In this business, my best advice is always to lead by example. You can not easily convince anyone to set up a Standing Order if you do not have one in place yourself. If you have a Standing Order in place, you become a very credible teacher. You can easily get the attention of your PSAs to do same by telling them the benefits you derive from the standing order.

Principal among these benefits are:

1.You enjoy considerable discounts up to 17% on all your purchases on the Standing Order.
2.You have your favorite product(s) automatically delivered to you each month.
3.You get 2 additional entries in the Daily Grand Draws if your Standing Order is 1500 VP and above.
4.You get automatically qualified as EA monthly if your Standing Order is at least 1500 VP.

These are basically the facts you can use to convince your PSAs to have a Standing Order in place for their business. The best way therefore to convince your PSAs to have a Standing Order is to have one yourself and to advise your PSAs to emulate you. Setting up a standing order is definitely one great way to boost your commissions and earnings through your PSA and CSA. However I think the best way to send this message across without being pushy is to;

Lead by example
You can not convince your team to take up a standing order no matter how nicely you put it yet they clearly see you do not have one reflecting on your Triple Clicks Badge. So set yours first. After you have seen and enjoyed the benefits of it can you then start to carefully tell your team about it

Explain to them that a standing order of for example 1500 VP automatically helps them re-qualify for their EA status. With this EA status they qualify to receive Monthly commissions from the Executive pool, receive second home CSA or otherwise to help in their duplication etc
In other wards after they see that you have it the benefits are clear and speak for themselves.
Some may even ask about it and that gives you the opportunity to carefully explain to them about the BENEFITS of SO without being pushy.

Bottom line for me is you cannot preach what you are not practicing. Your team will most likely replicate you just the way you are. I have seen and observed a lot of strong leaders here at SFI lead by example and thus have a very strong down line because of leading by example.
When your down line sees your diligence they will be challenged to emulate you.

Your query about how to convince your PSA to buy a standing order:
Tell them the various advantages,
1. They will maintain their EA rank each month.
2. Once they see that they are EA , they ll find it easy to move forward and aim at EA2, and thereafter bronze rank.
3. With a standing order we get 1500 versa points for sale and an extra 100 action points, in total 1600 VPS.
4. Explain that now they will only need the 900 action points which can be done by doing the to do list and daily weekly and monthly action.
5. Inform them that with each standing order they recieve 125 T credits, which can be used to puchase anything from triple clicks store at reasonable discounts and dont forget on some items we also get good VPS and MRPs. This will go in sales points.
6. The 125 T credits could also be used in price bender auctions, the first timers can for the 1 st win one like i did or in a double MRP auction, where for each T credit we get 10 MRP, then incase some action points fall short to qualify for bronze we use MRP to buy T credits or anything eg 126 MRP can be used to purchase i T credit and we recieve 102 VPS.
7. With standing order they shall be eligible to get their commisions.
8. Having a standing order ensures we , maintain our team of PSA and CSA. Otherwise if we can make our minimum 1500 VPS we may lose the team.
9. With every SO , SFI gives us CSAs, and never know they could be active, so one can hit the target if the team is strong.

All in all , there is no loss but only gains and after all to succeed we should be strongly determined and focused. Buying a SO is one of the steps towards success. Im just around two months old and Ive recieved more than ive invested, like with the SO, T credits( 125), i used 44 only in an auction to win 300 more T credits at only 2.90 $, not a bad deal at all.

To answer your question simply: Lead by example, provide information to them, let them decide and respect their decision.

However, a similar question was asked in September 2013. As I suggested then, I suggest now:

SFI reminds affiliates who do not have a Standing Order that they should get one. On the alert page, SFI writes a notice about the benefit of having a Standing Order. When affiliates with a Standing Order go to the TripleClicks tab on the homepage, at the very top there is a reminder the affiliate does not have a Standing Order, along with an explanation of the benefits of having a Standing Order. My opinion is SFI already does a good job at pressuring and trying to convince affiliates to set up a Standing Order.

As sponsors the best we can do is provide them with information about Standing Orders. Educate them about the benefits of setting up a Standing Order, but most important, lead by example; have a Standing Order ourselves and explain how it benefits us. Then leave the decision to them and respect their decision.

Individual circumstances will determine if they can set up a Standing Order. Some do not have the financial means to sustain a Standing Order on a monthly basis. This may be the reason they have not set up their Standing Order. Others may have set up one, but due to financial struggles had to cancel their Standing Order.

It is a fine line we walk in trying to teach our PSA the benefits of having a Standing Order and how it can help them succeed in their business. We don’t have to convince them, we simply have to provide them with the information, be an example, leave them to their decision and respect it.

If I have to convince my PSAs to set up a Standing Order (SO), let my example, my actions and experience as a Team Leader do the convincing for them. Before mentioning the Standing Order to your PSAs, make sure that you are consistently communicating with them about your commitment to their success.

The following steps should help them to understand why SO is an important part in their SFI business in doing their Duplication process:

-Explain clearly that the first step in the ultra-simple 3-step plan is becoming and maintaining EA. Without this first basic step, how can an affiliate discover and make use of his/her potential in SFI? How can he/she achieve her primary goal? The monthly 1500VP is an important basic requirement to become successful in SFI.

-Let them know about the benefits of SO as a means of becoming and maintaining EA

A Standing Order with SFI is always good especially for those who do not have much time to spend or to collect those invaluable daily/weekly/monthly action points but what type of standing order, which really matters most.


If you can express your ideas and if you can convince your suggestions about Standing Order to your PSAs wisely through your weekly support messages or by way of personal messages to them, then everything will fall in line. It is very easy to suggest your PSAs a standing order casually but do your home work first and consider the relevance and the type of standing orders for each affiliate before you recommend them.


Never intimidate your PSAs to have a standing order just for the cause of making a gain out of it but wisely and cleverly you should be able convince them about having a standing order. It is for you to elaborate of its features and its contribution towards their growth in SFI.


I will never ever discuss about standing orders with my down line at the first place during our discussions but at a very crucial point, they themselves will ask me about the ways of moving forward and becoming successful in the system. At that point of time, I would suggest and recommend them to have a standing order and will narrate all the clear and perfect benefits of having one in a simple manner. I also wondered about whether I needed to tell my PSAs that they needed to set up a Standing Order. Sometimes we are so clueless in the beginning right? We read everything but we have our fingers in our mouths in fear of forgetting everything, and then....we do!

I remember calling my sponsor to ask him, "do I have to set up a Standing Order?" His reply was, "If you want to". He also explained to me that I can just wait, if I wish, in order to give myself a good chance to evaluate my needs over the course of one, two or even three months.

For me that was advice that worked well. I got the chance to decide for myself what I needed to do based on how I choose to operate. For instance, I am too lazy to copy and paste stuff into every traffic site I have memberships with. It also takes up alot of my time, so I decided that I would just let the S-builder program do that for me while I got busy doing other things. It's like delegating responsibility to a staff member who, by the way, needs to make a living as well.

Some PSAs and CSAs have asked me about the same thing and that's what I have told them. I'm not selling them anything. I'm letting them make their own purchasing decisions based on how they operate and what responsibilities they are willing to turn over to another systems that will allow them the opportunity to do their own thing.

First I need to explain the different between each rank and their benefits. For example BTL is a step higher than EA and the benefit of BTL is indeed greater than EA. Secondly I explain the different between action points and sales points, I make them to understand that any of the actions can make them EA once they acquire 1500VP but to become BTL or any of the Team Leader rank they need only action points.

Once this is understood, I further explain that SFI have make it easy in becoming EA by setting up a Standing Order with little investment and if they can invest this little amount every month they get 1500vp straight which qualify them for EA. Though SFI did not make it compulsory, it's a matter of choice.

If this opportunity have being provided of becoming EA why do you need to waste your action points in becoming EA when sales point can make you EA. So if your dream or your goal is to become BTL or any of the Team Leader, I strongly advice in setting up a standing order to achieve your EA with sales point and subsequently use your actions points in becoming team leader since it's only action point needed in becoming team leader. Remember setting up SO is choice not compulsory but it is highly recommended if you desire Team Leader position. You cannot recommend it to someone when you yourself don't have it.

Know it that you can still become team leader even without setting up SO but that require a lot of action points, starting from becoming EA then team leader, so to safe your self the stress while not jump strait to EA by setting up Standing Order then use your daily action points to become team leader from EA instead of AFF.
