Let me say straightaway that SFI is not a business built with the limitations of language and environment as barriers. It appears the founders recognized these limitations right from the outset that is why they built a business where they will not be barriers. For that and many other reasons I will come to shortly, I can say with all amounts of confidence that it is better to go beyond your spoken language and environment boundaries to build your team. Here now are some more reasons why it is better.

1. SFI business is built mostly on the Internet which is not limited by spoken language or environment.

2. It operates 24/7 and never sleeps.

3. SFI business has inbuilt language translation tools.

4. The business of the future is on the Internet which is where SFI is.

5. Online communication is instant and not limited by language or environment.

6. The wider you cast your net, the better for your team building efforts and the Internet provides that wide world.

7. The Internet provides apps today which enable you to communicate with anyone live and real time irrespective of wherever they are in the world.

From the foregoing, I believe you will agree with me that it is not better to build a team within your own spoken language and environment. Rather, it is better and more beneficial to go beyond these boundaries when building your SFI team.

As a simple rule in all internet marketing including SFI is to build as BIG and as WIDE team as possible.

It is good to start with in your comfort zone but our ultimate goal is to push that boundaries as far as we can. Why? Because in reality internet marketing is a number game.

In SFI for example everybody can testify that only about 0.1% to 5% of our affiliates are active. Even if we only need 5 to 10 active affiliates to build and maintain a team that can give us a full time income BUT as to my personal experience, the number of raw affiliates we need is from 500 to 10,000 to be able to accomplish this.

This huge number of affiliates needed can be sustained by those people who speak the same language and environment as yours. You need to go beyond that boundaries.

You need this most if you are living in the third world countries like me, because there are very limited people in third world countries who can do online transactions, either because they don't have the capacity or there limitations imposed by online transaction facilities. We need people from more develop countries who have credit cards and paypal accounts.

My advice is, start and practice with in your own spoken language and environment but plan and aim to expand beyond these boundaries.

SFI is business. WE should approach it like any other business. We are in business.

In business, we cannot have any limitations or barriers. We always like to explore new and more opportunities to do business or to expand business.

Language and environment can not be barriers. We cannot afford to have any boundaries and we cannot afford to have any limiting factors.

SFI is a place where sky is the limit for one to grow. If one follows the SFI rules of success and work on a plan with patience and perseverance certainly the growth is assured. SFI is an international organization with proven track record. It provides ample opportunities to every affiliate. There is nothing that is not available here. If we learn and follow the basics, we can certainly have consistent growth.

Communication is not a problem in business. Free translation facilities are available. English is the common language. If the communication is in simple words any one can understand it easily. Such being the case, why should we limit our growth by just trying to build a team within our own spoken language and environment.

Conclusion:

Build a strong team of active affiliates. Don't limit yourself. Go beyond the boundaries of own spoken language and environment. SFI business presents vast opportunities. Explore them continuously. One thing to keep in mind when building a team that is centered only on your own spoken language and environment will limit the outreach that you have.

SFI is a global system in a large way – many affiliates will be placed within your team that comes from other countries. Like the CSAs (Co-Sponsored Affiliates) come from anywhere on the globe and you have no choice in the matter. And if you are using S-Builder you do not have a choice as to where the PSAs (Personally Sponsored Affiliates) are coming from.

In building a team of same spoken language and environment as your “warm market” is a great idea. With the warm market being people, friends and relatives residing near you. But your overall efforts should be a global team.

In this day and age I personally believe that keeping your “eggs” in one basket can easily lead to financial ruin due to the instability of econometric factors within the country you might be building your business in.

With a business structured like SFI and TripleClicks the wisest thing a successful affiliate could do would be to “go beyond the boundaries of your own country."

Dear Friend,

SFI is an International Organization and if you are leading a team in it, you should think always in a way which is beyond the boundaries and your thoughts and ideas should match and acceptable all the members in your team from all over the world.

My team consists of members from all the over the world irrespective of languages, regions and time zones barriers. But being a leader in SFI, I always guide my team with an international point of view which should give them the ultimate success in future. I can understand the advantages of convincing a specific regional lot of affiliates in my own spoken language but that won’t solve any problems at the later stages of your growth in an international organization like SFI. So, it is always be wise to give your ideas, methods and logics an international touch so that your team will follow or emulate the same methods and transpire to their own team members too.

Hence, never live in the limits of regional concepts and language barriers but think freely beyond the boundaries and feel like an international leader and then taste the success unlimited.

Create a Team with four core pillars, such as Confidence, Motivation, Determination and Desire to Success without being suffocated in the language barriers. After all, English is the universal language and you can convey your ideas in a systematic and progressive manner to your team members to create a great team under you and if they need be, it can be translated into their own local languages with the help of the translator provided by SFI without much hassles.

Go beyond your national boundaries or own spoken language by all means. I personally only speak English, but in the national or ethnic groups I have in my team, probably close to 70% do not have English as their native tongue. I will just keep sponsoring and take pot luck on what language they speak.

Eventually somebody within an ethnic group, will rise and become active despite the language handicap or because they may have a reasonable grasp of English as a second language. When that person arises, I start to pour into that person's line of sponsorship all the people from that ethnic group. It strengthens the active affiliate, and he can then work with his fellow ethnics. All of a sudden, a group that had been inactive starts to produce activity, because their leader works with them in their own language. It might just be this previously inactive group that produces the magic 5 you need to reach financial freedom.

Don't reassign all of your particular ethnics to one affiliate at once, in case their enthusiasm wanes, but say 5 a month for a few months until it is plain they are going to go the distance. That way if someone else in that group who comes forward can also be rewarded for activity.

When you limit yourself, you are limiting your success.
It is better to go beyond these boundaries. SFI is a global business. It is done on online. Whether you do it in your environment or global, you will do it online. Talking to people online is the same. Whether they are in a next house or overseas, it's the same.
Language is not a problem. We have many translating programs this days.
I'm talking from my experience. When I joined SFI, I recruited about 16 of my neighbors. They didn't last in the business. We were talking the same language. Some of them I was meeting face to face. I even went to their homes to help them The people from far away were far better than them.
My advice to you, go global. You don't know where your success is. SFI has no boundaries and has no roof. Don't limit yourself. Sky is the the limit.

Yes… Don’t you hate it when someone answers you that way?

You see both are best. It is awesome to be able to work with a team of your peers either locally or in your own country or language group. You can understand nuances of the language that those of other cultures may not. Thereby accomplishing great things as a group on a level other than just the basics.

But then there are those from other countries, languages or cultures that are exciting to interact with and who can bring a fresh and new outlook to your business. People from places far from your home can very often bring new ideas into what was to you a very ordinary way of doing things.

Make use of the Google Translate software to better understand what people are writing in their correspondence. It will surprise you what they are saying and asking.

Expand your horizons and do not pigeon hole your business but be as eclectic as you can be.

Internet is a world wide global business. Directly it means that the whole world carries out Internet business globally in all the countries. SFI Internet business is no different. You can carry on with your business locally or globally beyond all boundaries. Now a days there is no restrictions on languages due to availability of “Google Translate” software. I would recommend the following:

1. Advertise your SFI & tripleClicks business locally in your City, district, state and country through News papers and magazines. You will have easy access to your affiliates by local telephone facility. They will be more confident to join you as they know that someone from their own locality/country is also doing this SFI business and they can easily approach you in case of any difficulty. After building a team of affiliates, its easy for you to conduct meetings locally or in a place mutually selected by all members.

2. Secondly, and most importantly, you should never overlook the International community. In fact they form the larger chunk of your down line in SFI. As earlier mentioned, now a days there is no language bar. After recruiting them you can interact with them through email, social media or Personal Message through SFI itself.
In the conclusion I would like to suggest that you need not only build your team in your own spoken language and environment but also extend your recruiting SFI affiliate activities beyond every limits. In fact you should advertise SFI wherever and whenever you get a chance.
