going to get you someone who will stay with SFI for the months of commitment it takes to even *have* an EA2, which is what you really need to reap the big reward. That's where duplication really takes place, because you get your matching VP rewards and you have them learning what YOU learned, which is to recruit similar lasting members beneath them, and so on.

The problem with any system that relies *only* on recruiting downline affiliates is that you only make money as long as there's no attrition... and there is no way to prevent attrition, especially in an age where people give up so easily. Fortunately, we can sell our own products, we can participate in other efforts that can make us money, and we can just plain win any of the drawings. We don't need to rely on our PSAs or duplication, although we all desire that most of all.

However, our best way to fight attrition and thus assure duplication is to actually *be there* with your affiliates, and that requires building a connection and rapport. We are not a "numbers game." We are a network of people who work to assure each others' success. That seems to be what's encouraging my affiliates to stay involved, anyway.

The best way to assure you get your affiliates to follow the duplication trail is by encouraging them to do just that. You can do this by using your team mail to explain how you are getting on and the profits you have made with SFI.

Make sure you are doing the things that you want your affiliates to do. It is no good expecting them to do the things you don't do.

You can of course point out various ways that can be used that you don't use and possibly include the reasons for you not using these methods.

Everybody is different and so what works for you may not work for all your affiliates. When this happens you will need to be able to help your affiliate(s) to understand why it is not happening for them and then point out alternatives that may work better for them than they did for you.

Simple my friend! Just lead by example. If you have perfected how to duplicate and you are very familiar with and have experienced the awesome benefits of duplication, it is easy to convince your downline to do same. The surest way to get your affiliates to follow your duplication trail is by showing them how you are doing it then encourage them to do same. You can do this best by using your team mail messages to regularly explain to your team members how you are getting on and the awesome benefits you are getting in SFI all because of your duplication efforts.

Mention concrete examples and refer them to the blog in your leadership page where you regularly publish your achievements and milestones. As the saying goes, “seeing is believing.” If your affiliates are able to “see” what you are doing, it becomes very easy to convince them to do same. For that reason, when it comes to matters of duplication, you must at all times do all the things you want your affiliates to also do. If they manage to do as you expect them to, that gives you all the assurances you need that duplication will take place among those you sponsor.

All methods, systems, tips and tricks which work very well for you should be made easily available to your downline. Encourage feedback from your downline and lead with praises, corrections and tips to move them to do much better than they are doing. That to my mind is the best way you can be reassured that duplication happens in those you sponsor.

The best way to increase your results of creating duplication in your downline, would be first to learn SFI
inside and out. The more you know, than the better you will be able to provide your downline with what
they need so that they can duplicate what you are doing.

The people you sponsor will follow your lead as long as you can lead them with confidence, positivity,
and ease. Remember to keep it simple.

They will also duplicate what you do if you are actually working and succeeding in SFI. Learn before you teach.
Walk before you lead the way. You must be successful: even from little steps the are consistently progressive.

Another thing that is important is that you are visible many places. Use all SFI provides, because if you are
active you will become more knowledgeable. They should see you in places like the Forum and Ask SC.
Winning in different places will also show your presence and activity.

And of course: You must communicate to them regularly and effectively. They cannot duplicate you, if you do
not lead by your words and your work, AND your personal successes.

Lastly, your badges can tell them a story demonstrating your achievements an success. They will follow you
if you lead by good example.

Lead well and they will follow you!

1. This is a million dollar question. If only there was an easy way out. But this part is the most trying in terms of patience and the most rewarding once you cross the hurdle. And the beauty of it all is that you can “measure“ your progress with the passage of time and change your tactics as required to get the results.
2. You may have to build up a team of at least 500 PSA's before you get 10 contributing Affiliates. I am basing this figure on my own experience of a 98% attrition rate.
You can then get these 10 "drivers" to push for their own PSAs, and once they build up a team of 20 or more 2nd Generation(for you) working PSAs will you see some signs of duplication in the real sense.
3. How do you get 500 PSAs ??? Well, I have just got my first hundred from S-Build and that looks like the only way out. Getting persons to sign up from your home / social circle may not bring results on the scale you need.
4. Once you have your PSAs, encourage them to go for EA status, that way the VersaPoints they earn are not lost. Then they go for enroling more members. For that an S Build Coop may do the trick.
And most important to build up a good team of even a few affiliates, is to review the performance of your "movers" affiliates daily, identify the promising ones and individually give them tips DAILY till they cross the target you have set for them. I use their VP Ledger and Affiliate profile for this.
6. Weekly mail all your Affiliates a general letter with info you would like to share with them. With this, while you keep updating your regulars, frequent mails from you to the full team, may persuade at least a few dormant affiliates to wake up and get started.

Hi Khalil,

There is no way you can assure 100% participation in your affiliates.

There are ways that you can maximise your results though.

Become what you want them to become. If you remain an Affiliate then most likely that's all your team will aspire to. If you want Team Leaders then become one yourself.

Communicate with your team. Motivate them, learn about them (what their needs are), congratulate them when they earn even the smallest achievement, make them feel like they are the most important person in the world to you. (they may just be)

Teach them through positive methods to duplicate what you are doing.

If they can see that you really care about them and that you are actually achieving what you want them to achieve you will find you have a much higher success rate.

There are going be quite a lot of people who either do not understand the power, or believe in the merits of duplication. You can only explain the importance, the process and how they will benefit from duplication in SFI. It is then up to them to follow through and take action.
