Stop and think why it is smart to invest cash into your PSAs. Would it be better if you didn't? What are they learning when you send them TCredits or Gift Certificates. Does it help or hinder them? does it really help you? What happens when you no longer have the funds to continue the hand outs?

There are several reasons why you might give cash or TCredits to PSAs
1. You might be running a contest to stimulate them to specific actions
2. You may be rewarding them for past actions

It is evidenced that providing financial support to one's team members, by investing in them, may be useful in helping them growth their business faster.

But, it is far from being the only effective mean for guiding them to success. Nor is it necessarily the best. It is certainly not the most constantly used to encourage affiliates to be active and productive.

In fact, as sponsors, our role is, first and foremost, defined as friend, and mentor. Our job is to establish a

Encouraging your PSAs to stay active doesn’t necessarily have to cost you money. There are ways to get them motivated without costing you a single dime, if you develop a strategy that will continually help them to focus on their long term goal.

Here are effective ways to keep your PSAs active for the long term:

- You need to communicate clearly with your new PSAs right on their first day that they have to be discipline, to be logging in everyday and that there is work involved

As a new affiliate coming into SFI and wanting to build a good business they are going to see many forum post or stream messages that encourage them to help their down-lines become team leaders.

With that being said; we as team leaders need to be training our new affiliates what is the appropriate assistance that they should be giving their new and up-coming team leaders.

One of the easiest traps to fall into is when a teammate of ours will contact us with

Very good question

SFI offers many rewards for those affiliates who are active and without you having to invest any funds, so all you have to do is inform them and motivate them to go for these rewards.

Some of these rearwards are .......

1) The Daily Grand: In order to enter in the daily Grand an affiliate needs to visit his affiliate page on a daily basis. This will keep them active without you having to invest funds in them . You have to explain to them that

Encouraging your PSAs to stay active in SFI when you have no funds to invest is an art just as much as it is a matter of following the plan. PSAs that come to SFI looking for gift certificates have proven to be not serious about their own investment toward their future business success. So anytime a team member comes to SFI with the idea that someone else is supposed to invest in their success besides them is misguided. No business venture is successful without an investment of time and money.

In network marketing it is important to talk about your business and how you got this far. One of the mistakes you can make during these conversations is trying to convince people to join SFI. Personally, I do not feel that it is a matter of having to convince anyone at all, and here’s why:

With anything that we do in life that involves people, whether personally or professionally, it starts with building and nurturing relationships. Let’s say you have a friend who has come to you

Good day Gilbert,

This is a tricky question as alot of PSAs join out of curiousity, how to make quick cash as the word used to entice them is FREE to JOIN.

Considering that, each affiliate is accountable for themselves. Forninstance, if they have a shop, they need to open every day to transact business and make sales. Without opening their shop, no sales can be made. That is my first approach.

My next approach is to teach and guide them. As a good mentor or

Its very plain & simple. I can tell you from my very own, experience. I can also help you to ride that path, even more simplified then I myself did! I'm here to help you & inspire you, to persevere on.

See, when I too, 1st started here, reading, "you can also gift your team!". Use to make me burn, flame up, with intimidation too.

This one question, use to burn in my mind! "How they expect me to recruit new team members, Psa's & Prm's, invest in a

Having no funds to invest makes SFI more challenging. Many of us don't have funds, so here are some suggestions.

1. Write affirmations using all of the methods available in SFI. Stream, chat, message, and ecards.

2. Place some free advertisements for your members using their ID instead of yours.

3. Set up a coop for your standing order, and place them in your coop so they get signups. You can service their signups even if they are in your 2nd level if your PSA doesn't
