For my movers I am always praising them about their signing in and, if they need my help with their downlines I am here for them.
However, I just did start doing this and it did work somewhat. I always look to see how well some of the others are doing on the genealogy report and if I notice their points are not moving upward, or they signed in but not much action then I will send them an email saying the following: Subject Line: RE: Question ---- Hi ______, Do you have any questions for me. Then I sign my name and see if I get a response. I just did this yesterday and I sent out six emails and I got five responses back. And, this is from those that I have ask many times to send back a message to me on other emails and not one did. However, this time it worked so I now will be doing this with most of the others to see if they will respond.
I also noticed that if you send to many questions in one email you might get one of your questions answered. So, I send just one question and when they answer then I respond to their answer and then in another font color I will ask another question.
You have heard the ole saying, right: If you don't succeed try, try, again.
