Dear Zorica,

It's a delicate matter because you don't want to frighten anyone away when they are just getting started. First they need to understand what SFI is all about and, even though they read SFI Basics over and over again, it may take a while for the information to sink in. When it does, they will finally realize how important it is to reach and maintain EA rank every month.

Moreover, most affiliates who are truly active and motivated will realize on their own that after their second month at SFI there are no more free VP to be had from their VP Ledger, and that doing all the actions on their To-Do List will produce only one third of the VP they need to maintain their EA rank.

At that point they will see that in order to maintain their rank they'll have to invest some money. Some may decide this is not for them but, with any luck, some will want to forge ahead, and that's where you come in. If you have mentored them well from the very beginning, they may feel the need to ask for guidance. When that happens, you won't have to convince them to set up a Standing Order, you can just help them decide which Standing Order is right for them.

I do not believe that you have to convince affiliates to set up a Standing Order. The first thing you should do is set one up yourself. Anything you want affiliates to do you should have done yourself. Just set an example.

If affiliates study the Launch Pad Lessons and find out about Standing Orders, they can ask you questions about it. If they go to TripleClicks and see that there are products eligible for Standing Order, they can ask you about this. You can write in your weekly communication with your team about the importance of the Standing Order. However, the decision still remains with the affiliates.

You need not convince your PSAs to set up their Standing Order. The most that you can do is to send them mails telling them:

The Standing Order is a convenience for every SFI Affiliate to maintain the SFI rank they wish. Once set up it ensures the automatic monthly delivery of the chosen product as well as the VP attached to it. If the latter are 1500 or more the affiliate is entitled to 100 bonus VP every month.

SO provides more time to devote to your essential task of building up a team, instead of focusing on accumulating VP for the respective SFI rank. SO facilitates getting bonuses, commissions and matching VP from your down line affiliates. It gives access to discounts on TC direct products.

All this should be explained carefully to PSAs and CSAs and the importance and advantages of SO clearly outlined. The personal example of your own SO as a lead to follow is highly recommended. However, the decision should be left to them.
In short, inform, lead by example and leave at peace to decide.

In SFI so many has think setting up a standing order isn't that necessary to be successful in the business. But I think it is more necessary if one needs to earn more without stress on the business.

If you must convince your downline to have a standing order without making it look like you not need to earn from them then,

1. Setup a standing order for your self to prove why you need them do same. I mean lead by example.

2. Help them understand it is easier to win in daily grand if they have a standing order. They have 500 chance to win.

3. It helps them qualify for EA each month putting them ahead to earn for the particular month.

4. They get free co-sponsor for qualifying for at least EA every month.

5. In setting up a standing order for themselves will encourage their PSAs to do same and build a better team.

My Standing Order saves me a lot of time. I don't think I could forget to put in an order each month, especially with the To Do List telling me everyday how many sales vp I have.

But, for the new affiliate and even for myself it is much easier to go through the TC catalog and pick out the items once and for all and put them into a Standing Order.

I also use the Wish List quite often and do change my Standing Odder to make room for other items as I need them. Or add to the SO to bring it up to 2000 vp or more.

If I don't have time to make the change, I am confident that I have my alotted Sales vp for the month.

Now if an affiliated absolutely does not have the finances to order something worth 1500 vp, then he should strive to find one thing that he can afford and put that in a standing order. It won't assure him of EA2 every month, and it won't earn him that 100 action vp for having a 1500 vp standing order, but it will give him that sense of accomplishment of meeting one of his goals. That and the experience of setting up a standing order so as to be able to help his new affiliates.

If they are serious about this business they will do what they have to.

All you can do is recommend a certain product , explaining why

Tell them about the Benefits of achieving the EA to TL ranks

CSAs upon requalifying, executive pool shares . Always recommend 125 tcredits because with Tcredits there is a lot you can do with them and never forget to explain what exactly you can do with them .
