You should do what all of us must do, continue your support, i. e. Team Letters, training, suggestions, etc..

In this business, even your active CSAs could become a day away from frustration and, ultimately, inactivity. But you must continue on.

Keep on explaining to them the importance of taking action such as logging onto their Affiliate Homepage everyday, completing their daily actions. Keep reminding them of what's at stake by continuing to explain SFI's generous Compensation Plan.

My point is, just do what you normally do with your active CSAs. Same actions, same responsibilities. Who knows, they may even become active CSAs.

I'm sure you know that the old phrase "Born Leader" has been around for quite some
time. It is a phrase I strongly believed in during much of my time in the military,
particularly when I was in the Marine Corps. Over time, however, I came to accurately
understand that the phrase "Born Leader" is applied to those who show a "non-fear"
and an eagerness to take charge in situations to accomplish whatever mission is
placed before them.

Still, there is the unavoidable reality. Leaders are made, Not Born!

As a child, we pick up behavioral habits and ideas from our parents, other family
members, neighbors and adults everywhere. As small children, many of these habits and
ideas we hold on to, and as we progress in life, we tend to exhibit much of what we
have observed growing up. Point is, I have found leadership traits to be more of
creation and development, than that of any "born" or "predestined" attribute.

The SFI Marketing Group Affiliate Program is one of the very few, hands-on businesses
found online today. It requires hands-on skills that can only be developed through time and patience. As you learn these skills, and begin putting them to use more and more each
and every day, you'll understand more why the term "Born Leader" is used so often.

Allow me to begin by saying that there are many catchy phrases and/or concepts that I truly don't believe in. "Fear of success" just happens to be one of them. However, to understand what it takes to be successful sits to a whole different aspect.

In my opinion, it all comes down to whether a person has that understanding, and decides to take advantage of it through work and effort, or he/she doesn't. It's just that simple. And if he/she doesn't, you'll have excessive inactivity.

What can you do?

Again, in my opinion, you can only do what Sponsors and Co-Sponsors should do, continue positive communication, make yourself available to answer questions, continue to learn the business, and above all else, you must lead by example.

Keep in mind Sheila, it's not "fear of success" that keeps them back, but their lack of understanding of what it takes to be successful with SFI.

Please, consider this. If you have to convince your PSAs that setting up a Standing Order is the best way of guaranteeing their EA status each and every month, then the PSAs you have aren't examining the SFI/TripleClicks Program as they should. Therefore, in my opinion, stop trying to convince them. Instead, begin instructing them.

Steer them to https://www.sfimg.com/Reference/StandingOrders, while at the same time provide them with your own experience in setting up a Standing Order for yourself.

My point is, not only do you give them reason for doing their own homework, that is to say, studying and learning the various aspects of the SFI Program, their business, but you instantly remove from yourself having to try to convince someone of doing something so very basic. In other words, it all comes down to them wanting to do it, or not.

Actually Ryan, I suggest 2-goals you should pursue right from the start: (1) Building your Downline Team of Affiliates and (2) Your TripleClicks Memberships.

DOWNLINE TEAM OF AFFILIATES.
Here, your goals should be to increase your selling force as quickly and economically as possible. I recommend S-Builder as one of your primary sources in accomplishing this.

TRIPLECLICKS MEMBERSHIPS.
Here, you'll want to make the products in your TripleClicks e-commerce store available to family, friends, co-workers and/or any/everyone you may come into contact with. Every time you go to the grocery store, pass out one of your flyers, business cards, and always making sure your name, telephone number (optional, of course), and your TripleClicks gateway (url link) are included on all flyers and business cards. For me, I love sponsoring my own affiliates. I do this using TEs (Traffic Exchanges), using short Text Ads that I create myself and get from the Marketing Methods provided by SFI (https://www.sfimg.com/Resources/MarketingCenter?form=MarketingMethods), as well as offline, face to face promotions to family, friends and people I run into on the street,
in supermarkets, and, of course, around my neighborhood.

I've been in affiliate marketing since 1997. Of course, SFI is by far the best company I've had the pleasure of working with on a global basis. I've learned to use my own websites, in particular (http://www.neverfullpricehere.weebly.com), as a means of introducing SFI/TripleClicks to the national and international marketplace.

But I have also used CO-op at the same time. The only thing about using Co-op, you just don't have control over the 'quality' of affiliates you'll get in return.

Nice question, and important!

From the very first day your PSA comes on board, I believe that he/she should be helped to understand one word, CONSISTENCY! Understanding this one word, and putting it to action each and every day, will enable them to stay on track from their very first day through their third month and beyond.

Being "consistent" means to be repetitious. REPETITION allows your PSA to build habit. And "habit" will force him or her to log into their individual Affiliate Homepage each and everyday, especially on those days when they may not "truly" feel up to it. I know, because I have developed such habit on my own.

BUILDING such habit by being CONSISTENT, means that each and everyday your PSA logs into his/her Affiliate Homepage, chances are they will learn something they didn't learn the day before. And when that happens, it is more likely to build in them a genuine confidence.

As with certain things, sometimes they can be blown out of proportion. Or, at the very least, taken out of context. Truth is, your SFI Marketing Group Affiliate Program does have an 'Autopilot Button' and it is pressed each and every time we logon!

First, after logging on, we perform our daily actions. In the process of this, we allow ourselves to learn and understand what it will take to be a success.

Second, we study the aspects of being an "AWESOME SPONSOR", those things we ourselves can do to become worthy of directing our downline towards DUPLICATION!

Third, we advertise and promote our SFI business in order to build our downline of people, without whom there is no 'clear' possibility for maximum success. In this process, we include our TripleClicks E-Commerce Store and its products. Offering them to family, friends, co-workers, neighbors, and others, creating an established flow of at least steady, monthly customers that will help to increase our monthly commissions.

Fourth, we constantly stay on top of the SFI Alerts, Tips, etc., and utilize whatever valuable information obtained toward our growth, passing such information on to our downline members (Team) to even better increase our ability to succeed.

Fifth, we put everything together to run our business most effectively. And, there you have it - SFI's one and only Autopilot!

So, you're giving UNCONDITIONAL support, are you?

I hate to break it to you this way, but if it's 'UNCONDITIONAL' support you are giving to your PSAs, then expecting something in return shouldn't be one of your concerns.

Let me put it this way, stop giving your PSAs 'UNCONDITIONAL' support. Instead, give them the type of support that will help to ensure your mutual success, such as ...

1. Providing them with 'short' bursts of information
(individually) where possible, sent out every week. Then,
follow up with a Team Letter the day after. But let each
PSA and/or CSA know a Team Letter will follow. Include in
each (individual) letter their feedback on how they feel
about the support you are giving, and how you can
support them even better.

2. Be available for support. Of course, it's absolutely
unreasonable to expect Team Leaders/Sponsors/Co-Sponsors
to be online at their Affiliate Center 24/7. So, make
sure they have your personal email address and/or
telephone number (if you wish) where you can be reached
for support. Reassure them that if you are unavailable
at the time they first contact you for support, you
will get back to them just as soon as possible.

Just keep in mind, there is nothing 'UNCONDITIONAL' about your SFI business. Not even the support you give to those in your downline. Let's face it, in this business, any business, to be successful we must take the required ACTIONS in order to achieve such success. And, there's nothing unconditional about that!

You never know when someone will get tired of being a "Professional" opportunity seeker, and decide, once and for all, to become an "ACTIVE" SFI Member.

One thing about signing up with SFI, an individual is allowed a full-year of inactivity before his/her name is removed completely from their database. During that time, they can become active again or, as in many cases, even for the first time. Who knows, Julito? It could be one of your "supportive emails" that brings such a person back to the SFI Family.

So, Julito, keep supporting them. In time, it may prove to be a wise decision on your part!
