I don't think we need to convince any psa to set up a standing order since standing orders are integral to being successful in sfi, otherwise, if the psa is new, then, he need to be enlightened on the benefits of setting up a standing order.

The following could be considered

1.Be an example to your psa. When you set up a standing order yourself , the tendency
for your psa is also high. The SO badge that is given to you stands as testimony.

2. Tell the psa that setting up a standing order of at least 1500 VP guarantees their EA rank automatically with a gift 2 CSAs and a bonus 100 VP

3. Maintaining EA status monthly ensures that psas earn in 6 ways rather two ways that affiliates earn.

4.It will be helpful to also enlighten the psa that setting up a standing order is a sure means of moving towards team leadership, it will be impossible to achieving Team Leadership with a standing order

As per my opinion it is better to teach your PSA, CSAs both about the benefits and facilities to set a Standing Order instead of convince. Teach them as per following

As per our previous discussions you must come to learn that to do and grow your business in SFI successfully you need 1500 VP to qualify your Rank as an EA (Executive Affiliate) in each month. You have managed it from E365 and other bonus VP in first month to join SFI. But problem started from second/third month. There are some ways such as refer ECA, Ask Sc top author, daily grand win etc. But there is no guarantee that it will work properly in each month.

As a whole if you want to go forward seriously to build an awesome team, apply duplication system, higher your team level to earn handsomely it is not enough to be only an EA. To increase the business level you have to advance your Rank as a Team Leader with 3000 VP. Out of 3000 Sales VP – 2000 & Action VP – 1000)

To do so it is very necessary to make a Standing Order which will gives you 1500 Sales VP per month. The best way to convince PSAs to set up a Standing Order is to show them the benefit it is to them and their earnings. I can't emphasize enough the importance of setting a standing order yourself. It is a hard sell to tell your PSAs to do what you are not willing to do yourself. I recommend the IAHBE as I am a member. I can help my PSAs glean information from their IAHBE membership since I also have access to the information.

So how does having a standing order help the earnings of every PSAs? Simply by providing necessary marketing knowledge so that the PSAs will be able to learn how to market effectively. Without marketing, PSAs can't grow their networks outside of capital invested in auctions, co-ops, and other paid advertising. PSAs join SFI to earn money not to spend a lot of money on learning how to sponsor PSAs.

Knowledge is power. By the knowledge gained from your IAHBE membership, PSAs can learn to write good classified ads as well as effective promotion using article marketing, and email promos. This allows PSAs to effectively manage the costs involved to participate in co-ops, the S-builder, or pricebender auctions for PSAs.

Without a standing order, PSAs have to earn all of the VPs necessary to make milestones from action VPs. Without an active network, some of those action VPs are not available. To compensate for the difference in action VP needed to make milestones, the compensation plan allows 2000 VP from sales/purchases to count toward milestone achievement. The higher milestone achievement obtained, the more lucrative the compensation plan becomes.

Therefore, when you present the power of standing order to compensate for the lack of action VP obtained, it only makes good sense to set a standing order to ensure that the PSA will always have the VPs necessary to maintain a milestone.

The best way to convince anyone to do anything is to have already done it yourself!

When you explain that a standing order (SO) will gain them at least 1500 VPs, and maintain their EA (executive affiliate, which has its own benefits) status with no further effort, that should be a good incentive to them.

Also, they will be halfway to becoming a Bronze Team Leader, and without having to worry about making their EA status monthly, they will be better able to concentrate on getting their daily VPs, and the extras for liking/following TC on Facebook and Twitter, acquiring PSAs, etc.

Help them to understand that being at least a Bronze TL will open the door to the sharing of the Executive Pool, which will improve their income levels.

Point out that 1500 VPs will get them to EA in their first month. Concentrate on that, then the SO will automatically do it for them next month, and they can finish their big VP items to become Bronze that month. That will also give them time to get good training in so they understand the need for P/CSAs, and how that will increase their income.

You're the leader of a team and hence your primary duty is to lead by example. The products that you believe and found useful are the ones you're using and setting up as a standing order as well. So always try to promote those tried and tested products to your PSA's to set up as a standing order. Find below some of the best ways to convince your PSA's:

# Maintain your leadership page and explain the importance of setting up a standing order in your best tip along with other points.

# Whenever you send any mail(team mail/personalized) to your downline, always include the link of your leadership page along with your signature. Your PSA's will follow the link and see your badges to get motivated to earn themselves as well.

# Try to analyze the needs and economic background of your PSA's before convincing them. There can be the following categories:

1. One who's economically stable, can go for more than one Standing orders and utilize the benefits.

2. One who's balancing the time and investment, should be going for a particular standing order of 1500 or above[125 TC pack(I prefer) or IAHBE]. With that they can qualify/maintain the team leader rank.

3. One who're new and not ready to invest much or unable to invest much can start with very small investments like, setting up a standing order of 1TCredit. It'll give them valuable 102 VP's.

4. One who're looking for quick and easy money without any investment, hard-work or patience. No matter how much you lead by example, explain the benefits or try to convince them, it'll be of no use. So don't get demotivated by their reaction and concentrate on your movers.

Finally I'd like to end by saying that always remember, there's a fine line between trying to convince/pushing some one to do something. Always maintain that fine line and don't overdo while trying to convince your PSA's which might yield negative results.

If you have a downline that communicates with you, it makes it easier to encourage them to have a standing order, which is vital and very important for anyone to advance and be successful.

As you chat or write to them, you have to explain the benefits that one can have. It enables you to requalify by getting the amount of required VPs. You do not have no stress of worrying about how to get those much needed VPs every month. Then you can work on getting VPs everyday to add on to that so that you can advance to the next level. You get CSAs every month from SFI just for requalifying as an EA monthly, CSAs that can bring in added income for you and matching VPs.

If a standing order is for Tcredits, you can take part in pricebenders, shop at TC and so many other benefits that can derive from that investment.

First of all, don't try to convince them. Many people are turned off by this approach. Simply explain to them how much you benefit from your own Standing Order and tell them you have found it to be essential to the growth of your business.

To many times we want to influence others with our own perspective and when they don't share our perspective we search for ways to "convince them." The best method of influencing anyone is simply by being a friend and being excited about what you do and tell them how it has helped you.

Remember, people don't want to feel like something is being forced on them or shoved down their throat. You will attract more people with kindness and simply showing them how your business has grown because of what you do.

"Convince" implies some kind of pressure and people don't like to be pressed. Also, please remember that your Affiliates come from all over the world, have different budgets on hands (if any) and different expectations. The majority of them are shooting stars - logging once or twice until their account expire. Some other try to get by blinded by the worst curse word in the world: "free" and they will not spend a single penny still dreaming of riches... sad truth.

Simply speaking, DON'T try to convince anybody to anything here. Just set up THE example to follow. Have a Standing Order yourself and keep it, inform your downline about your results as they arrive and stress in each letter that the earnings came after you invested money, not the other way round. Present everything you use to your Affiliates and - again - discuss the (positive) results. Tell them about the tools you use and how this adds to your bottom line. Communicating all this, always stress the importance of your Standing Order as the first and the most important tool that helps you keep the EA2 (or higher) rank and earn. Repeat all the time that without reaching EA2 there are no earnings here, but never tell them to buy/set up a Standing Order. After some time, some of them WILL understand and WILL follow. Others not. But those who WILL follow, WILL start building their teams on a similar principle and add to your bottom line significantly each month.

There's a saying concerning writing fiction that works perfectly as a leadership tool, too: "don't tell, show!". Create an irresistible picture of having a Standing Order in the minds of your Affiliates and you won't have to convince anybody to anything. They'll follow willingly themselves.
