You can encourage your PSAs in many possible ways to ensure they remain active and subsequently succeed in their business. As you have the limitation of funds, the way out would be offering services that can help them build their business successfully.

This can start even before a prospect joins you as your PSA.

Let us see the various ways you can put in your efforts to their success.

1. When you float your affiliate link in market to get new PSAs, offer them value added services that are over and above what SFI provides them with and are designed to help your SFI referral succeed with SFI to get best results. They can be many but some can be listed as:

a. Providing them with set of E mail transcripts for various occasions that you have developed to be used by them free.

b. Set up an auto responder for them with these set of mail formats on a free service website like Get Response.

c. Establishing a Get subscriber link to it for them.

This would provide them with a head start an affiliate would require to get engaged and active.

Further:

2. You can help them by posting advertisements on select website using their links.

3. You can assist them build their own website.

4. You can offer them to be part of your co-op on sharing basis if not for free.

5. Although you have a signing bonus as an incentive provided buy SFI, but you can further have your incentive added to it. Example; reassigning them with two PSAs immediately to start their team, etc.

6. Show them the plan and the path and help them understand ways and means to achieve it successfully.

7. Discuss with them SFI Rules of success on regular basis, one at a time.

8. Be an awesome sponsor yourself and share with them the link and help them become awesome sponsor.

9. Remain motivated and always sound positive. Set up recognition, appreciation and rewards and recognition of active PSAs in your system.

10. All this should be followed by a sound ongoing training program for your affiliates; not only to cover the basics of SFI but about the various offers and services that you are introducing them to.
Make them self reliant so that they can duplicate for their team of affiliates.

The possibilities are numerous coupled with unlimited opportunities to grow your earning potential.

Just think of ways that can add value to the existing SFI offer and create your own very unique special offer for inspiring people to remain active in SFI.

Nice question. You have no funds to invest in them. Staying active in SFI does not require funds. Moreover, it is not only your business, it’s their business too. You need to invest in your business. They need to invest in their business.

As a sponsor, it is more important to guide them that to invest funds in them. In fact, by investing your funds in them, you would be spoiling their habit and every month they would start waiting for your monthly help. I am saying this based on my own experience.

Till 25th of the month, just keep guiding them to do their daily tasks. Emphasize on the fact that they cannot earn in SFI without having a Standing Order (at least of 100 TCredits). Then selling triple clicks items is also necessary.

Instruct them to visit Forum as frequently as possible to learn more and more about SFI and tripleclicks.com By learning they would be able to build up their team of active PSAs to support their business of SFI. Ask SC is another place of learning as quickly as possible.

This is a very good question and it is a problem that a lot of team leaders face. Most of us joined SFI to earn additional income for our families and struggle to invest in our SFI business. I am lucky that I have an awesome sponsor but I realize not everyone has a caring sponsor or co-sponsor.
One of the main things that you can do is to offer help and encouragement to your team. Respond quickly if they need help or answers to a problem. Send ecards not only to welcome them but to recognize their accomplishments, important milestones such as birthdays and anniversaries, or to congratulate them for winning a contest. The new ecards are awesome.
Use the Stream to keep them up to date on new information and alerts that there might be a problem with a game, etc. or if you find an encouraging quote. Recognize your teams accomplishments in the stream because everyone likes to be appreciated.
Make your weekly team interesting to read and provide them with the information that they need to be successful. Always include an encouraging message. No one wants to read a list of complaints so if you see problems, don't throw them at the team in one letter and include what can be done to fix the the problem.
There are a lot of ways to help your team that only cost you time and attention. Always check your emails and be prompt to reply. Let each member know that they are important to you and to SFI. One of the best examples to me of an awesome sponsor is the patience my team leader showed me when I asked questions and needed help learning. He always had the time to help me and never made me feel stupid even if I asked a question more than once. That kind of help is what kept me going even when otherwise I might have quit. It also made me want to be that kind of team leader!

Knowledge
Time
Empathy

These three items that you possess are best to be invested in your PSA's to promote activity.

Knowledge - you have working knowledge of SFI. Your understanding of SFI is to be transferred to your PSA's so this is also known as Knowledge Transfer. This can be done by use of Team Mail, Stream posts, and even scheduling an on-line meeting with Skype. These are tools available for you to share your knowledge about what works and what does not work for being an affiliate with SFI,

Time - your time adds to your PSA's time that they put into their SFI business. You can offer to help them by investigating options or preparing a template letter that he or she can use for a marketing-recruitment mail out or using your time to read other training comments, Forum Posts and even other affiliate's profiles so that you can pre-screen items to assist with saving your PSA's personal working time. Your time is well worth invested in your PSA's,

Empathy - you have gone through the same experiences that your PSA's have gone through and will go through by simply being an owner of a business. You can relate to your PSA's as you are also an affiliate with SFI too. You can say, " I understand..." because you are in the same situation as they are. Empathy can be shared by active listing to your PSA's comments that they have to share about the good times and the not so good times. You can relate and for this, empathy will gain the trust of your down-line team members.

Running a business is not only about investing funds....it is about the relationships that you build with PSA's. Relationship building does not need to be bought but needs you to invest your Knowledge, Time and Empathy.

So you don't have a lot of funds to invest in your team huh?

Well, SFI has created many ways to OBTAIN the funds you require, to invest in your PSAs.

Don't forget, T-Credits are a huge part of SFI and TripleClicks. Therefore, investing T-Credits is just as good as investing money. Luckily, you can obtain FREE T-Credits to invest into your PSAs through the following:

(1) Play T-Time on a daily basis, every hour if possible. T-Time gives away 60 T-credits an hour. If you play often enough, you can win 2 T-Credits each day.

(2) When you have obtained at least the level of EA(Executive Affiliate), you are awarded FREE T-Credits when commissions are paid out.

(3) Another option is to obtain T-Credits from your sponsor. If he/she chooses to give them to you.

Giving T-Credits as a reward for accomplishing milestones or contests you set up, can encourage your PSAs to stay active and show them you care. That's a win win for you.

Keep in mind, because you obtain these T-Credits for free. They aren't costing you anything. So why not invest them all back into your team? This way they feel appreciated, and you get the satisfaction of knowing you helped them, at no real cost to you.

Having PSAs stay active is, something all affiliates in SFI struggle with. Hopefully this will show you that just because you don't have a lot of money to invest. Doesn't mean you can't support your team.

The reason for everyone joining SFI is to make money. I myself stumbled upon this site while searching for work from home program, when I was jobless and almost broke. I jumped into the wagon without any knowledge about network marketing, all I want is money! So put this scenario into someone else’s shoe and we can at least understand why there are so many inactive affiliates here with SFI.

It is everyone question, how to revive our so many sleeping partners? What needs to be done to make them active? For me, I have tried many ways which resulted in me being at the receiving end. Then, there are lines that says, work with the workers! Put me in a better position but not really successful just yet. So my take for this question based on my experience are:

• Invest your time - be a good trainer/leader. Of course, you must master all the skills as much as you can, considering tons of free information made available by SFI.
• Be a good friend – offer your help and respond to their enquiry as fast as you can. If you can’t be reached during certain time, make known to them, at least your PSAs or CSAs will understand as to why they will be getting your late reply.
• Build trust – share everything that is beneficial to your entire team. Don’t be so greedy and selfish. Think and talk with them about long term instead of short term gains.
• If you are on social media, Facebook being the most popular – add them as your friend. Answer to their question honestly and rightly even if they are not your downlines.
• Treat them with respect – accept differences with open heart. Encourage them to use translator should language is the main barrier. You may speak to them in their language using translator but indicate to them it is a translated version because translator may not translate our text to the exact!
• Be a role model – another word is to lead by example. Your daily activities, your achievement, your contribution, all can be seen via your profile. They will certainly emulate their good leaders and may become ones themselves.

Start a culture of sharing. We are a few days away from 2016, and comes January everyone will have to apply a different strategy on how to build an active team instead of going after Team Leaders position. Because team building will be the main focus and it is all about making your teammates successful before you can think about your success. I like this saying -Together, we grow.

Lead by Example. If you wish to be a great leader, make it your focus to serve those whom you would lead. There are a lot of people that want the power, prestige and pay that comes along with leadership positions, but few want to do what it takes to actually be a good and effective leader.

1. Don’t criticize or complain about people.
2. Praise improvement, even minor improvements.
3. Give honest and sincere praise and appreciation.
4. Encourage other people to talk and be a good active listener.
5. Be genuinely interested in other people and make them feel important.
6. Be sensitive to people’s pride and let them save face.
7. Be respectful of other people’s ideas and opinions. Try to see things from their point of view.
8. If you are wrong, be honest and humble enough to admit it.
9. Set a high bar for people and let them know you believe in their ability to succeed.

It would be really nice and helpful to invest funds in your PSAs but that is not necessary.

I suspect that the majority of us joined SFI because we want to be financially successful. We want to make money. You see we already have that desire within us, although its degrees varies from person to person.

I believe that as sponsors we need to work on that desire within our team members - cultivate it, nurture it, constantly remind them of it, motivate them, etc to work towards becoming financially successful and secured.

Let us be always aware that the business is their business. Their businesses stand and fall mainly on their own efforts. We can help but if they don't work, their businesses will fail.

I believe that as sponsors, our role is that of trainer, coach, support, motivator. I do not include in there financial supporter, bank roller or anything similar. Don't get me wrong. I am not against giving team members gifts such as TC, reassignments etc but never financial.

How you encourage your PSAs to stay active is by:
- Being active yourself.
- Keeping an eye on their progress, listening and responding to what they are saying
- Sending them encouraging words, acknowledging successes & milestones
- Sending them tips, teachings and advise regarding the business
- Developing a partnership role with your PSAs.

Most importantly, I believe, is working on your relationship. If you are a distant sponsor, regardless of how much money you invest in them, I suspect that your PSAs will be unhappy and my not stay active for long. If however you have a close relationship with them, they are likely to be loyal and remain active.

Advertise for them in your own free advertising resources, such as the traffic exchanges and safelists you use. Let them know that you are doing this for them to help them build their business. You can list them in rotaters and advertise for several at a time by using a variety of the gateways SFI supplies. If they know you are doing this for them they will be more inclined to stay active.
Do not assume that because you do not have funds to invest in your PSAs/CSAs that they do not have funds. Remind them of the signing bonus and the importance of Fast Track without being pushy. Show them how to become EA without spending out of pocket, but let them know they will advance faster if they can participate in Fast Track and/or a standing order. Of course, if you can afford it, put them in your standing order co-op.
Teach them that there is no business without sales! Teach them to find products to market to help them begin earning. If necessary, teach them how to pick their products, where and how to market them.
Be sure to recognize their accomplishments of reaching EA and higher ranks, in the forum, in the stream and in your team mails. Also send them Ecards congratulating them personally for their good work.
Remind them, of course, that nothing happens without effort, and applaud every effort that they make.

Email is always free. If you really want to make this business work for you, you can. During the recession I could not spend money, I sometimes didn't even have enough to buy all the food I needed. But with a blog I have online I continued to sponsor PSA's and I could email them without spending money. If a strong desire is in you to make this business work, you can make it work. We all too often worry about money, but when our motivation sets in full strength we can change the world.

If it's money you need, maybe find things to sell on Tripleclicks. You can find things to sell every where. Many times people throw good things out. You can sell those things and earn enough money so you have money to spend. Then you can get your 1500VP every month. You grow your team so that you earn enough money through SFI eventually.

If you really want to have the funds to do this, you'll find a way.
