I for one find Your question to be beside the point of the purpose to be an SFI affiliate.
Your purpose as an Upline member is Not to be the source of financial rewards to Your PSA's or
CSA's either for that matter.
Why? Because "investing" in Your PSA's will forever cripple them, and defeat their original
purpose of joining SFI.
There are other ways of encouragement that You should seriously consider, and those ways should focus upon the achievements of Your downline members.
It will take a bit of inventing on Your part, but this process will allow You to become much more familiar with Your downline affiliates' abilities to respond.

First of all, it should be clear that SFI is comprised of millions of Independent business owners. I would make it clear to my PSA's and CSA's that THEY are responsible for their own business.

Secondly, I would assure them that you understand how overwhelming it can be in those first few weeks. I would be sure that they understood that you are their, "Go-To" person for any question that might arise.

Your hint/tips that come from your experience can be MUCH more valuable than financial support because you are teaching them to thrive as a Leader, not a follower!

THEY have to see the "Big Picture", you can't see it for them. Point the way, supply the links, and be there when they need you!

Start with your movers and then branch out to the rest of your downline. Send a team mail to your movers asking them to tell you what goal they wish to reach in the next month (you can set your own time limit). Ask them to be specific and to send it to your e-mail address. Tell them that you will message them one on one and together you will make a plan for them to achieve this goal.

You can research their objective and list point by point how they can go about reaching their goal.

This will motivate them, show that you are very interested in their success, and will excite them knowing they are not alone trying to figure out how to go from A to B.

Now advertise this blog.Advertise both new SFI websites shouting the
signing bonus.Do this every free place you can think to place an ad.

I save like ad places in groups of Lifetime and Yearly Upgraded.Free ad places
are grouped by how many days apart I am allowed to post my ad.

They are named place every 3,4, or 5 days.Then I can zip right through them.
Placing ads is the most boring job for me at SFI.

Advertise every link you have in the traffic exchanges.Surf these while reading ads
in your e-mail.Encourage your down-line to advertise to succeed at business.

I must work hard to and send them letters weekly for promotional and try to motivate them to stay active.
No business can be done without money. Business become serious if I invest money. If no one invest money then no one will be serious to do the business because everyone wants to get back their money. I encourage my PSAs to tell them if they want to get success in SFI they must work hard if they have no money. At least everyday work 2 hours to promote their affiliate links to find new affiliates to build up a team. Also they can use their sales gateways for garage sale or they can find new e-commerce companies who want to register their products on this TC websites. There are many ways to earn money here without any investment. Tripleclicks has more than 90,000 products. If they connect with 10 ECAs and promote their ECA gateways in different gateways I think they can be successful to sale things on net and able to earn commission.

The best way to encourage your PSAs to stay active in SFI when you have no fund to invest in them is to advise them to build the network of affiliates from the very beginning. The sooner the better. They will need help with their new affiliates, so you can invest your time to help your PSAs to work with their PSAs until they learn all the basics.

Also, it is not up to you to invest money in your PSAs. They need to realize that SFI is THEIR OWN business, they are not working for you but for themselves. However, you can reward your hard-working affiliates with several TC credits or put some extra efforts to work with them.

You can encourage your PSA's to stay active in SFI when you have no funds to invest in them by keeping in touch constantly with them. By this I mean communicating almost frequently with them & let them know that their success in SFI depends on their own Hardwork & not just funds to be invested in them. You need to train them & teach them to know that aside financial pecks from their sponsor, they can still make it to the top by their own hardwork & time invested into their SFI business. You should also practice what you teach them yourself so they can see your performance & emulate you too. So if you say they have to work hard, you equally have to work hard for them to see that you are also serious with your own side of the business. This way, they will stay motivated & put in their best without you having to invest funds on them.
